We wanted to holiday. What we got was horrible. Sorry, what is not! Germans were not welcome, cleanliness and friendliness are Appeal. Food 2 weeks the same. ,rooms fully dirty, bathroom not better. No way high season, all shops! Is in the summer Ballermann coupage! read more

Because of the absolute low season is in Agia Napa in december/ january as good as nothing going on. Shops, restaurants and bars have closed. However so you can just the empty beaches and the peace and quiet enjoy. read more

Cleanliness leaves something to be desired, originally white towels are stained and now gray and broken. The tables in of the pool bar and the evening bar were sticky and filthy, the chairs and chair cushions a shudder, the freeze before dirt. Food is tidy but not diverse, but you can always find something. The rooms are like like the photograph on the pamphlet furnished, unfortunately also here everything was dirty. The bathroom is tidy but unfortunately also here the cleanliness wishes desired. The hotel's own beach section is rocky and algenbewachsen, but beautiful beaches are in the immediate proximity ..., there must then however the couch be paid (€2.50) read more

We had a nice holiday in your hotel. Only our room we had to get used to. Our room was in the basement it had a weird odor, unfortunately we could the window or the door not cigarette butts. But as we only for sleeping on our room were us this from second day didn't bother us. Different with the bed sheets and the towels, the towels were daily changed, but were definitely not clean. After complaint the chambermaids we got however clean laundry. Thanks. I would urgently recommend, the cleaning to change. read more

The whole architecture the hotel we found very modest, very bad location our room, in the lower floor we had to open the curtains direct view into the opposite room next door, in between was another walk, The staff's hospitality was nothing special large, Cleanliness of the room left more than to be desired, dirty kitchenette, strongly dirty wall tiles in the bathroom, mold on the bathroom window, hair on the floor in the bathroom, strong vergraute and tattered towels, sundays no room service, except abfalleimerentleerung, Probably you shortly before end of the season not necessary, Also the floor of ... the dining room seems in the 3 days our stay no broom or cloth to see, In terms of taste, the food was reasonable, the selection was ok, unfortunately no show cooking read more

Pleasant and comfortable facilities with very helpful and friendly staff in almost all areas. In only 3 to 5 minutes on foot one is directly at the beach ( both Nissi beach, as well as sandy beach). The rooms are functionally furnished, the kitchen furniture hang kind of crooked, were a bit too dark the color scheme, the bathroom could be a bit spacious be, apart from that everything was right. You can definitely recommend this hotel. read more

Bathing beach approximately 200 meters, in front of the hotel bathing is not possible, since no access/jetty over the stones is available. Lots of guests from Russia and the Switzerland. Small quiet complex with small pool. read more

The hotel is really very clean. Lots of german guests. Rather a family hotel, the atmosphere is really harmonious in the hotel. Nothing for oarty -we're beachgoers, loud music, or something. If you want to relax is definitely right. There were mostly older guests from 35-40 i would say. I had half board booked, the prices are very good. Not overpriced. read more

    Rooms are really tidy cleaned. Great! The hotel is great clean and green. There is a 'public' washing machine. I think you could borrow a chip at the front desk and buy the clothes washed. I however did not use. German, english not a problem at all. There a lot of employees from the european foreign country came, you automatically romanian, hungarian. Languages are here no hurdle. Super large bath-towels free on presentation of a plastic card, which you at the check-in free get. Free wi-fi/internet in public areas, and even in your rooms (i had reception).

    There is no private beach, has but also no other hotel. The beaches are all public, even if since the neighboring hotel chairs and umbrellas are. You have to definitely not a beach chair rental (2,50 Euro per beach chair, 2,50 Euro per an umbrella). That means of course, that you from the supermarket without any problems water, beer, chips, fruit and so on can bring. No-one says anything. Sandy beach, also ideal for non-swimmers and/or children, since approximately 100 meters long the water just 1-1.5 metres deep. So i had to really swim, so i diving could \u263a. The beach is clean. The water is clean. In october was the water/sea super pleasantly lukewarm. (not not disgusting warm, but really pleasantly!).

The rooms ( studios) are in apartment installations built ( two rooms downstairs and two guests). We had a room (814 above ) with a view of the tennis court. The rooms are really big, the furniture somewhat older and not all too well maintained. We had a separate bedroom with air-conditioning ( pleasant silent) and a living room with air-conditioning and kitchenette. There is also different rooms without separate bedroom. Hit. Unfortunately it is what the other write: the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. The beds were clean and comfortable, we didn't disgusted but the rooms need decent ... cleaned. The nationalities were mixed between russians, a group norwegians and German. Nobody was misbehaving. The average age was end of August between and years but no young people. Families with children can a relaxed vacation enjoy a relaxed atmosphere prevails and children are welcome. On the complex life a few cats the August young got. read more

    The equipment is somewhat outdated which is not too bad. However the hygiene is not good. After a week vacation we did the cleanup underwear our predecessors found.

