The hotel we can Floresta absolutely recommend. We go for years in the winter on the Canary Islands and it was the best hotel, which we have had so far. We were there as a family, 2 adults and two children (2 and 5) and the vacation began already on arrival. It felt like you were arrived. Friendliness from beginning to end. A clean hotel, a really great facility. Peace no matter wether in the morning, the siesta of children, or in the evening. The food great. It was so much was offered, a big compliment to the kitchen. A small playground the hotel, but sufficient to stay a while with the children.
The beach easy to get to over the beach promenade.
We can really recommend.
For us only ... this hotel on Lanzarote with a further attendance into question.

Recommendable, very well kept apartment complex with peaceful location on the edge from Puerto del Carmen.
Perfect for beach vacation since it was close to the fine sandy beach 'los pocillos '. We were for the 2. time on the complex. Even as half board guests and once as all inclusive-guests. In two stays we noticed, that the staff constantly advocate, the complex in good condition and always on the wishes and ' characteristics ' of the guests ' wishes. All together we could the complex with quiet certain as a positive assess and further recommendable.
We will definitely come ... back again, already from the first day the vacation in this wonderful facilities to enjoy. read more

Nice decent 3 or 3.5 star hotel. Food is good, i have always found something delicious at the buffet. Every evening there was a own theme nights. Asian, mexican, italian, spanish. The warm buffet was always quite varied. One may however no fine 4 star kitchen wait. The food was but absolutely adequate. Especially good i liked the breakfast buffet. More than enough. We had all-inclusive, that means drinks could for us at the restaurant bar not alcoholic beverages, beer and 3 sorts of wine (white, red, rose) there was.
The hotel is beautiful and neat. The loved it. ... Constantly the staff were with the care the hotel busy. It was all in very nice condition.
Unfortunately, the security standard somewhat neglected. Our terraces door opened, although the door was locked. So was probably my laptop stolen. Annoying but happened happened. The police (guardia civil) has the lack of the terraces door found. The hotel has the lack then also repaired. By affixing a screw in the terraces door. Thus could the door could not be opened anymore, although it was locked. Unfortunately takes me that our laptop not back. \u263a that's why check upon arrival the terraces door. And let no valuable items unattended in the apartment back. The as reference to future guests.-) the staff in the hotel or in the restaurant was always very polite and very helpful. Most have also good language skills. The front desk is very hard the needs of the customers to satisfy. We had for example initially a smaller apartment than we had booked. After a short consultation with the front desk we could the problem quickly resolve and have a new apartment. Therefor much praise goes to the colleagues at the front desk for his efforts.
Some apartments were small unpleasant stains in the corners to find. One must consider however, it is not german construction is. And the humidity on the island is significantly higher as in Germany. Me these spots are never negative, nevertheless, i would like to mention, the are available.
There are a total of 3 pools. 1 even large (i believe heated pool, am however not safe) 1 time a children's pool, 1 times smaller pool on the 2. apartment area.
The water in the large pool had a very good quality. The can but also the groundwater generally. In german swimming pools, the water quality as are deemed to be sufficiently.
In summary the hotel i would in the category recommend, at the same time i must the deficiencies say. read more

