The berghotel astenkrone is a special treasure. It belongs to the jab anstötz businessgroup, for high-quality fabrics and exclusive upholstery are known. The hotel is a bewohnbarer show room. It features 43 lovingly designed rooms and suites, the 4 interconnected buildings are. Classified is the building according to the dehoga with 4 stars superior. Bookable with night & breakfast or half board. We stayed one night as a part of a company events in the hotel and they allowed us from the amazing service (praise goes to mr Templin) convince. read more

    We inhabited a double room of the category 'first class' with the number 33. this room had a king size bed, a cosy seating area and a daylight bath with a shower/bathtub. The furnishings was upscale with fabrics and furniture of the jab anstoetz group, balcony overlooking a calm inner courtyard. By our firmenevent i came in enjoy, almost all rooms of the hotel names (image bridal suite).

    Two restaurants and a cosy bar are at the f&b area the astenkrone, we enjoyed a very good lunch buffet, which on the needs of our company cut was. Breakfast buffet excellent. The bar closes officially at 01:00 a. m. at night, when demand is one but also gladly longer, the guest is not 'rudely dismissed'.

For the 3. time we were for christmas at the berghotel and it was again nice. Very nice welcome, and help with the luggage are standard. Food and service were once again perfect, except for the 2. christmas day. Illness with the staff, apparently the chef, made the dinner unfortunately not the usual pleasure. Since mr fiebig his very earned day off had the bar staff served, the young woman was totally overwhelmed and hectic. For breakfast i would for the next time fresh fruit salad be, but otherwise is the choice Very good and safe something for everyone. As ... an extra bonus, there were this year a small kennenlerne -treatment in the spa which i really enjoyed have. There would have to be urgently the steam room needed to be replaced, the renovated gallery in the pool is very nice became. To relax and is in this house, also in case of bad weather, Lots of space. Our room, suite nr.20, was once again very wonderful and we with a dog felt good. read more

Unfortunately the menu was quite small and very upscale. The best example is the astenberger grillpfanne : a year ago one got still 4 pieces meat in normal size, this year unfortunately only three minimum pieces, the rest of the pan was with a three-to four protion fries made for. read more

We come every year in berghotel astenkrone. It is always very pleasant. Our favorite room is room 11. We play always golf in Winterberg and schmallenberg and we have in astenkrone a very good home if we are! read more

We are already since many years regular in this house and feel so now almost like at home. The rooms are very comfortable and tastefully furnished. The food is excellent and the service, both in the restaurant area, as well as in the remaining house is super. The whole hotel is very easy going and warm run. We look forward already now, in the winter again to be there. read more
