A true tagungshotel which on individual tourists definitely not is adjusted.

The room, though with a balcony and despite upgrade because of early booking, however for a stay with my mother very small. The please armchair and chair to remove but was immediately fulfilled.
Unfortunately, there were also during our stay only rarely a smile or hello. A shame since it was both nothing costs. I was very often past, we had a dog, but very pleasant, and even its own ceiling and bowl in the room ... had.
Questions were hard respond and information about the area very economical given.
Lüneburg is about 7 kilometers away and absolutely worth a visit. The golf course is directly at the hotel and very nice secluded time.
The spa reception was unfortunately same, either not occupied or rude. Swimming pool, sauna and
Behandlunsräume however very nice.
Breakfast, very well, everything was there and eggs on request freshly prepared. However especially, very good mood and friendly staff.
We have in the evening in the hotel and that is really recommendable. Very good choice and quality.
The show is well arranged and not cheap but is equal to the benefit. On two evenings there was buffet.
Also here everything was there and always fresh. Prices of the bar card upscale.
We really liked it, all considered and we had a good break. read more

Super * 1 + * just great
We were altogether six girls and wanted unhitch - the spa area, the room, the food, the service get a 1 +. Very clean, very well maintained, everything is great in shot. Also the design of the small cardioraums is totally sufficient. Especially worth mentioning is the salt grotto. We felt very good and are very good and rested again home drove. Again a nice short break. The new earth sauna is really well laid out. Very nice and big and bright. The service was excellent although on somewhat older audience. Food and event but were really good.
Only notes or verbesserungspotenziale are the front desk -late check-out was suddenly a problem, although until 14:00 breakfast was-. Additionally one had no information and, if the golf course to play on is. Also we wanted a day early where you outside the arrangements 32% more for the night asked for it. Has our expectations and needs. One felt comfortable. Sauna, pool, food and bar
Was excellent. And we were already in many hotels. Here also many 5 star hotels do not have.

A hotel with high wellbeing atmosphere. The food is amazing, the breakfast offers everything that you could wish for, the atmosphere is very pleasant. A lot of attention to detail, like for instance the offer for a (free) hot milk with honey when einschlafschwierigkeiten. Very happy, i have the nice greeting and chocolates -Nikolaus on 6 december in the morning outside my door. I came completely tired and little frozen and asked for a room with a bath, thanks for the upgrade! I will definitely be back. read more

Very beautiful hotel; i had unfortunately no room with a view of nature, parking but didn't bother us. Very friendly staff, at the reception were 2 small complaints immediately accepted and up to my return a few hours later sorted out.

Would gladly come again. We were there over new year's eve and everything was right. The from the hotel organised fireworks was unlikely. The new year's eve buffet exceeded all this, what we have seen. Simply 'first class'. In the shower, we had room 167, you could dance. All of the staff was really friendly and very willing to help. read more
