Very simple, bad mattresses, their feathers clearly were to be felt.

Very, very basic food, overcooked and bland. In the salad range there was a lot of canned fruit and inexplicable mushy tomatoes. For a spanish hotel remarkable: after 4 days there was the olives. angegammeltes fruit in the dessertbereich. A certain kitchen style was not recognizable, unless you added in the variant 'cheap' as cuisine. Our 4-table was only reluctantly cleared up, if our table neighbors the table already had left, as we the restaurant arrived. ( punishment?)

No welcome at the reception by the receptionist ( that means: it was not even a simple 'hola' said). Contrary to previous description with the' head waiter' and the management was very bad experiences made. The' nice head waiter' us opposite loud and become abusive, as we with its absence and very a lot of free tables A table for two was good. He 'staggered' us to the punishment of a small 4-table between coffee machine and thrown noisily. He threatened us further, he could us also directly at the buffet sit, where there are uncomfortable is. If available been, he would have probably also with tall tables threatened. Sorry, that is absolutely the last, what we in a hotel be: cheeky staff, that its fun through humble of the guests auslebt. Review the management: sorry, the head waiter have probably a bad day. Big hotel, which for disabled persons not should be booked, since there are many steps to walk up there. Those who seek peace and quiet, is in the wrong place here: the children dominate the pool with appropriate volume from the morning until the evening, so good for families. I had 4 stars with directly at the beach. It is entered before town with 3 stars, and one runs 500 meters to the beach.

Font de sa cala is about 30 beautiful -minute walk from Cala Ratjada away. In the city itself there's not much happening, hotels just on the main street: so if you peace and in the reason nothing will, is in good hands here. Bus connections directly in front of the hotel, but it can be already times, the bus does not come at the next have to wait. Font de sa cala is a beautiful beach cove.

There was a large dining room, where you for the entire holiday had a permanent parking space. Furthermore there are in the house a bar and a bar in the sports/ tennispark. The quantity and quality of the food and drinks was always sufficient and good typical for the country, but one naturally 3.5 stars bay and not 5 stars expect. The restaurant, as well as the other bars were always in a clean state and the staff courteous. All-inclusive from about 10:00 until 23:00 o'clock. Daily offerings for afternoon coffee were also various pastries. Afternoons and evenings warm and cold dishes, salads, fruit in buffet form, cakes rather for dinner %blank%.

The staff are in the all in all very friendly and helpful. Very good german. Large effort if really times a problem occurs. The cleaning of the rooms was done well, which like everywhere, of course always from the relevant employee depends, we had nothing to fault. The hotel is located beautifully because of the slope and consists of a main building and a rear wing of the partly the sea can be seen. Sweep the two buildings is a nice trees. Another part is opposite about 80 meters away... The sports with a pool, tennis courts, bar, etc. The hotel makes a clean, neat impression. The lobby is typical of the country and not ultramodern stylish. It is half-board and universe inclusive are offered. We had all-inclusive taken into account. In the summer worth it especially because of a drink. The mass the vacationer was from the german-speaking area and relatively lots of regular guests, which speaks for itself.

The hotel is located in north-east the island. In the place only a street(sagging race), thus the traffic within limits, when the hotel about 50 meters away only is. In the town itself there is a few restaurants and a few small stores for the general necessities. Larger supermarkets, boutiques, discos in the next town Cala Ratjada about 2,5 kilometers away. A bus stop is directly in front of the hotel and buses generally from about 9:00 during the day in about every hour until 20:00 o'clock. Excursion possibilities exist to Canyamel(caves ), as well as to manacor ( perlenfabrik ), as well as at the other beaches in Cala Ratjada(son mol, Cala Agulla with the city bus. Jetty close to the beach. The sandy beach a crowded bay is about 450 meters away.

The furnishings was all right the hygiene is however still room for improvement, if safe the staff trouble, but some things are in the ' years' old!

We only booked with breakfast included and once a all inclusive participated, which was okay. I personally was missing in this hotel outdoor terrace to eat, that's why we only booked with breakfast included. But nevertheless is the view from the restaurant also very nice!

The hotel staff captivated first respect by its friendliness! The front desk with all its staff and also the gastronomical staff, led by the head waiter uS at any time very friendly accommodated.

