The hotel is arab style and has only a few on the ground floor and the 1st floor distributed room. It was in the last few years again and again renovated and now been restored to its former glory. The whole complex is very clean, there is a beautiful pool in the courtyard and in a small enclosure are several morrocoy turtles around. Of the street is the hotel of the other houses only hard to distinguish. There are no windows-as everywhere-and everything was gated. The guest structure was little to report, in my stay was except our group only ... a young couple from caracas present. Mostly was this hotel of groups for round trips, amongst others the orinocodelta booked. read more

A small hotel at the round trip we can be pleased. Of course, it is not so clean and tidy as a German hotel but for Venezuela a gem of a place.
With love designed room a small pool in the courtyard with free-range turtles, hammocks by the pool.
The food is simple but very tasty and fresh. Longdrinks are very recommendable.
As once a cockroach in our room lost had were within few minutes two man staff and freed us from the animals.
The property is can only be recommended. read more

As a part of a round trip we have 2 nights spent here. Our room lay on head of the pools and was quite small, but sufficient. The air conditioning worked, the bathroom was clean but without window equipped. The furnishing of small hotels is original and lovingly.
The food was always directly at the table served, no buffet. It tasted good, but was not very varied ( especially in the morning a bit poor, for example no milk to the coffee).
The small pool was clean and a welcome cooling, if anyway not really cool. Only the pump, the ... in night as well ran, was somewhat annoying.
As a starting point the round trip it was good. From here one comes with the boat great Playa Medina. The port/ beach is just a few hundred meters away from the hotel. Also a few small options for shopping ( drinks, supermarket) are nearby. read more

We were on a tour by Venezuela and in this hotel in Rio Caribe two nights spent. The hotel lies at one middle main street about 500 meters away from the sea. The hotel has about 16 rooms. To the rooms from inner courtyard, where you also find a small pool is. By the pool you can relax in hammocks or small Benches rest. The entire inside of the hotel is clearly in Arab style, goods and ornaments from Arabia and parking everywhere. Directly behind the door is right next to a small restaurant, as well as the 'front desk' ..., a small cabinet table. The rooms were functional and clean. The furnishings our room next to the bed and table one air conditioning, a shelf space and a TV-device. The bathroom is equipped with one shower, the toilet (used in the paper bucket) and a small Sink equipped. As there were only two thing piece soap. Duschshampo was on a hotel exception in Venezuela. The food is served on the plate, there is no buffet. The food (F/a) was plentiful and we liked. In Rio Caribe there are plenty of opportunities for shopping, but the city to large area. Directly left next to the hotel was a small supermarket. There was everything. From the hotel to the right after approximately 500 meters the sea with a narrow, dirty beach and a sewage pipe. There is also the' port ', where in the morning always a market is, with fish and fruit sale. The hotel offers trips with private boat to remote beaches in the National park of, the partly only with the boat to reach can. This drive was very nice. With a little luck you can next to many species of birds, turtles to see. Another trip is worthwhile a visit one Cocoa plantation (paria) with processing and testing. read more
