Waiters in the restaurant, cleaning staff and other staff very pleasant and when absolutely great friendly and helpful to evaluate. Room clean. If the ski season evening is over, a wonderful peace. Berggenuß relaxation. The half board meals was also excellent!
Completely diametrically opposed to the front desk. Rude and besserwisserisch. Only here the guest is not king. Also tries for payments a eurozahlung to convince. With credit always in franc pay! It got a mitreisender 217 €instead of 204 €will be charged. Http://www. Reisefrage. Net/tip/in the -Switzerland-always-in-franc-are charged (this trick is however in the whole Switzerland popular)
A ... shame, the only at the front desk the idea of service had not arrived, otherwise it would be a 100% major mountain adventure experience defendendo. read more

A nice, very family and friendly house in a fantastic location with very fair prices. The rather moderate assessment of the room was at the accommodation 'backpacker hostel room' with bunk beds, which for a 5-member group with a toddler not ideal; however, this is our 'last minute' decision payable, by the 30-12-12 for the 31 december 12-02.01. 13 after a accommodation. Great, so in the short term still a bit has! read more

A leisure hotel in unsurpassed area, the more luxurious rooms are wonderful, the simpler rather cramped. Bathrooms are partly very damp, here poor ventilation.
Overall very friendly, good food, excellent service, very recommendable, especially since the location unique. Pets welcome and this is serious! read more

The hotel is located on the summits of the diavolezza with fantastic views of the surrounding mountain panorama, amongst others piz palรผ. The cable car takes about 10 minutes, you can also for beginners mountain hikers the climb on foot in about 3 hours. The rooms (partly with egenem bathroom, partly with etagenbadnutzung ) are small, functional decorated and clean. The berghaus nice restaurant a good kitchen inclusive good wine and drinks. The breakfast on the other hand was rather simple and zewckmäßig and was in buffet form offered. With good weather you can on the patio too sit and ... the stunning mountain panorama admire, which surely the real highlight of this place is. read more

Berghaus diavolezza one would expect the extensive comfort and Zertreuungsmöglichkeiten. What this place has to offer is a top location in the heart of well-known, high mountains and breathtaking panorama. If you stay here above lingers, enjoy the quiet (after the last downturn in the car), and/or mountain climbing is hiking/climbing. Point. For these conditions is up a high standard. And we tried the hot tub with view of the mountains. Storm and rain could not prevent us from, to climb in the hot tub. Saagenhaft the feeling and the view over the glacier! (Not only, that the other guests ... somewhat issued occurs; the whirlpool tub is right in the attention of the picture windows in the mountains). Included in the room rate is a Viergang menu, as well as an extensive breakfast buffet. Conclusion: there are nüscht to complain about! read more

We come every winter for a weekend of the diavolezza mountain-and again and again very gladly. This time we brought friends with a total of six.
Since there is a new winter 20010/11 hostess and the service was good as in the past. The half-board price for St. moritzer moderate, therefor you get a good 4-course dinner. The wine list is a chalet also, the price fair: So you pay for a Amarone of Tedesci for example (retail price 40 franc) 77 Franc-we have seen in other St. moritzer restaurants for over 100 franc. read more

It was completely different to what I have expected.
The environment is excellent. The view is also very good even my room is not facing the ice mountain.
The hotel is quiet because there are only high mountains. I recommend this hotel to those who really want to relax and enjoy the nature.
Two disadvantages: The last cable car departs too early at 17.00. I need to arrive the hotel quite early. I also don't like the food though the price is quite cheap. Besides, I extremely like the risotto and coffee of the restaurant at Morteratsch Train Station. ...
Overall I did enjoy the night there. I like the view very much and It's quiet enough for me to relax and enjoy the mountain view. read more

the price was too high for the amenities. Furthermore, you should pay extra for the tiny Jacuzzi. The food was too expensive and of poor quality. The service was overstrained total, although only a few tourists were there. The breakfast buffet was rather meager for such a large framed. You did not have the impression that welcome.
It's a pity... read more

stay at the diavolezza mountain chalet on almost 3' leading 000m m is a unique experience. We were once again here and it is always an experience, to stay in this chalet.
The location is superb, right at the foot of the summit, with a view of PIZ bernina PIZ palü and (only 4' Ostalpen 000er the), as well as two glacier. But there are no therefore nearby (only a small gift shop), is probably no one.
The rooms are simple and functional. But on 3' 000m you can't expect luxury lodging. If you are looking for this, should better ... to St. Moritz (see my reviews there) again.
The food was excellent and the wine list can compete with great restaurants! The service was absolutely accommodating.
Tip: 38 degrees the outdoor pool at the time of booking the same reserved four (CHF 15 per person including towel, bathrobe for hotel guests). The coolest (in both importance) wellness area, which I ever saw.
Note: the chalet is on weekends mostly booked. read more
