The hotel we have recommended by friends we didn't get disappointed! It has approximately 55 rooms, is very easy going and so was well arranged. It is not a 'pure' kinderhotel; but very 'family-oriented'. We found a modern, clean room, with a separate small room with bunk bed, 2 flatfernsehern and a very modern bathroom. The audience was pleasantly mixed, partly couples, some families or small groups. We booked with half board, what is completely sufficient, super start to the day with a generous buffet breakfast; food for children lunch included, in the afternoon a nice snack, with sweet or ... savory treats and in the evening a great 4 or 5-course menu! Great was the small kids buffet with 2 dishes to choose from and dessert! read more

    We inhabited a room in the new wing, was very modern, clear and straightforward decor. The bathroom was very modern and nice, everything especially clean! The children slept, separated by a sliding door, in the next room, what the days a beautiful large for example rink is, for us completely sufficiently, since one anyway most of the time out of the room/hotels can hang out.

    With the food we were also very satisfied, loose restaurant atmosphere, great breakfast with a varied selection, the food in the evening very tasty and varied; the wine was very good and a recommendation. Also great the offer free ' quellwassers'. In the room there were also in the minibar apple juice and spring water for free consumption; a great service and not always usual! The jams were by the way also very tasty and could in the hotel shop be acquired. On the day of departure received a great bread and a glass of jam as present home. In the of the lobby there was also a nice bar to stay a while in the evening or so days.

    We were especially about the friendliness the staff impressed, the reception and the service was very familiar and 'close to the customer'. For questions about the skiing or excursions were the staff at the front desk very unlocked, the issue of skiing was well in the ski rental of the hotel cared for! We found also very friendly staff before, as well as in the customer service! One felt in spite of the many bill immediately welcome!

    Our sons have daily the swimming pool for itself discovered; in the benefit of the sauna and other spa treatments are we this time unfortunately not come; but there were plenty of great deals and treatments available! For children there were for the whole day various offers, such as crafts, climbing, cinema in the evening, campfire in pfadfinderlager, snow tubing or other games. In the morning, the children at the hotel free of charge into the world the ski riders sniff. Also a good idea, if you in the winter locally.

    As promised and on the homepage pictured, the hotel is on a hill, nice in the gorgeous scenery embedded. From the room or restaurant has a beautiful view, in the morning, we fortunately the sun and into the room winked. For skiers practically, the small ski bus, the the guests in the town of the slope and each full hour back clearing.

A medium-sized hotel, the already from the first impression was like. The hotel and the rooms are friendly and bright. You have three-quarters pension (breakfast, afternoon snack, dinner and for children also the lunch). There are many families, also with grandparents, there, but also guests without families.     The family rooms are nice large, bright especially clean. The sleeping area for the children with a sliding door trim. Closets are sufficiently available and enough space for jackets and shoes. In the bathroom, under the sink a beautiful large shelf space for your things. It is on the rooms 2 times tv, a safe, a hair-dryer and free wi-fi. We had every day fresh water and apple juice inclusive.

    The food was simple just great. There was a 5 course menu, consisting of salad from the buffet, starter, soup, main course choice (four possibilities) and a dessert. Very delicious.

    The staff was without exception very friendly. Requests were immediately dealt with and the children opposite all very accommodating. The rooms were always clean. In the kids club our daughter felt so good, that they around the hour there would be. The child-minders were very pleasant and absolutely trustworthy. We knew our daughter always in good hands. Furthermore, there were the zwergerlskikurs at the hotel. Also accordingly we were very impressed. Here the children the first steps in skiing beigebraucht.

We were now the 5 time in neubergerhof and were again absolutely satisfied. The hotel offers for families an excellent service, so that the parents and the children totally relaxing and holidays can be enjoyed. On wishes and issues always friendly and promptly received. Our kids have here felt very comfortable and definitely stay here. Even if you searches finds you actually nothing what the vacation bad could. After a long drive (by many jams and fierce scurry causes), we arrived later than planned, in neuberger hof. We entered and felt immediately. Already the atmosphere in the reception range was blissful (fireplace) and the reception was perfect kind. We were in the rooms and were totally positively surprised about the room decor with our adult son (everyone had separate room with a big bathroom, but nevertheless we had a private access with hallway. Also the breakfast, half-board and the spa were great. We especially liked the advice, where the meat dates. In my opinion, the hotel all suns. ... Keep it up! read more

We were with a skifahrergruppe (11 persons) already for the 5 time in neubergerhof. It is a great hotel with a food, the is unparalleled. Staff always friendly and also the hygiene is on the whole building great. We are excited and what outstanding is, one is not only from the day of arrival saturday subject and on other days very accommodating. Because of bad weather we wanted a very relaxing wellness day in the hotel a. The location is for children ideal, the different winter sports regions (schladming, flauchauwinkl, flachau) must one about 20 minutes driving time. For not ... too demanding skier is the ski area Filz Moos in immediate nights (5 minutes ) available. Value for money is unbeatable and the hotel therefore very recommendable. read more