After all the bad reviews I can in my view only say, the hotel is for us not a four star hotel, but it is for people who want to relax very suitable, the relaxation want, but also gladly times the hustle and the nightlife from Cala Ratjada experience.

Very nice location nearby the font de sa cala, which is less than the Cala Guya for example, however in the low season neither crowded with strongly drunk guests populated! I would recommend a rental car, we had, you can also quickly another bay visit or even in cr shopping or even in the evening a stroll, without bus or taxi, because unfortunately are the fees in the years more and more risen!

The size of the room was ok, the beds were great old and all together have the rooms large renovation, towels were once changed within a week, bed sheets not at all, on deception only once the sheets on the other bed changed. Very badly soundproofed but not too bad mini bar, fridge what is that? Nothing available... Tv yes but without service and volume only limited a supply, no wonder with the clairaudience. The rooms were with the food the enttäuschenste of all.

In the hotel there was a large dining room where all meal times took place, a bar in proximity of the pool and then it ends there. The atmosphere in the dining room is like in a cafeteria, very old and without style. The cleanliness was everything but good, for breakfast a eingebackenes hair in the Croissant the cutlery not really clean, the table cloths were slightly dirty. The quality of the food was also more appearance than substance, the buffet in the evening looked very appealing under construction but not really labeled what, what is or what where inside. It was then on the first evening aqueous noodles with fishy tomato sauce to big disappointment we then the whole week outside food despite half board \u263a and we are actually no people the queue but eventually hörts on...

With the staff I think was everything over friendly to so bad mood. On arrival we were very badly received since it started bad, the foreign language skills were nevertheless very good.

Entertainment was I think each evening 20 hours for a half hour about apart from that we didn't much with, because we more outside of the hotel were. Access to the internet is available once for wi-fi with a mobile phone and computer s of course subject to a charge, but for such things I think you are not on vacation. Pool was clean, but we were rather at the beach which by the way the only was about what one every day again pleased really clean so clear and simply dreamlike without this beach piece it would have more than just disappointing.

The hotel complex looks large on the first glance is however very well arranged. Apart from the left the cleanliness of the rooms to be desired, the rooms were old and uncomfortable, bed sheet stained and damp. The room had also a very musty old holzgeruch. The bathroom loud band to of the toilet disinfected of which no trace.

The next larger town Cala Ratjada by bus on the doorstep or taxi easy to reach about 10 minutes drive. The drive from the airport very long, but okay, on the way there very annoying you rattles everything else before and we were the last to about 2 hours on the way back then exactly around then only about 1 hour drive. The beach on foot easy to reach only the road down 5 minutes unfortunately in font de sa cala didn't so many possibilities evenings still which to see only about 4 restaurants/ bars locally, but in Cala Ratjada then more :-)

Very clean, comfortable and large. Every room has a small balcony and air conditioning, as well as telephone, tv and safe.

Already described above. Very good! One small downside would, however, that it was a bit too quiet is sometimes. A bit of music, also during the day by the pool runs would be nice. Evening was in the week always live music or a dj. As mentioned was it outside this time but unfortunately a very quiet noise, the maximum in ausschankbereich was to be heard. The prices in bar and restaurant are reasonable and cheap.

The staff are more than just friendly! No matter wether in the restaurant, at the bar, the cleaning staff or at the front desk, friendliness, and multilingualism you will find on every corner. Very polite employees, despite the apparently permanent presence always smiling a greeting for each have. At the front desk is one for each small problem and immediately helped a solution.

The hotel counts as a sport hotel, what us before unfortunately no that was aware. So for sports fans definitely not the sports activities forget! The pool is big and clean. Due to our late stay at the end of september also luckily not very crowded. There is also a 2., which we however never looked at. I (20) am with my mother (55) for a quiet vacation with trips and traveling but it was really perfect. The hotel is huge and beautiful. It is very clean (the cleaning crew came every day and also always the towels replaced). I don't know as well as many rooms it has, but it is really big. Specially for this reason we have great respect for the many staff, of which one really very little notice. We had overnight stay with breakfast, since we gladly on the way is and then somewhat typical spanish search. There was really plenty of choice. Very many germans in the hotel are, is the food accordingly laid out. But if you sometimes spanish specialities was not disappointed. A fully balanced offer. Thumbs up! Twice we for a reasonable offer the evening buffet and were once again not disappointed. Also here of course for the, the better in their gejnheiten remain a rich offer, however also really delicious prepared spanish delicacies such as lamb, shells, various fish. So plenty of choice and very good. The average age is located in the upper third. But also many younger families. Lots of guests have been coming here for over 20 years and are from like at home and very friendly. It seemed like a big family. But you can also very unimpaired any peace, the wonderful area offers.

