The hotel is good: clean, well appointed, etc.. The food however is really bad. Mass processing with cafeteria charm. Service not available for all-inclusive. read hotel review

A beautiful large hotel. In the area there were two pool areas which was very pleasant. The room, which was to the rear out with view of the mountains and the sunset from the terrace was very pleasant. Next to the hotel is currently a big construction site. If the room is there, it is probably very noisy. The food is very average. There was every day changing meals, but the quality was just adequate. Meat and fish were often too long in the pan. There was also a few dishes without meat. Fruit was also available on the buffet ... were even if moldy pieces. The food i can unfortunately not recommend this. Otherwise the hotel is very nice. Many families with children. We were half of the vacation with a rental car on the island on the way - of al starting point well suitably. read hotel review

We were already several times here, because we loved the hotel. Now was however during the entire 4 - week stay unbearable noise from the demolition work of a neighboring hotel in the area of main pool and the adjacent hotel apartments. The noise lasted from morning until evening. We must also reiterate the extremely poor free wi-fi - possibility be faulted. The pay wireless internet access is very expensive (€4 2.00 for 3 weeks, 50 Euro for 4 weeks). read hotel review

The room wishes were at the front desk very well considered. All questions were to our complete satisfaction. The cleanliness was very good. Question: you had to every day the towels change? You could much purified water savings. Several times there was so-called themenbüfett. Varied. The only downside: many retirees (mostly german), lots of fruit from the buffet, although in all languages to say, nothing with them. But also the all inclusive guests rip full plates to not more to it fits. Finish is of course not everything! The waiters are not a shrug. In the last week conquered many ... dutch large, very loud all-inclusive families the area. Nevertheless we recommend (79 and 72) the Floresta-area. We felt very comfortable. read hotel review

We were very pleased. Especially the friendliness and attention of the staff is incredible. %singlelinebreak % The food offer was very versatile and varied. We stayed for 10 days over christmas and new year's eve in the Floresta and were very thrilled. In our opinion it was 4 star!. Very centrally located, close to the beach and nevertheless calmly convenient. The area is very clean and makes all around a very well-kept impression. The pool is served every morning filtered or cleaned. The accessible apartment was large and almost cleaned every day and there were fresh towels in sufficient quantity. My daughter uses an elektrorollstuhl and was very good in the area to navigate. The bathroom was a little small. Since we a lifter ... (locally with a sanitätshandel lent) to carry my daughter used it, it was a little zirkelei, in order on the toilet to come, but it worked out. The shower was flat on the ground and the terrace there was only a very small threshold to cover, to the apartment to come, but for the a wheelchair no problem. The staff is very friendly. The choice during the meals was huge, there was something for everyone. On the beach there was a elevated until shortly before the water and we we could a 'beach buggy' borrow, indicated my daughter into the sea could. Our conclusion: great holiday, we would come back again very gladly. read hotel review

In november 14 we were days in the Floresta, It pleased us very well, (up to views from the balcony) Food was good, Everything was clean and Super friendly staff In february flies we again for 3 weeks, i think that says it all, A few small flaws: Toilets in the public areas too narrow An extra pool bar would not be bad perhaps and warmer food, But else everything super, f repentances us already to next time there. read hotel review

The hotel has a medium size. The whole area was clean and well maintained. Guests of all ages were during our stay 22-9-13 until 6-10-13 represented. At the end of our stay was clearly the holidays had started in several german länder imperceptibly. It was slow crowded. The hotel is a 3 - star facility.     Our unit (b103) was well maintained. Reliably there were signs of usage. However everything was reasonable. Particularly striking for me were the relatively stable doors and windows. I didn't get the impression that i am worried about my valuables make must. It was not in every holiday the case.

    The location of the restaurants is not optimal (basement, no terrace). The passageways between the tables cramped. The selection of meals and also the quality were very good. There were always several meat and fish dishes to choose from. There is at least on my home not every day. Also was the entire restaurant area always clean. The waiters did its utmost to everything quickly clear. Why the breakfast however already chips must be provided, i will never understand.

    In every area of the hotel we friendly. It was possible to communicate. At the front desk was always someone of the excellent spoke german. The rooms were at least in the block b cleaned very well.

    The beach is only the street in front of the hotel to cross. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented. Several kilometers sandy beach (some spots with stones) should all be sufficient. The hotel pool was at any time of a beach chair with umbrella also without place anytime in the morning around 7 hours. Like already of other guests described, could the steps at the pool better identify. Otherwise was also here everything clean and tidy. The entertainment in the hotel was for me very discreet to not available. I had the impression, the entertainment team had no desire. Only noticeable was the water aerobics. These but also only by the over-loud music the whole pool area basses. 3-5 people moved then somehow in the water. Music would have actually not have been necessary.

    The hotel area was quiet, about 3 kilometers away from Puerto del Carmen. Shops and restaurants are sufficiently available in the immediate vicinity. The transfer time to the airport took about 10 minutes. A bus stop is directly at the hotel.

