We have an apartment booked, we were in the 6th floor in the main building sigma with super view of the sea accommodated. The bathroom is very small, no shower's wall. In the kitchen there is even a washing machine integrated :-) The condition the room was altogether top, before 22 o'clock but you have to be bed not visit, there the music of outside very noisy. Of the other guests in the rooms we heard nothing.

The number of restaurants was sufficient, in the low season it was not crowded. The rooms are furnished nicely, luckily no cafeteria atmosphere. Besides from time to time a few crumbs on the ceiling, it was very clean. There were enough selection of food, it was a lot each evening repeated, what was not that bad we found. Unfortunately most of the food was not good, we did not have the need for more. Some few things were good, like for instance grilled fish, but if a tourist 4 to 5 star food expected, he will disappointed. Breakfast was good, coffee unfortunately less, but this is perhaps matter of taste. The pay coffee at the bar tasted but delicious.

Staff: There was a few very friendly waiter with a smile on the lips, which one also gladly tip has been made. Unfortunately the majority of the staff, cleaning ladies, waiter in the restaurant, service at the pool bar, indifferent to unmotivated to unfriendly. All together is the hotel complex very well maintained, there is a bit of renovation, since in some places were a bit crumbled or rusty is. Every morning the complex cleaned. We had an apartment which very big and spacious was. Decorated in a friendly style with kitchenette, fridge and freezer. The bedroom was separate from the living room and dining room were separate. There are 3 main restaurant, all three there are different qualities food and service! The food was in the sigma hotel the best... As in almost all all inclusive hotels lacks unfortunately in the food area. Warm something else, but it was varied and tasteful. Clear tastes are different, but I am sure the something for everyone is.

The staff could be somewhat friendlier, however I can the gestures with their wages completely understand. A tip works against wonder... With English one continues to come best, German only with individual staff possible. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day. However would be also times a thorough cleaning the room appropriate. The room was huge and very nice. Everything, what you need was available. Furthermore, there was a kitchen.

From the restaurants, the us as all inclusive guests available were, we used only the sapphire and diamond. I found the dishes always diverse and delicious. Surely it was almost always too few seasoned, but due to the fact, that on every table salt and pepper there were, I found the not as downside. Every day there were obligatory pasta and tomato sauce, fries etc. , but always also local dishes. Especially the desserts were great. Every day a selection of lots of different small pies and ice. One had also never at the buffet line up, the food was always immediately refilled. There were also always fresh fruits ( apple, banana, nectarine, grapes, different melonnen... And also fruit salad in yoghurt) there were also afternoons and evenings a beautiful salad bar.

The service leaves unfortunately to be desired. Particularly the people at the bars shone their poor mood from. In the restaurant you get in a few seconds the plates noses, as soon as you had finished. The frontdesk employees and the luggage were however very friendly. Also the entertainers were always friendly and in a good mood.

The pool area is very nice, spacious and very well maintained. Who entertainment liked, could daily play the entertainers to participate. Partly I found it somewhat annoying, that the entertainers so often asked, whether one desire has, boys. Every evening there was mini disco and afterwards entertainment for adults. Also a live band on, which was very good! By the pool there were very many loungers, never were all occupied. Also there were very few people that reserve with a towel. The hotel normally is a a very good state. It has a very nice, large complex, which constantly cleaned. It is a very big hotel, has very many rooms. We were in the main hotel, the sigma. Altogether the hotel was in any case not fully occupied.

The location to the sea is of course great. In one minute you are of the pool to the beach run. The beach is very beautiful, but not very long. The sand was very fine. At the beach you can loungers rent (think 2 piece 11 leva on the day) but we didn't done have, because you could also with the towel set or of the pool from simple at the beach go. The possibilities for outings are rather modest. Pomorie you can actually save, the city is pretty ugly. On one day we have Nessebar visited, which I also more would have expected. It is a nice town, but under a world heritage site, I something else imagined. For a beach vacation is the location nevertheless good.

Altogether has the complex more than 700 room. We had deliberately an apartment with a view of the sea booked. The furnishing of the rooms is contemporary... The furniture relatively new. On the carpet were large black stains-somewhat disgusting. The kitchenette is without necessary utensils (pans and many more) also not usable. The air conditioning was not changed individually (a cold is inevitable). Especially it would be desirable been, that the bathrooms at the planning bigger dimensioned would be. The exhaust air complex has loud whistled, that even the existing tv drowned has. Not even shower cabins in the form of curtains or similar were available. Accordingly it was unavoidable have been the whole bathroom to overflow. Danger of slipping! High risk of an accident is for older people unacceptable!

Ridiculous! Advertised respectively the sigma sunset resort with a variety of restaurants and bar, which was partially around the hour are available should. Quality and variety of the meals& drinks lacks any price-performance -proportion. Too many too cold food with the consumption. The so-called children's buffet is absolutely ridiculous! We had an apartment, approximately 45 meters² large. It was relatively modern. Even a kitchenette, with dishwasher, but we didn't required. ( a mini bar in various sizes available) The living room had a sofa bed with slatted frame for folding up. We had a tv with several German channels. The bathroom was with a shower, bath tub and hair dryer equipped. In the room was a safe, the price is for one week 30 leva. On the balcony there were two chairs and a small table, big enough!

