Small and fine. The hotel lies at good location for shopping and strolls. The proximity to ski lifts is missing however. In good snow conditions, but the way to the ski lift with ski be completed. The way back however is on foot a bit cumbersome. The grill restaurant is excellent. Modern and very spacious bathroom, very beautiful room. A rather small, however very nice and angehmesfamiliäres hotel. read more

Have hotel Aristella vacation apartment, haus Vispa South, Very nice small vacation apartment for 2a 3 persons Complaints were immediately on the front desk regulated And Logoff very friendly, reibungsloß. Apartment consists of -small kitchen with eckbank, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom Small shower with washbasin and toilet extra- balcony with three garden chairs But it was good enough, and would you book again! read more

Not only the first impression has convinced us, the whole business has convinced us. We were very nice and competent and advise. The ski rental direktneben the hotel lwar also great and the 200 meters to the ski bus you can still walk. The uppige breakfast buffet and the very good dinner habenunssehr good. We kònnen the hotel all recommend. We are definitely coming again. read more

really beautiful new bathroom. The Cinderella many hotels this is the highlight! The breakfast could still advanced will, what it is is however okay and of good quality. The location is especially for peace searching guests very recommendable. read more

We had chosen because of the good value for money for the studio Wilma. The studio of the hotel Arist Ella 'competence' and cleaned. When we arrived at the train station in Zermatt, we were picked up by the driver with the scooter and to the reception of the hotel Arist Ella brought. There was a regular made the check-in process. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and outgoing. Afterwards we brought the chauffeur with the scooter to the studio Wilma, the is located in a very central location in the heart of Zermatt close to the ... bahnhofstrasse. The studio has a separate entrance with stairs and 2009 recently been completely renovated. The bathroom is bright and friendly. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, oven and stove. Closets were sufficiently available. All in all I would recommend this studio, due to the relatively low price unreservedly recommend days. Hotel facilities are available ellas read more

We had a classic double room with a balcony and great matterhorn views. The room was brilliant and the size more than enough. For breakfast there was a choice of sausage and cheese, fruit, cereal... And a freshly prepared eggs according to desire. read more

We had a great holiday in Ella Arist Swiss flair spent. The hotel is brand new and really nice. Highly recommended at any time and a inside tip in Zermatt! Come back soon. Staff was very nice, helpful and efficient. Thanks for the nice time! read more

Although the first impression very convinced were, we did then with the staff very bad experience. Already promises were made with flimsy justifications back taken. Complaints were not serious taken. In the hotel industry should actually apply: the customer is always right king. One was nothing noticed. read more
