Hello, We are many a time in the Hotel Oberstdorf and every time overwhelmed by the beautiful atmosphere the there. We have been the first time with our daughter-in-law and our grandchild there. It is only half a year. And it fit everything. Great great. We felt very good. read more

Our 3 days in the wellness hotel were absolutely relaxing. Particular emphasis should be on for this hotel the excellent and varied food, as well as the cozy, warm, comfortable atmosphere in the hotel restaurant. Also in the fireplace room you could wonderful near open fire and a glass of wine to round off the day. Upon our arrival we were welcomed in a friendly manner and the courteous, friendly and warm art the complete staff, during our vacation simply beautiful. Many relaxing hour we had in the beautifully arranged and comfortable wellness area. We got one of the freshly ... renovated rooms, which absolutely beautiful was (especially the bath). This hotel with its numerous facilities and i've already recommended. We will come again, further deals to use and clean. The food in general is only commendable and very varied. The service absolutely friendly and accommodating, but not pushy. The whole atmosphere is to be comfortable! read more

    The size of the room (525) is very pleasant, especially by the 2 balconies and the free-standing tub. Tv is directly present at the bed. Network cables for your laptop, you could get for free at the front desk.

The Hotel Oberstdorf is a good and recommendable wellnesshotel. We are for the 2. time in this hotel, in september this year we liked it better, not so good, was the noise on the existing construction and behind the hotel. Annoying was, that in the room about us a family a very serious course has accommodated. The tread was until far in the night to feel. Big praise to all of the staff and the always friendly chef. An amazing kitchen, especially the breakfast buffet is gorgeous. There are at least 15 kinds of bread and rolls. You know not ... at all which one to eat is. Itself for breakfast you have the possibility to 5 types of coffee ( without an extra charge) all of the staff are constantly committed, that you feel weclome and comfortable. The spa is well, only the sprudelvorrichtungen in the pool may often are employed. The prices for the spa treatments are a bit expensive, compared to other spa hotels. ( but safe is also in the region, where one holiday). The rooms are well furnished, the baths are clean and modern. The actual rooms could be more thoroughly deseamed. All in all, a good and we would gladly come again. read more

I was already the 2. time there. We were after the hotel construction with the first guests. The remodeling was super good. Conservatory and very cosy fireplace. The many bright wood, especially in the dining room has a homely atmosphere. Congratulations to the entire staff, no matter wether reception, service, spa to the chef. Have me like in a big family felt. The small ' glitches' which all construction is, were very generously more than made up for it. The boss, mr r., was almost around the clock in the hotel met and all the guests and their well-being Hard. ... As already mentioned, we were for smaller incommodities generously compensated (1 free additional night), but again a sincere thank you. I can highly recommend the hotel, undoubtedly and we will definitely go back there again. read more

Much wanted, but not skillfully. The renovation has done a lot but little is really good became. Taste can not buy. The restaurant, that thank god remains unchanged, was unfortunately for the enlargements of the bar and winter garden no inspiration. A carpet adorns the bar area, the tackiness you cannot beat. But why carpet and no wooden floor? The conservatory is for each of the meals must be a disgrace. Atmospheric cold and uncomfortable. Who wants to sit there? The new allgäu feeling rooms are actually very pleasant only 'feeling' would be more, if it is a picture on ... the wall if or a little bit of color. Also, the construction on the last channel have gone, when the dust we still in the room had. Whoever cleaned here? About the food we could only say positive things. That is really good and the staff is all very friendly and hard-working but unfortunately rarely professional trained. And who has you of these horrible brown shirts missed the rather of a youth hostel and why must your buttons when nameplates, the better to a birthday party fit. Professional looks differently. You have actually a beautiful wellness area in which you silence could be, but why should children of all ages and there are holding what you? Naked suddenly alone with a circa four-year girl under the shower is not a pleasant feeling and definitely not a positive and relaxing experience. Ask yourself what your as a hotel be in future want?     Nice location above Oberstdorf with a view of the ditch in an appropriate room. Downside: window to the street can at night also be noisy. Ski bus stop directly in front of the hotel. By car 5-8 minutes to Oberstdorf. 5 minutes to the Söllereck, 15 minutes to the fellhorn. 20 minutes to the Ifen.

Very nice hotel, with very friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms are pretty huge and have everything you need. The breakfast buffet is very varied and very tasty. The wellness area is very generously and beautifully furnished with four different saunas (however nearly only nude area). Unfortunately, just behind the house built, that the ausb lick was not quite as nice. read more

Great relaxation in the Hotel Oberstdorf thanks to very friendly, attentive staff and a pleasant atmosphere. We had only breakfast, this was delicious and offered very wide selection of cold and hot breakfasts. Also pleasant on vacation: breakfast there was daily until o'clock. Hiking trails at the hotel or one drives a few meters to the next wanderparkplatt. In addition you got in case desired also tips at the front desk. The wellness area is beautifully designed, very clean and offers a lot of variation. Pleasant also the outdoor brine -pool with massaging jets of all kinds, not is completely ... over-heated, but also for correct swimming invites. Although the terrace to the north is, there was enough lie is for all (the hotel building is not so high/shade throw quite short). We will go there again! read more

Beautiful wellness complex with beautiful outdoor swimming pool also on not too good weather for swimming and relaxation invites ( heated).     Beautifully located with a view to Oberstdorf and the adjacent mountains - magnificent panorama. By car perfect! A bus stop is directly in front of the hotel - numerous connections ( good in the hotel and in the ' tagespost ' signposted) in the region are available.

Are missing the typical characteristics of a 4 star hotels. Neither the staff is always friendly (there were only extremely friendly or unfriendly) it is the furnishings always 4 stars. Furthermore you can relax, I do not quite decide, what the request/target audience is. Generally it must be mentioned that, the altogether rather guests in the higher age the hotel book. read more

    Our first room was a time journey into the 70. Completely brown bathroom, included toilet and washbasin. Very irritating -> 4 stars hotel. To our change but we a very nice and stylish room received. Beautiful bathroom, beautiful decor, big balcony and peacefully located.

    The choice at the breakfast was really great. There was everything and something for everyone. Also the quality was really good. The point with the papierplatzsets from the previous review I can confirm. Does not the best impression and with tablecloths you could quickly a other impression will. The dinner really was a bit of cafeteria, was but nevertheless always delicious. I would have more theme related showcooking wanted or just a other presentation.

    With the point I have great difficulty. We were greeted by a very nice trainee, the very hard, to show us everything and explain. But when we asked, whether we may be a' more modern' rooms have may, is we were rather offhand and rude confronted. We had gotten, which we had booked and should details better read. Ultimately we could then nevertheless still change, but the first impression was with that. Also in the restaurant was a older staff with us probably nothing special I agree... Having said this, but all a lot of effort and us a nice stay insure. But so extremely negative example stay in head.

    The gym is small, but more than adequate with a great view. The pool is crazy beautiful location, if the sun shines you can go from the water from a great panorama of the alps. The sauna area could be more spacious, since this is in bad weather the appeal for all hotel guests is. A few degrees more and a few blankets would also the kuschel-and wellness factor increases, but it was nevertheless ok. From October should the hotel still closed and renovated. Where the spa area extended and enlarged.

    The location is - except for the highway in front of the house - really great. It has everywhere a great view on the area. Directly in front of the hotel there are a bus stop, the buses run regularly. Oberstdorf is located minutes by car away, on foot around 15 to 20. In the town itself there are a lot of sweet shops and shops.