As already described above, there is several possibilities to food. We stayed at the delta 1 and also mostly eaten. The selection of dishes was a bit less than the in the sigma, but it was very many comfortable, as the rush not so big. The table cloths were changed after every guest. The food was always fresh and in our opinion of good quality. Very much selection, so that for each enough for everyone should be there. In the sigma there was additionally a children-and a diät corner. Cocktails and ice cream are all inclusive-program included. Drinks there were either out of the machines ( water, Cola, Fanta, Sprite and sweet juices) or you ordered at the waiters( beer, radler, red and white wine or other pub alcoholic beverages) Also in the restaurant is strongly on the hygiene. All dishes on time refilled, we did not experience, that something times for short time was.

You could mostly with German really good communicate. In the doubt has English always helped. The staff are if you have a question, etc. Very nice and helpful. For the food, they asked you what you wanted to drink and the tables very quickly cleared away. The waiters have always a smile in the face, say they do however not much. Expect, that welcomes you don't need. We were the hospitality the Turkey usual, this you can absolutely not comparisons. For us it was important, that the service fits. The friendliness remained somewhat on the way, but it was no pushy, which was very positive. Every guest will during the stay asked a course evaluation completed, we think, that still will improve :-) The rooms were cleaned daily and every day were also the towels were changed. Towels for the pool there is free. You get a map, which one every day against a new towel can be exchanged. You lose the towel or the show, costs of this 50 leva. A 2. card for all expenditure, which one in the hotel makes. The amounts shall be on the menu saved and the bill at the end of the stay in leva paid. In any case you have at the front desk the possibility the invoice amount to ask. In the lobby you have very good wi-fi front desk and enough places to sit. Even electrical sockets are available.

At this point we must the entertainment team strong praise. They speak German, English, spanish, french, Russian and other languages. The animationsmoderationen are always at least 3-4 languages. It is amazing, what this group makes! Kids club: Child care with themed days. It is with the children singing, dancing. There are treasures searched, T-shirts or kerchiefs and many games played. For the whole day find animation offered: Table tennis, darts, water polo, water aerobics, zumbakurse, cocktailspiele and much more. The entertainment team tried to entertain, but they understand also, if you said no. Every evening there were different shows of a very good quality. Different dance performances, light show, comedy shows, music quiz etc. First class, everything which will be made. Before the shows was every day mini disco... Totally class, as the small children dancing entertained and the entertainers with the children avoid. At the beach there is beach volleyball and a playground. Umbrella and loungers, as well as drinks at the beach are not included. By the pool there was no time of day problem free chairs to get! The loungers with towels are reserved, is from the hotel not gladly seen and we have never experienced.

The hotel complex is on the first glance very big and unclear, but at check in one gets a plan and then one finds fast very well. The hotel consists of the main building sigma and buildings alpha, beta, delta 1, delta 2 and eta. To the hotel belong four outdoor pools ( water slides), there is a hairdresser, a cosmetician and a wellness area with indoor pool, sauna etc. There are 4 à la carte restaurant, not the all inclusive program belong: La boheme french restaurant, Mediterraneo fish restaurant, asian sushi restaurant and the venezia Italian restaurant. The main restaurants are in the all inclusive program included. There is plenty of choice, amongst others with showcooking. In the whole complex very much value for cleanliness put. It is day and night cleaned. Even the way in the outdoor area daily with a machine mopped. The guest structure was a colorful mix, it were many germans tourist on location. Negative we didn't notice any russians, sometimes also the German, not behavior could. We have not a problem with other nationalities!

The hotel is located directly by the beautiful beach. The airport Burgas is only a few kilometres away. With the transfer bus, we have only 10 minutes drive required. This we found very positive. A few small shops are in immediate hotel proximity. Approximately 200 meters direction pomorie is the bus station, the very good to Burgas or nessebar to drive can. ( way per person cost 3 leva) At this bus station there is a bank, it is recommended to change the money. The exchange rate is much better than in the hotel or other hairdressers. Burgas: We found, that the center from Burgas not particularly good for shopping is suitable, however there is a free shuttle service to the gallery Burgas from the central station Burgas from. In this gallery you will find all the usual shops, as well as in Germany( H&M, deichmann, etc.) Nesebar: Old nesebar pleased us best, through the whole old town there are a lot of small shops and stalls. From here are also boat trips to the Sonnenstrand ( party mile) offered. ( this option we have however not used) Pomorie: To pomorie are about 3.5 kilometer which one on foot at the sea long can walk to... In pomorie there were mainly souvenir shops. Cheap and good restaurants you will find everywhere in each place. Approximately 1000 meters direction pomorie there is a Penny, convenient for those, the no booked all inclusive have. Excursions were plentifully from anstalter offered, they have we however not booked.