The beach is with about 500 meters distance really not far away and the walk is good, after the rich breakfast \u263a The whole is located in a very nice bay you also should explore! We could khaki's directly from trees food and the indescribable nice view the expanses of the sea enjoy. So definitely also explore! The hotel and this bay a little bit out of town on a small hill only a few minutes away from Cala Ratjada. The bus connections are very good and a taxi is in a few minutes on-site. So everything not a problem, for a party vacation or for people who more than just the bar may want to not the best.

As already mentioned, the hotel is already somewhat older, which one unfortunately the facilities and the state of the rooms recognizes. We had because of of changing rooms rather two different room on the 4th floor. None of them had a mini bar. Telephone, safe, as well as a nice balcony had both. The first room was relatively big, had a luggage rack and a third bed ( very convenient as a cloakroom), but an old crt with only a few channels in partly very bad picture. In the 2. Room there was a flat -tv with a bigger selection of channels (also radio like for instance the German speaking inselradio ), it was much smaller and had no luggage rack. The furniture and the doors were in two rooms quite worn. Whether as a this condition mind, is certainly very different and probably from, how much time you in the room spends. Since we much on the way were, it didn't bother us. A renovation would be however already from private interest of the hotel absolutely appropriate.

There is a enough big restaurant with nearly 200 places for meal times, a large bar area with dance floor and terrace, as well as in addition a separate and quite comfortable area to read or to play cards. Thus for each guest comfort area! The selection and variety the food was at least the price-performance -proportion, whoever expected more, must stop a higher category book. The quality of the dishes for our taste was perfect! A coffee like at home, right milk, juices not as painted water taste, large salad choice, super aijoli -sauce, fish, meat, pasta, great potatoes, besides a cold buffet, delicious desserts, even the ice was very good. Only good that you before the flight back not weighed! Everything was always immediately refilled and the service was as I have already mentioned simply great. The food selection was mostly on the too many German audience coordinated, but there were also quite a lot of local dishes, especially what the preparation concerned. By the somewhat winding architecture of the restaurant and the arrangement of the columns in the room everything was quite manageable. The drink prices to eat, as well as in the hotel bar were pleasantly cheap, so cost about one Cola for dinner 1.70 Euro, several cafes at the bar about 2 Euro. For tips there was a kitty, an elegant solution as we find. As with the arrival at reception you feel here immediately as a guest welcome, as soon as you from the restaurant manager welcome,.

The friendliness of all of the staff is immediately, wether at the front desk, in the restaurant or bar to the housekeeping. It seemed not fake, but off course. As German you feel anyway nearly home, as almost all of the staff more or less speak perfectly German respectively itself German are. The cleaning of the rooms was nearly perfect, as well as the cleanliness in all other areas. Complaints from other guests ( we had no) were friendly and with large patience treated. Already the reception through the owner senior matteu and senior Paco ( moltes gracies!) there is one the feeling, as a guest welcome. Simply said: you feel directly as a regular guest. Should be emphasized yet the waiters in the restaurant! Very friendly and also at the end a long season always in a good mood, as well as extremely speedy and attentive.

It were several members of tennis club since, the numerous golf courses use. After all, what you hear, these were very satisfied and probably already more often here.

The title would have loud: no hotel from the chain! Because the 'na taconera' is fortunately to the unfortunately always rare becoming privathotels and therefore to none hotel chain, the some standards according to the 'F' claims. A beautifully located, especially really quiet hotel. Not too big, because of this you feel quick 'like at home'. Had already gotten a bit old, what but also a certain charm has. Alone the entrance area shows, that it really times architects gave, the sophistication and style value put. In things cleanliness there are no faults. Since we were out and about a lot, we had 'only' booked half board, what was completely sufficient for us. Very positive we the guest structure notice: no 'combat drunkards', a few golden necklace, most so from 40, so the hotel owners adjusted. Apparently lots of regular guests, which again for the building speaks. The owner limited apparently to contracts with very few tour operators and can therefore its clientele really good select. You can very well to the present there are info folders see. We have stayed in hotels, in which more than 40 portfolios around lay. In taconera is around 8 to 10, that says everything. In short, we felt really comfortable!

