'economy' according to the catalog: no balcony or terrace. What we got: overlooking an ugly roof; 'accessible' room, which meant: the 'wardrobe' only a clothes rail in room spraying courses, no storage space. In the otherwise large bathroom no storage space, shower only, toilet and sink, strength of the jets could not be regulated. Conclusion: economy = a room without storage space with ugly view. Of all, what we in the last few years so, the worst. After complaint got after a couple of days but then a very good 'renoviertes' premium rooms, where everything is right: seaview and facilities. 'normale' rooms you can book it, economy in absolutely no way

For the winter with a few guests was okay. It is certainly also better. The staff so la la, confused or forgotten orders for beverages and so on there was but also very good waiters.

Us was offered, the additional costs of 25 €for our replacement hotel to accept, if we in writing, that we didn't complain and no negative review. Such attempts have rather the contrary. Otherwise was the service ok. Without the above attempt i would 4-5 suns.

In the winter no animation! When booking we knew unfortunately not, a summer and a winter catalog is. Loud winter catalog no animation. But that was our mistake. The tidy and beautiful indoor pool lost after new year significantly temperature. For the few guests was worthwhile itself the heat not quite. The sauna could be hotter, i was a bit too cold.

Outside of public holidays for the whole day construction, especially the drilling in the walls, because of the room renovation. This has the vacation spoiled and led, that we the offer a reviewer thought. Therefore the devaluation. Otherwise we had 4-5 suns. Friendly staff, but you'll be rude lied to. When after new year the construction again went off (other guests told us, that the noise between christmas and new year's every day there was), was claimed, an accident should be remedied. In fact, other tour operators the hotel with the instruction offered, that from the 07 month january room renovations charge should be. You pulled the deadline just outside. Normally no guests, if a hotel so lärmvoll renovated. In the summer probably a beautiful hotel. In the winter we would not really recommend.

Next to beautiful beach. With collecting taxis (approximately every half hour) at the next places connected. Beautiful green views.

Main building: Partly not renovated rooms, old bathrooms. In spite of the simple ausstattungszustandes, broken, or to inspection problematic air conditioners (hygiene?) Reception: overall helpful, sometimes friendly, but often by incompetence of languages overstrained. Negotiations are often cumbersome. German is rarely spoken. This situation is by no means standard in the tourist regions of the Turkey! Room :friendly and helpful, very reliable. Dining room: lack! Therefore i had to often even for beverages, or even for cutlery concerned. The tables were breakfast and lunch was often not completely covered up, or lost the waiters often the overview of the new einzudeckenden tables. Napkins and water were very often in all buffets used or not available. Typical for the servicesituation in the dining room was the 17. and 18,10. After our complaint the staff was very hectic hard the guests everything was good. The waiters worked very fast and overeager-a condition, the kräftemäßig on duration is unsustainable. The overzealousness the waiter consumed much kraft ineffective: tables were often cleared away, although the guests other menu wanted. In our case during the meal times too early cleared the table. The large hotel complex has a main building with a single and buildings with small apartment dwellings. In the main building the rooms are partly renovated, partly in an outdated and only moderately well maintained condition. In the neighboring buildings the apartments are in a new, well maintained condition with simple and modest facilities. The all-inclusive hotel has a reasonable dining room, a rugged and very poorly illuminated hotesl, a inadequate illuminated, but sufficient lobby bar with additional covered patio area. The lobby even- hauptaufenthaltsbereich of the hotel promises in its presentation far more, than the hotel in general to do. The beleuchtungsinstallationen in the entire property are uncomfortable, to bright and átmosphärisch inconvenient. The types of people are well mixed, the average age group, the seasonal randzeiten. Distances: To the beach great, To the airport short No shopping possibilities, but very often dolmusbetrieb to Selcuk, efes and Kusadasi. The distances are very short. Taxis are totally overpriced! We were thrilled about this hotel are great. It is possible a lot of excursions without tour operators something to do- there the traffic connections are very good. The location on a beautiful bay is excellent. In the area however bauruninen and untidy beach sections.