Great hotel gladly anytime again (very good)! A small but, the room was, is the furniture somewhat older. The bed, closet, curtain... Is getting quite old but very clean (main building). But despite all the hotel is great and all of the staff is great, from the chef to the cleaning staff! read more

The hotel is very nice and tastefully equipped. The entire hotel is very clean and the food super good. We made in the christmas holiday and thus were very many families there. The employees are very nice and friendly. Also the bosses are every day on the way and ask after the well-being. In the hotel there is a very nice bar, in which you also during the day very comfortable can sit. The spa is very spacious, especially the swimming pool it has our kids pleased.     We had a comfort room. Very tasteful, very clean. Size absolutely sufficient. We also had a balcony, from which you have a nice picturesque view. The room by a sliding door was separated from the bedroom with a bunk bed. Both rooms had tv. In the kids room there are even a fridge with water/juice. The bathroom was very spacious. It wasn't missing anything. We spend then the last night in a studio 'two in a', since we extended spontaneously have. We really liked the family room better, it was cozy. In the studio were two completely separate bedroom - our kids felt in the small room with the sliding door happier. The bathroom was -, although the studio for more people would be smaller than in the family room. But it was also very clean, very tastefully decorated.

    The restaurant is big, still clearly arranged. Especially the buffet hall was very generously designed, so you don't in the way. The quality of the food - the quantity is great - for children there was a kids buffet, the dishes were very varied. The adults choose from 4 main courses, one of which is vegetarian. There was something there for everyone. The atmosphere was very pleasant, quiet, serene. Also in the bar area. At lunch you could choose in the bar area something to eat order - reasonable value for money super good.

    Big praise to the managers, staff and the waiters. Everybody was very nice, friendly, accommodating and helpful. It wasn't missing anything and they wanted to for example seconds or what specific for breakfast, so you will be charged on the wishes a. Also the rooms were extremely clean.

    There is a nice kids care and a nice area for children. This was however our kids not used (6,5 and 9 years), i think, there were lots of small children there ☺ But it looked very pleasant from, as we have seen especially the climbing wall has it my son liked. Loved it the children the indoor pool - very clean and very tastefully equipped. Use the sledding hill. We spend also new year's eve in the hotel. There was a great new year's eve gala menu. In the bar area there was music. For children there was disco and games. It was a very nice turn of the year. Especially a super great fireworks ☺

    The hotel is very nice and tastefully equipped. The entire hotel is very clean and the food super good. We made in the christmas holiday and thus were very many families there. The employees are very nice and friendly. Also the bosses are every day on the way and ask after the well-being. In the hotel there is a very nice bar, in which you also during the day very comfortable can sit. The spa is very spacious, especially the swimming pool it has our kids pleased.     As i have already mentioned, the hotel lies very quiet. But there is a shuttle bus, to the ski resorts in Filz Moos go. And by car one is rapid at the lifts or quickly in radstadt, altenmarkt, zauchensee - the location it is very centrally located. And we determined, very secure-in schladming kommunistische radstadt was all green. In neuberg /Filz Moos there was a lot of snow ☺

We were in january/february 2013 for the first time in neubergerhof and i have to say, the hotel has our expectations still exceeded. Modern, nevertheless comfortable facilities, versatile breakfast buffet, snacks, the after skiing gladly taken into account was. Furthermore very attentive, friendly staff, cleanliness was largely written. Although lots of small children in the hotel were, for the in the remaining a lot was offered, this was because of the great layout of the dinner room not unpleasantly loud or noisy. Liked a lot also the separate buffet on 'very much', where the small to avail itself could. Same ... goes for the sauna- & wellness area, the only adults available stood. The 'compensation' there was a children-and family sauna. Also apart from that many details, for example sauna bag with towels and flip-flops, as well as bathrobes, the stay pleasant and a lot of luggage saves. Ski cellar directly next to the ski rental in the house, also convenient. All together a completely elaborate concept. Hotel with feel-good atmosphere! read more

A real winter -feel good vacation for the whole family. I would particularly like to highlight the child care from 09:00 to 21:00 and the offered activities for the kids. Our 5-year-old son loved it, especially from the climbing wall. Varied program for children and adults. What is planned is you can for breakfast a folder at the table read. In-house ski lessons for the smallest directly behind the hotel and for the larger the possibility from the hotel's own staff in the ski-school transferred to. Ski -bus right in front of the hotel and only a 10 ... one-minute drive to the winter sports region to Filz Moos. The state of the hotel, the staff and particularly the delicious food have their star rating. Look forward to our next ski vacation in the hotel neuberger. read more
