We were as a couple ( Mother, adults daughter) in one of the double room in the Arkadengebäude on the ground floor the room was an extremely pleasant surprise. Very stylish, very clean, very nice Bath, private exit to the terrace, A bus runs from the main street direct to the airport / main station Mestre from where you either rent a car (which we did) or directly to Venedig drive can. Nice hotel in Tessera ( near the airport MARCO POLO, about 20 kilometers away from Venedig - by bus easy to reach). The hotel is several building divided, was apparently once a manor, parking spaces are free of charge with us. Our room was relatively small, but sufficient, air-conditioned and clean, the bathroom with shower was very small, but with fresh towels, shampoo and shower gel equipped. The breakfast was - like in Italy apparently usual-not too varied (some marmelade, a little sausage and cheese, a few juices) and the butter had to get used to (from goats milk). The ... bus station was about 2 minutes hike away. Shops were in the immediate area not so great ( only a small kiosk), but since we during the day in Venedig anyway, was the also no problem. Very close there are nice restaurant with great garden, in which a large grill great grilled dishes ( for example massive steak Fiorentina or lamb) be prepared. All told was the stay in the hotel good, and the value for money perfect.
