In this very friendly atmosphere you can be comfortable. The room service and particularly the excellent cuisine are particularly praiseworthy. The swimming pool offers after a hike best relaxation. Whenever we can, we will like to come again. read more

Very nice, offering a clear view hotel. Lift from 0 (ice-cream parlor, pizzeria, swimming pool, steam bath) to 2. the top floor combination of hotel, public pizzeria and ice cream parlor, but absolutely separate spaces. Everything very clean. Age for our stay: 50 + ( holidays were past). read more

    Room for the vacation stay definitely big enough, with a balcony, beautiful facilities. Beautiful and very clean bathroom with toilet and shower.

    Own restaurant area for the hotel guests. Furthermore public pizzeria and ice cream parlor. The food was very diverse, always nicely arranged and super well. To the variety could to wednesday also on the menu pizzeria resort,. Also a pizza in between was very tasty. Everything was always very clean. It was always a relaxed and quite informal atmosphere.

    Very nice front desk, informal service with breakfast and dinner, the room service was great. Breakfast buffet leaves nothing to the imagination, if so, will definitely also fulfilled.

    It is a indoor pool with current available, quite pleasant to after hiking the legs again to loosen. The pointe is the furthermore existing steam bath with beautiful relaxation area, which for the first time we experienced. Afterwards one is nice relaxed for dinner and has not at all much later the etsprechende readiness for bed.

    Central location in rabland with immediate close to 2 ski lifts and a variety of hiking trails. The location on the main thoroughfare has its benefits. Bus station almost on your doorstep, and the ' eisenbahnwelten ' are reachable on foot.

Of the location apart (was known) completely it during our one-week stay in September 2012 nothing to complain about. The room was clean, towels and so on were changed daily, The breakfast was hearty and at the dinner was nothing to complain about- on the contrary it was every day tasty and diverse. read more

The hotel is recommendable, there - the double room (we know both categories) ok. Are, - the food - breakfast from the buffet and dinner with salad-bar and 4-course menu) was very good, The service very friendly, considerate, efficient ( for example wine) and accommodating is, and. - the central location in vinschgau/ Meran/ Bolzano very good as a starting point for hikes and Other excursions is. The hotel panorama is located directly at the via venosta, the loud through road through the vintschgau. The double room was side and relatively quiet but with minimal facilities. Sleep while having the windows open not possible! Trash can was missing, fridge without mini bar, but almost not cooled. The balcony furniture was cheap very shabby plastic furniture. The towels in the room bad thin quality and the bathroom although it is very spacious, but poorly lit. Bathrobes the swimming pool are not included in the price! Also internet ( hour 5 Euro) - but been not advertised and without ... detailed statement! The chambermaid locks the door to clean without knocking! The swimming pool was very clean but also poorly lit! The steam room was missing the light completely and one sat in the dark! The breakfast went until o'clock, however from o'clock was the buffet only half full and was not also filled up! The 4-course -dinner was' probably ' not freshly cooked, but was finished delivered! In the kitchen was an hour before dinner time everything cleared up and no cook or cook to see! - we would not book this hotel again - not recommendable! read more

    The rooms were very roomy, very spartan. The balcony furniture plastic and very run-down. The bathroom was renovated, also very spacious but also poorly lit. The fridge in the room cooled almost not! The hand towels were in very bad condition!

We' vacations' now more than 25 years in the panorama. Never for us reason to the complaint, not with the property, not in the cleanliness and especially not for the food. Food is, since we have a vacation there, always fresh in the are kitchen prepared! It is varied, tasty and good bearable and always for us more than enough (5-course -menu). Swimming pool and sauna we are a hike always' relaxing and refreshing '. Next to the hotel for guests is then a pizzeria available. Here you can inside and outside be beer or its wine or but also ... eat ice cream. read more

    Friendliness here 'large' written! You spoke next to German the local language and English. The cleaning of the rooms was daily and correct. Complaints - except for a broken bulb-we had not. Telephone is available; that a access to the internet money costs, is clear and is okay. There are daily clean towels-both in the room as also in the badeladschaft.

    The location to the through road is for ' schlafempfindliche ' took some getting used to; we had sleep here good. Shopping is a supermarket, about 3 minutes walk away, available. Meran and Bolzano own very good for shopping. The public transportation are easy to use. Furthermore is possible in rabland 2 bergkabinen -bahn available; another in the nearby located place Naturns.

The hotel has our expectations wholeheartedly fulfilled. An informally run, very clean hotel. The rooms have a sufficient size, are newly and very tastefully equipped. Also the bathroom is new, modern and has plenty of shelf space for toiletries (which mostly not available is). The whole hotel including the pizzeria and of the pool with steam room and relaxation area are with a lot of love and taste-just to be comfortable. read more

    Room and bathroom were new and decorated up to date. The balcony was with two chairs and a small table. For cooling small quantities was the fridge in the room enough. Use of the in-room safe was free.

    There was a restaurant for hotel guests, a pizzeria and an ice-cream parlor (the to the house belong). We booked half board, what we also recommend. Breakfast was varied and sufficient (special wishes like scrambled or fried eggs) were always fulfilled. Evenings there was a 5-course menu, 2 main courses to choose from. The food, the hotel's cuisine from the chef and his aids was being prepared, was always very tasty and optically very nice arranged. If there is really something for everyone was, what you didn't want to, you could easily as main course a pizza order.

    There is only positive things to say. All in the hotel, before and behind the ' stage ', were very friendly. Obviously made everyone its work very gladly and felt comfortable in the workplace. There was no badly gelaunten or stressed staff, definitely everyone already tourists time experience. Here were all with body and soul with their job, which nowadays definitely not is normal. Conclusion: good working climate = good value. What ultimately the guest benefits, providing no complaints to call can.

    An indoor pool and a steam sauna with a relaxation area are the vacation enriched. After our hikes we have the offer of the hotel always gladly taken into account and our ' tired bones' what retreat. Also on a rainy day a good alternative. You could (with good weather) directly from the pool area on the sun terrace and on the chairs rest. The direct access from the rooms to the bathing area was a lift possible, so that one also in the bathrobe in the building could. In the area there were also extra towels.

    The hotel is centrally located in the city center. A supermarket is in 3 minutes walk. The direct location on a throughfare naturally brings a certain level with, has but also their advantages. The bus stops on the doorstep and thus best options for going out, the service was acceptable. Transport means to use. Did not bother us, particularly with the window closed nearly nothing was to be heard.

From the start we felt in this hotel comfortable and are now a patron. After examining we chose the larger room type. The kitchen moves on elevated level and offers anytime again culinary surprises. Boss Anita and her team carry through friendliness and willingness to help much more to a successful stay in. The excellent traffic connections, as well as the South Tyrol Mobile card us, on grounds of cost, since that to train convinced. For the Bahnhofsransfer, of course the hotel. read more

The stay was made at short notice. The management of the hotel tried a room in the high season to be able to offer. The room was quite small, which was apparent in the rating unfortunately also. The management of the hotel had announced this when booking in advance but apologized and therefor. The offered food was always very tasty and sufficient in quantity.
