Also after our 4. stay for us : we will be back. The comfort, friendliness and informal atmosphere rare find. The hotel's location is wonderful. A sweep through the property and this year we saw for the first time the salmon the waterfall heraufspringen. Unforgettable! read more

Beautiful location. Arrived tired and were put on the warm welcome. Had a double room, equipped with loving details. We had different books are on the bedside table. Except for the television in the room and a DVD and music CD with the words, if the selection didn't like other CD had none available. The room and the bathroom were clean. read more

    We had an overly large room, but absolutely satisfactory. Stylishly decorated. Water kettle, tea bags, hot chocolate and 2 different cakes, on the rooms which are also be refilled !

    The breakfast was also very good, except the coffee, you should rather tea in Scotland. But the coffee is now no negative. The breakfast table was lovingly set and our room had a view of the garden, what more could you ask for.

    Stayed for 2 days and we took a trip on the Orkneys. The 2 . Evening has welcomed us an elderly lady, no less warm, so we really feel welcome. It was really a lovely lady"!.

    We had these days that much luck with the weather, only sun, sun, sun. If I am in a place 2 days I didn't need entertainment. Enjoy also otherwise you makes trips and the lovely landscape.

    The location is really beautiful. Shopping and entertainment possibilities are everywhere in the Highlands yes not the best, but not necessary for the vacation anyway.

On our trip in Scotland we arrived at the Forss Country House, which is an old seat of Landadligen, that was converted to a hotel. The hotel is located in a small forest near the sea and a wonderful river (Fischerparadies). We were extremely thrilled from all of its charm and decor this venerable piles. The whole hotel had been treated delicately renovated and equipped with the latest technology. We had a room, that a separate corridor and which easily with many 2 1 /5 bedroom unit. Next to free standing bathroom and modern shower also had a nice sofa ... and a comfy king-size bed, antique cabinets and preparation, and as I said Tons of room (approx. 40 m2). For us, it was the best hotel in otherwise overpriced and from the tourist standard it is rather miserable Scotland. Very highly recommended ! PS: The fish in the restaurant is excellent and comes from the river and the sea below the hotel. read more