So we were more than pleasant surprised about this hotel! Of us big praise!
Until now we were always regular guests in the opposite and twice as expensive Jameos Playa 4* and we can say, we except the extremely friendly staff and the good beds not really much missed.
Since we this time with granny and child arrived and therefore an apartment needed, we opted for the Floresta decided. The complex is seemed small, it is actually not at all. As guests were very many germans long term, Schotten, finns and some englishmen- no russians! Of course the atmosphere is ... a little easier but you can say, that also here everything is right - the complex is clean, well maintained and beautifully begrünt, two of the pools are pleasant 26 °c heated (also the large children's swimming pool), the evening entertainment was nice to look at and in the restaurant is actually always found something delicious there. Especially the creative or curious combination of the salads was sometimes very surprising but nevertheless delicious- dare you! We found it a shame that you don't sit outside could, since the restaurant quasi under the complex was built, i would in the summer really disturb, but at this time of the year it was ok. We booked half board and the price of drinks, ice cream etc. In our eyes were very cheap. At the end we have three adults and child fully paid as much, like in other hotels for 2 people- excellent. The breakfast buffet left nothing to the imagination and so a wide selection we had rarely seen. Only the coffee without a great deal of water unenjoyable! Drink it pure, has about the same expression, such as the waiters \u263a. Without tip are this is really not a movement to move. We considered all the statements in the evaluations for exaggerated and also genuinly trouble-but against friendliness are really all resistant. And the opinions, that the waiters are overwhelmed, as soon as the restaurant is full, we unfortunately plug, because we have our table in the 2. week ( from the 8 december it was noticeably full) several times even cleared and velvet tablecloth newly restocked. With the grant guests there but a lot very much faster. Since we but the view, that you a tip only once warrants, went the staff in the restaurant, as well as the maids unfortunately empty. We have heard very often, that in the room other guests blumenblüten, sweets and various towel creations after cleaning there were, we ( room 1321) have not even on arrival experienced-a shame. As grandma with a child in the bedroom slept and my husband and i on the sofa bed, it would have already been enough, even if one on the sofa bed the sheets had been directed but this happened only once. Also the sofa mattresses so worn out, that we despite contact the mattress in every direction, no schlafposition without 'hole' could find-here must urgently happen. Otherwise, we found the apartment really beautiful and the bathroom was by far the best tiled and mold freest bathroom, which we in the spanish area have ever had. There was a fixed shower wall available, so that you reasonable showers.
Also positive note, we want to the entertainers nathan and Susan. We had at this time of the year not expected, that the miniclub be opened but i would Susan really very kind to our daughter and a few boys and we have great basteleien to take home. Just a pity, that in a hotel, where many germans are, the entertainment for kids didn't speak any german-that is not professional. Our daughter enjoyed it anyway but we are never really from the hotel gone, because it is in the emergency not have been able to communicate. Nathan spoke as dutch good german, entertained but during the day the adults guests.
The front desk is very friendly and hard-working. We asked for a late check-out requested, the with of the holiday check card was free of charge and that only been rejected with the words' we had never heard and free is not at all '-one on the side from holiday check beforehand and then it went nevertheless! This was not what we expected and we would like once again to thank!
Now about the location of the hotel: here there was really nothing to moan about, it is 100 metres the road down, once over the roundabout and then you're at the beach. Our room was in the new part the hotel, which we very pleasant found, since it is very quiet and also the kids club there is. You have several possibilities from the hotel to the beach to come, must therefore also not always across the hotel, which we found very convenient. The supermarket is directly in front of the hotel and a car rental as well. Only the rooms and next to the reception are probably because of the staff on the street a bit noisy and the gases emitted from of the kitchen then upward, which perhaps was not so beautiful.
The weather was mixed, we had several rain (but but also a, never experienced, green island!), finally little wind and also many sunny strandstunden. A thin fleece jacket is recommendable, otherwise rich short things and swimsuits. We always had temperatures between 21 and 29 degrees at night and so 16-18 degrees, in the mountains correspondingly less.
To many vacations on the island we have this year after teguise for the sunday market managed-and were really amazed! A great atmosphere and many beautiful crafts were provided-you try to bargain in every case, bargain, bargain. But beware at all ryan air-plane-think of your gepäckgrenze!
In short, we can definitely recommend the hotel, as with the small ' hiccups' can arrange, the location excellent and it is reasonable value for money.

For one week a really recommendable hotel.
Particularly praiseworthy: size of the apartments, cleanliness by the pool (including the toilets ), distance to the beach and related shopping.
The beach is lovely, you can walk into the sea for quite a distance. Of course, and you will hear from and to a plane, but you know before, that the airport is only ten minutes away. Also focuses only on the sound of the sea, as you do not hear the planes more.
We booked half board - and that is absolutely sufficient. It is better at noon times at the ... beach or during a trip to food. The prices wasn't covered (timanfaya, el golfo, teguise, cueva de los verdes, etc.). On the beach promenade for 30 €for two adults and a child meal.
The food in the hotel us personally not so well pleased. Of course: everyone got full, and adequate refilled. However there were fruit from the can (pineapple), the ice cream was not very good, the vegetables usually very 'by'. Here you have however also the value for money see. For the price, we paid, the food was good. You can of course no Robinson buffet be expected.
In short: highly recommended, from the 2. week could it for me personally be boring. read more

Room size for 2 great. Furniture ageing. Cleaning lady gave her best, but also after 2 weeks were between wardrobe and wall thickness pieces to find. Grounds and pool were well maintained and cleaned. Breakfast great for us. The dinner not always warm but there was a microwave. Many older couples all nations present. read more

This was our first vacation in a three-star hotel, otherwise always at least 4 stars. We were positively surprised and almost nothing to complain about. It was very clean and the food including selection also okay. The only thing which we noticed somewhat negatively are the service staff. The clearing of the tables didn't really. All in all a good hotel and good service. And very recommendable. Felt very good here. For us was the annual holiday the you really could enjoy. For 3 stars very good value for money. Stayed in the 140 times area. A bit more remote apartmentbereich with a nice pool and well-kept area, the us the location forth liked a lot. Are already for the vacation 2013 during the planning stage and favor again Lanzarote and the Floresta. We were 2 weeks and every day on the way, but certainly not yet seen everything. In spite of the many families ... with children it was relatively quiet. Somewhat education plays safe here also a large role and would be appropriate for consideration for other guests. Some dutch families make your children huge margin. Somewhat a pity we found the one to the meal times the feeling had the all-inclusive guests are not welcome. The hotel offers everything, what I for a active vacation wishes. I was much with the racing bike on the way or at the beach, in the hotel I was to recover-it was my quiet apartment ( living room with a kitchen and bedroom, bathroom) very suitable. The food is completely reasonable, the atmosphere in the dining room I found moderately comfortable.
