A very well maintained hotel. Size of the room and equipment has us very positively surprised. The menu was very good and written in german. The dishes we ordered, very tasty. With the rich breakfast, there was only the cheese to complain about, because the bent themselves already easily. Apart from that huge selection. Pool and jacuzzi a bit small, near many guests, you have convenient times abpassen. We will next winter again a short break as plan. read more

A very beautiful and modern hotel in a good location. On foot are all important shopping distance. The wellness area is appealing and very clean. Not far away is the beach promenade. The frontdesk employees speak really good german and are extremely friendly. All in all the hotel is recommendable. read more

Huge rooms, furnished in a modern style, with large flat screen tv. Despite the central location quiet. Cleaning was okay. The breakfast was very rich and good. In the evening we were eat out, what cheap and good. We had booked over hrs and upon arrival a bottle of wine in the room! Swimming pool with whirlpool and sauna are available, however nothing special. Spa is good, but short term we unfortunately only one appointment can get. read more

We have to many reservations for the first time the polish Baltic Sea visited and have immediately a fantastic. A great hotel with pleasant german speaking staff, which very competent and friendly was. The free time area with a pool, and 2 saunas to regular sport tempted, the booked half board was very tasty, variable and sufficient. The short path to the center kolberg has to buy tempted, the city worth seeing building and facilities. A visit to the bridge over the lake and the lighthouse is worthwhile and should not be missed. Altogether a great ostseewoche with experience, spa ... and erholungsprogramm. read more

If kolberg then return to the sand hotel. Service was very friendly as well as all of the staff. The rooms were very large like the bathroom also. Unfortunately the restaurant is a bit too small side. If all at once want to eat, it is not, because not enough tables are available in the small restaurant. Spa services, I think a little too overpriced. Apart from that a really clean hotel the 100% recommendable is. Nearby there are several shops where you can shop. read more

We had a spa city break planned with its own prior and private bicycles. The cure possibilities are nice, however limited to 15 minutes and thus ineffective. After the doctor ' wirbelsäule' instead of knee joints on the dockets scribbled, I had a little trouble, the kniebehandlung to get. You need to know, that in Poland the sauna not without clothes is, for us as weekly visitors to the sauna unacceptable. In the sauna area missing a resting room and the possibility cool. The food was sufficient, but for our taste, particularly the really interesting fish dishes oversalted. To point ... out the really big, modern equipped room with wi-fi and 15 German television programs. Alltogether it was very interesting, kolberg and the area by bike to explore. The interesting value for money and the wonderful nature the trip you want to see more Poland made. read more

Already at the entrance to the hotel you can feel the pleasant atmosphere. The room was huge, comfortable and very clean. It works very young, friendly and nice staff, every request immediately. Especially the staff at the reception was unforgettable, the friendly faces and their transmission mean, that you the hotel necessarily visit again should. The breakfast was luxurious and leaves nothing to the imagination, there is something for everyone there. The wellness area is pleasant, clean and new.     The room was huge and clean. What is noticeable is the very comfortable bed, in the you immediately fall asleep could. Also included as-room safe, a tv, a small fridge and a huge mirror. In the bathroom, every day new soap, shampoo & shower gel and towels made available. It included a hair dryer and a heating around for example the towel quickly warm.

    Such a staff, like in this hotel there is nowhere else, it leaves no wish unfulfilled. German tourists feel like at home, there the staff without any problems also german. The room was cleaned daily, there were always fresh towels made available and in the entrance into the room smelled very fresh.

    Sport, i would like to take part in, it unfortunately lost. The we unfortunately no program. In the week very much offer. Hotel intern hairdresser (10 e for a haircut) and spangebote.     The hotels are from the outside and generally the architecture in the corner to get used to. Much plate and concrete. Still, i found the sand hotel with the hotel very nice and modern. Location is perfect (in comparison to aquarius and leda much better), there just a few strides until to the sea and around the station around into town.

Very good value for money. Booking additional wellness treatments is very recommendable. Communication problems as good as not available, German or at least English is common. Also in kolberg are for example the restaurants on visitors from Germany laid out. The menus are in three languages, Polish, German, English available. Both for families, couple but also for seniors very recommendable. read more

This lovely hotel is highly recomended. Beautiful wellness area and pool. The breakfast is just fantastic with everything you as a guest can wish for. All the rooms are very spacious and clean. read more

The design sand hotel has us already before the vacation convinced and when we got there, we were really amazed. Our expectations were completely fulfilled. The hotel has a appealing size, does not belong however to the 1000 room bunkers and this is also good sunday The state of the hotel is excellent, it is always took care of everything. We have booked half board and were totally satisfied. About the guest structure i can only say, it mostly german guests are, in my opinion about 95%. What we found pleasant. In the whole hotel exudes a very pleasant fragrance ..., what we immediately noticed very positively. read more

    The rooms were great, so beautiful rooms we had never, never so good beds. We all had excellent sleep and us felt good. In the room free water drink, the mini bar was well stocked, however liable to pay the costs, but so is fairly normal. The bathroom was very luxurious and very clean.

    The food was both the breakfast -, as well as the dinner was excellent. The dishes were fresh and always appetisingly prepared. It was every day very good and if you didn't find anything here, has even debt. Unfortunately the bar is also in the main restaurant, there is no separate café, where you throughout the day time drink a tea could. According to the front desk has the restaurant always open, so that you always something to drink, but you always as gatecrasher before, if you are between the mealtimes wanted a drink. Reason was also, that after the main mealtimes one felt everything was cleaned and so you always a störenfried. So it was with the cocktails in the evening. Each cocktail has tasted great, however you could here also not so madly long sit, since then the restaurant again they cleaned up. A separate café or a separate cocktail bar would be here very recommendable. We really missed.

    The service is in the whole hotel excellent. The staff is very friendly and greets a always friendly. German is in this hotel no foreign language and almost every worker were spoken. The cleaning of the rooms was fine, really clean it was not, there never vacuuming. So was unfortunately the whole sand from the beach on the carpet, in the 5 days stay not rectified. The bathroom was always nice, clean and the beds were also every day presented. What really amazed, that in the room itself no tip was adopted. We have the money like in other hotels also on the bed and thought, that it from the staff taken. This was not the case, perhaps they should the employees not ☺ we the chambermaid afterwards and they were very happy.

    Due to the central location nearby the beach is sand hotel highly recommended. From the hotel on foot it is approximately 200 meters and already stands one at the beautiful beach. Also in the vicinity of the hotel is the promenade, there are plenty of shopping, as well as restaurants available. We really enjoyed this. Otherwise, you can get your car very well leave, everything is very easy to reach on foot. Particularly i could recommend the 24-hour guarded car park, the about 100 meters away from the hotel is. The parking attendant was an older gentleman and worries agitating about its customers/tourists. Value for money is okay here to 100%.
