The window couldn't be opened. With a lot of effort a key therefor worried, having 2 days removed. Woke up one morning (6:45 o'clock) without it to have ordered. Cupboard door were stuck and telephone worked not, as well as partly the wireless Internet not worked. Understanding of the staff, but also friendly experienced and quick response. Locked emergency exit and refrigerator temperature in the corridor. Altogether not star-especially in the comparison with other hotels in Amman same standards. read more

We arrived just before midnight. The sicherheitsabsperrungen and guardhouses in front of the hotel suspect, as well as the security check, the most airport in no respect inferior. If you had checked, vanish all doubt you will very quickly and friendly and accommodating service (of course, in anticipation of a tip, given the wages in Jordan should not surprise).
the variety of breakfast buffet is overwhelming: as is muesli over pancakes, croissants, cakes to the English breakfast and one rich set sausageand cheese platter really all (except pork).
the main drawback is, if you instead of the lift even the ... stairs used. Not only, that the stairway probably for years not cleaned (in contrast to the rest of the hotel); very a lot what is worse, the fact that it has no türklinke staircase for access to the individual floors is so down in the parking garage needs to go. The fire would not have I in Bristol, me otherwise but very good liked it! read more