With our arrival at the hotel it was just really good to do. We had according to our travel documents a room in the main building but it came but everything else. We came together with a few of the other couple was right after check-in in the direction elevator and us they said we will be with our room card to go outside to the right. We went so of the lobby out to the right and went on smaller wohneinheite to. We had the huge luck a family room to with a magnificent view over the entire area and the sea directly in front of eyes. Better it could for us not at all walk. With such a positive surprise, but the vacation just really good. The bathroom was very big and everything new made so as all floors throughout the living area. We had a double bed and in the living room a small roll away bed. We had two closets and a large dresser. We also had a tv in the bedroom and an in the living room under which the mini bar was. In the living room there was a sofa, a chair and a table. The balcony was large and offers space for 4 people. In a wardrobe was the safe for 2 Euro per day rented.

With the breakfast (eggs in all variations) and the lunch in the snack bar (hamburgers, pizza, pasta, spaghetti, fries and salads and vegetables ) we were very satisfied. In the afternoon, also cakes in addition to of the pool bar offered. The dinner is good but it could be more variety and the dishes were unfortunately not very warm. Preferred i always the dishes from the outside area of the restaurant there was always grilled in the interior area there was unfortunately always the same thing. But nevertheless you had to not hungry we always found something.

Big praise get as often mentioned here the bartender the beach bar the is just always in a good mood. At the pool bar there were a few nice bartenders but also those who do not really want to. The music at the pool bar was although it is very pleasant but unfortunately repeated it the whole day, could still be improved. During dinner we went always only at 20:30 clock thereby the first swing outside was. The tables worked unfortunately not very good. If you then but at a table, the was still full and a waiter to be asked, but then immediately and cleared so then also the table and brought us also the cutlery and the ordered drinks. The chairs in the main restaurant may be renewed also times. The birds in the outdoor area the already so often mentioned didn't disturb us not as you also visited by the guests fed. The cleaning of the rooms worked perfect everything was always clean. A wöchten we say that some people the front desk unfortunately not the friendliest ones were. Although the front desk the first impression on the guest, there should already be responded because the first impression is usually what counts.

We can say unfortunately nothing, neither the entertainment use it still the pool, because we only at the beach have been.

Very nice and especially not too big clean and tidy hotel with a very nice gardens and a mega great great beach and a crystal clear sea. In the area as in the hotel description ja mentioned nothing except a beautiful nature. The place is not too overdeveloped just like we that used are from the turkish rivera, we found that much better so. You could really the nature and super relaxing. We had in the hotel all inclusive through öger tours. The types of people were very balanced many germans, english, dutch and french.

The beach was directly in front of the door. The shuttle from the airport Izmir took about 50 minutes drive was very funny especially than it has the mountains went. The transferfahrt was great you could very much see of the mountains and the long you can even the hotel see. The next town Kusadasi is about 8 kilometers away the hotel offers even a free shuttle at wednesday if you wanted to go shopping, we have the unfortunately not used, because our vacation yes unfortunately no that for a long time been is.

- living room bedroom bathroom - 2 time tv couch armchair beds refrigerator...! Everything okay - balcony additionally for up to 4 people on the sunny side - television not brand new but still completely reasonable - everything was clean

- bars and restaurants many and good of the division - quality and quantity was good (i think the efes tastes everywhere) And the food i have already said something (lamb, chicken, casseroles, pasta, salads fresh bread and so on...) But could the breads be a bit softer. - cleaning and hygiene in the restaurant was great (i work in the cleaning and hygienebereich and school hotels and restaurants in Germany, i would in some nothing food, they will but as a emulate).