There are altogether three pools (a children's swimming pool and a large pool in the main building and a further small in the back part of the area, in which we stayed). We had booked half board, which was absolutely enough for us. We would like to highlight the friendliness of the entire staff (most of them are already here for many years).     The apartments are equipped with one or two bedrooms (there is also the lease expiration safe), a bathroom, a living area, as well as a small kitchen (microwave, fridge, coffee maker, two hotplates) with dining table.     The breakfast and the dinner you got in buffet form (fries, noodles, rice, fish, meat, salads and vegetables in different variations) and i would say, that something for everyone is. All food is fresh and canned fruit offered. And also in desserts it does not lack. You can also have a salad mister depending upon taste put together. For breakfast there was a wide selection of hot and cold food. In the holiday time it is logically in the dining room a little louder than in the other months, but i think, you simply in the holiday times count. The tables were quickly cleared away and newly set.

    The long, wide sandy beach it was only a few meters away and it must be a road be crossed, but thanks to a zebrastreifens is not a problem. On the beach it is possible, beach chairs for 1 2 €per day to rent (two beach chairs and an umbrella). In the immediate vicinity of the hotel there were two supermarkets and various souvenir shops and there is ample opportunity to boarding. The location of the hotel is really good, although it only in ' 2. series' is located.

2010 we were already in this hotel and was really impressed, which was a top rating that it has. This time, however, i must clearly worse rate, since some things the holiday mood was clearly troubled have. ' Floresta' is a apartment complex, the 242 apartments (with one or two separate bedroom (s), as well as balcony or terrace. Bookable is here overnight accomodation with breakfast, half board, full board and all inclusive. The first impression was overwhelmingly positive. The exterior is clean and tidy, the lobby bright and friendly. The lobby is rather than functional to describe. The decor ... of the public areas (pool bar, restaurant, reception) is not top-modern and not very high quality, but everything is intact and above all, clean!     The area was located only a few minutes' drive from arrecife airport. (despite the proximity to the airport aircraft noise is to be so well never heard. The area was located directly across the street from the spacious beach 'Playa de los Pocillos' (2 minutes footpath) and benefits from excellent transport connections: taxis and bus stop were located almost in front of the door. We are a family with 2 (large) children 11 and 16. we really enjoyed our stay. Location: you need to cross a busy street to go to the beautiful sandy beach to get. By the same roundabout the cars slow and also always on the zebra crossing. Beach: one of the most beautiful beaches in Lanzarote! Fine sand flat into the water sloping (100 meters wide and several kilometers long, no joke!). In between are again and again small lava fields where one could beautifully sunbathe snorkeling. At the beach there were sanitary facilities. Rooms: we had a 2 room ... sweet. A room with kitchenette and a bedroom. The sofa bed in the living room was comfortable, although the initially not look. A large refrigerator was present, in which one eingekauftes from the spar next to well able. It was 5 times a week very clean. Restaurant: has a little tiefgaragenflair. The food wasn't great, but it was always something for everyone. The dessert (cake and pastry) one should leave the fingers and the delicious fruit food. We were in june/july 2013 for 2 weeks in the Floresta accommodated. I can only say the reviews were already delivered fully reflect the facts. Also a recommendation of over 90%, i can understand. At the reception competent and happy to help. Large drawback: the hotel is with arrival a note with, on the pointed out, the beach chairs not with hand towels. Only at the implementation of this rule is lacking a lot. All in all a very relaxing family holiday, distance to the beach was ideal. Shopping absolutely great one had always a reason for a walk, which me a little disturbed in indian hands, whether shops, jeweleries attract visitors and restaurants! Our apartment was perfect from the size and furniture was everything for our needs! The food in the hotel was absolutely great, varied with different theme nights and everything on the point refined, i am talking about calamari, gamba, fajita and roast and so on.,breakfast was varied and plenty of choice, if you didn't get full is doing something ... wrong. The reserving of the beach chairs is typically german, we have never experienced something like that and we travel for over 10 years in the world, but that was unusual. We enjoyed it for not annoyed, because we every day on the beautiful beach but they are the all inclusive guests about 6 hours their spot to the whole day volzusaufen and vollzufressen! On the way to breakfast was not a soul on the pool, but all couches were occupied, absolutely great! Please that rigour in las costa is made, towel but since any person then the towel and ready! More than three star this hotel unfortunately does not earn. Apart from the cockroaches in the bathroom and in the dining room very clean. We really felt comfortable. With our room it was a small apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room with kitchenette. There is also the terrace, in the evening (after the sun) could sit well. The air conditioning worked well, the way to the beach was of our rooms too short and, at the same time we had it quite quiet, as we the 2. pool, so no evening entertainment. On the beach they had during our stay no screens or beach chairs. This was not the hotel's fault. The beach (Playa de los Pocillos) also for the snorkelling recommend. ...