The rooms were simple but clean.

The dishes were delicious, the choice was large enough, The bread rolls at breakfast were however a bit too hard and drying. Alternatively there was bread and toast, scrambled egg, muesli, fruit... etc.

The service in all areas like for instance cleaning of the rooms, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was good!

We have the peace and quiet by the pool enjoyed, there was only for the entertainment for kids.

This already ageing hotel shows its strengths in the field friendliness, cleanliness, good food and a special atmosphere in the outdoor area. The wonderful park with a pool and the view from the terrace on the peninsula Capdepera are something special.

The hotel's location is very central, one comes by bus or on foot very fast to Cala Ratjada. The small bay one reaches about minutes.

The rooms have their sense and purpose but that was it here then also. The furniture was getting very old and the mattresses unfortunately also, the first two nights we didn't really much sleep, it was just uncomfortable! Then one has to add, that everything in the hallway and in the next room happened directly noticed, it was really very badly soundproofed! Also the interior was very poor, the tv was also very small and old. The stored transmitters were on 4 German and 5 spanish limited and even the volume was limited, these could only up to a certain strength set. ( this was certainly, because it wanted to avoid, that someone complained about a too loud tv in the next room weighted)

The number of bars and restaurants was very poor (there was there nothing) in font de sa cala, around here a wide selection to get you had to in the next place Cala Ratjada drive. The food in was unfortunately also more bad than good. The cleanliness and hygiene was on the first glance really good, only if one then times more looked, were the 'fresh' rinsed plates weren't really clean. The whole atomspähre in the restaurant was a bit confused and bewildered.

The staff are very different, there were very unfriendly and super nice everything. We had unfortunately the problem, that we in 7 days three times our room change to finally after third day our gebuchtest and reenter' view of the sea' room to get. Also for the food it was a great shame, we received only on the 4 day our entgültigen table, we then also until the end our vacation' s could keep. The handling of complaints as from above case described not very good, as to my statement, that we do not view of the sea have, said us the lady at the reception only :' wait time until morning from, perhaps you see then yes the sea! ' (here to information, we had a huge palm and several bushes before our balcony!)

Also here it was unfortunately no that as we it us had presented. There were animations unfortunately only for children and otherwise there was nothing to do, there was a evening with a music a 'disco evening' from the we had hoped for maybe a little in the hotel to dance and a drink, but unfortunately it was a big letdown, there were only children on the tanzfläsche and at o'clock said the 'dj' from nothing :' so that was the last song, good bye! ' one can hardly believe it, but it was as in the movie, within 5 minutes, the area of a' disco' stay in a very quiet bar cinema and everybody was in the next half an hour gone. But, that the hotel up to the last room completely written off was we had a little more initiative from the hotel desired!

Overall, the hotel is from the outside really beautiful, also the entrance area and the rooms are okay, but here we leave it on the whole the 'ok'. The cleanliness our room left unfortunately to be desired, it were for example black hair on the 'fresh' referred bed. A major disadvantage of the hotel is, that it very badly soundproofed is, we heard evenings the loud yelling the children and even the snoring from the next room kept us often from sleeping from. The food in the hotel was anyway not really well, we are in the morning always full, that was that but unfortunately also. Evenings we ummed then (despite half board) mostly outside eating to go around this then on vacation at least to enjoy. The guests in the hotel are in the average age all represented, it is noticed, that predominate young families in the age between and with its children the hotel visited.

Who really evenings sometimes outside it hotels to make would like is here completely wrong. The location is relatively remote from the next place ( Cala Ratjada) it drives penalty (the last at: o'clock) and taxis. But here also the problem, we wanted twice go with the bus and both times he came simply not, then we are back with the taxi went. This costs 8,70 Euro! The cheapest and best possibility it is too fourth a taxi. After the second day we a car rented, this was then the solution of the problem, with a car is the location completely fine.