- staff were ok - you could quite well over english, who this problems has should Serap or their brother to visit (to shows on Germany pin on the shirt 9 the could super german and manage for everything. - room cleaning: as already mentioned above, it is professional and with ecolab worked, who clue know who or what ecolab is. - additional services were not used by us so can i to it also nothing say. - complaints or better said comments i had altogether 2 and these were immediately resolved. Brilliant

- animation that are young lads those it genuinly understand the people to converse and laugh. - the animate to the sport and aerobics... One has not always just bock but they really all around the people to move in the right way. Small tip: in the evening comedy, good laughs...! - shade possibilities sufficient, beach not the typical ostseesand is however still pleasant. Seawater was perfect...! Indoor pool was quite after chlorine smelled... Outside the top

- room size really reasonable... Extra bed in the living room and 2 tv (bedroom and living room each)... So our small also separate tv could watch (unfortunately only 3 german channels (satellite. 1, ZDF, RTL) - Ayshe was our constant cleaning staff always polite and courteous. our rooms the traces of the previous day again cleaned conclusion: super nice and tidy keep it up \u263a - we had all-inclusive, truthfully i was after a week gladly again german cuisine to be able to enjoy: however the week was it constantly sortimen't and diverse (fruit was always fresh and delicious) the no served königsberger klopse or black pudding with sauerkraut as you should probably know and understand. - many germans and turks who speak german very well (dutch/english and bulgarians are we noticed)

- beach 150 meters away from the hotel (top) - airport Izmir (about 1 mins also okay) - with the Dolmuş from the hotel for 2 € to Kusadasi about minutes - Kusadasi has everything that your heart could desire however, if you a really fat market to see wants should to Izmir drive (5 million. Inhabitants 3 largest city) - excursion possibilities vary from tour operator different we had öger tours was okay, but i think even better... Possibly you on your own.

Several restaurants with a choice of dishes, pool bar, lobby bar, beach bar. Food excellent, choice a drink large. All great-clean. Pleasant environment for the food.

Staff moderately friendly, only little english knowledge. Cleaning of the room was done well, laundry service and child care available. Complaints were dealt with immediately, very friendly customer service with good and very good german knowledge

Entertainment okay, no importunities, kids club alright, disco audible, but not for long. Water in the pool is every day controlled, very clean, beach also cleaned daily, great sand, clear water. Showers, changing room and toilets itself at the beach very clean.

Family rooms clean and spacious, all-inclusive offers excellent, food and drinks, almost exclusively english- and turkish-speaking guests, pleasant atmosphere by the pool as with the food.

Distance from Izmir airport 50 minutes transfer, was okay. Directly at the beach, approximately 25 meters from the pool and the pool bar from that, great. The rooms are of a 4 star hotels. Simply equipped however great view, almost all with a view of the sea, partly large balconies in the main building.

The choice was a 3.5 star hotel. The breakfast was plentiful with omelet, pancakes and everything possible. Lunch and dinner was monotonous and little choice, there were only chicken and turkey, as well as liver. No lamb, no theme nights, nothing. For a 5 star hotel inadequate. Drinks were during the day and also in the evening outside only in old plastic cups served and in a nice romantic grounds. A contradiction :. Service, dining and außenflair not fit together. The worst thing about the whole hotel was the service, because there was no. I know the Turkey well, was to lots of places however i have never experienced anything like that. There was 3 pools as far as good and there is something for everyone: a relaxation pool a activities pool and a main pool. The beach was as mentioned the absolute attraction of the hotel. On some days there were too few chairs. The animation was only on a week laid out, then repeated everything. The entertainers were but not pushy, offered good evening and during the day sport offers. The hotel has a spacious and beautiful grounds with 3 pollbereichen, a broad fine sandy beach and a main building schifförmig built, as well as a few buildings. The most room with a view of the sea. The hotel is located in the probably most beautiful bay in the area (pamucak) with a great spread and a side long finest sandy beach. The staff are friendly, the room service on time. The lingua franca is english. A very good german speaking woman helps gladly.