    There's a restaurant. Even when the hotel is full there are no crowds or queues. The dishes were typical of the country and mixed. It was almost everything. I cannot explain as you here about the food can complain. There is often something you don't like, but here is really something for everyone. The choice is for the sweets not so largely however typical of the country and delicious. Fruit there is always for every meal time in addition. My partner has a lactose allergy, therefore the chef without an extra charge obviously on request for him extra what prepared. We have also observed that several people the a extra plates got. Really friendly. The atmosphere under the service is wonderful and it is not by tips influenced. We had all-inclusive and all have meal times used. Lunch was often tasted better than the dinner. The name of the good cook is Julius!

    The staff were without exception very friendly! Could really a five star hotel still which staffs. There is also no artificial friendliness, but just warm. The staff makes the flaws see cleanliness again good. A German name Eva works there and also some other could speak a bit of German. At the front desk partly speak German. The hair dryer in our room was broken. When I at the front desk reported it was replaced immediately. My parents are with us went on vacation and my mother needed a doctor, because a thick foot got. In this matter we were helped immediately and a doctor came within 20 minutes to the hotel.

    From the airport from you can travel approximately 30 minutes, depending on how lots of hotels on the route. The distance to the beach is A matter of opinion. A small, nice and rocks set path leads to the left and right to the beach. About 5 minutes on foot. I knew the before the vacation already and thought that I don't mind would. Unfortunately I went because of the distance yet more often times by the pool beach chairs we could have stayed longer. Since everyone is different. In August was the sea on Nissi beach ( the beautiful beach right) dirty. Many seaweeds and plastic floated around there. In the spring and fall is this not sunday The beach was well filled, however not as I read have only with drunk covered. A few shops are in the immediate vicinity. However to the right center one drives with the bus number 101 for a Euro back and get out of if you McDonald's looks. Then you are right in the middle of everything ;-) back runs the bus with the number 102 (1 Euro). We took a trip on Neckermann with the bus to the turkish side made for 75 Euro. It was very ok. But I four years ago the same trip by another suppliers made (the suppliers the their safaris on the street offer in a small travel agency) And I have to say it was cheaper and beautiful was, we were offered more. Everybody has to decide for themselves, because it is already times warned then you not insured if what happens.

The complex is pleasant and manageable. The pool area is great. The staff are friendly but rather indifferent. The food is bland and boring and has canteen quality. Very nice, well arranged big hotel. Were daily employee with the care of the object busy, but anxious the guests not to disturb you. The food was varied and good. The guests were mostly from Germany and Russia, but there were also swiss, austrians, dutch and Sweden since. read more

    We had booked all inclusive and weren't disappointed. Varied food in good to really good quality. Quick and very friendly staff. Empty plates were in seconds cleared. getränkesonderwüsche were immediately fulfilled. Cleanliness was very important here. High chairs were for example immediately after use disinfected and with slide covered. For tips there is at the bar and in the dining room a common tip-cash.

    Very friendly staff. Pleasant too, that all spoke English and some also German understand. The rooms were cleaned daily, even the dishes were washed.

    Nice entertainers and every evening mini disco and various shows, which Itself during the 2 weeks however partly repeated. Daily aqua aerobics, darts, Boccia and volleyball maybe a bit monotonous, but eventually we had beach vacation. Sports freaks it might still in the massive fitness room with modern devices drag, but we only from the outside seen.

    The two beaches left and right the hotel it is only a few minutes walk. To aiya napa to walk to the center about 30 minutes. There you will find several shops and also enough gastronomic establishments of all kind. To the airport Larnaca we drove about 45 minutes.

This year were the quality of the towels in the bathroom better. From time to time there were unfortunately frayed towels for the loungers. We have and how in recent years felt really good. Beautiful small hotel with much peace, if you out of the hotel one party as much as you like, no limits. Food is in the Aktea village very good, the chef cooks just super, always varied and delicious. With the cleanliness in the room could the hotel a little work, but otherwise it is okay. Friendly staff and above all multi-lingual, mainly English spoken. What we especially liked the one by the pool no chairs reserve to to get one, everyone can come when he wants and can always get a that is really nice. The studios are also fine ... We were there at the beginning of June for two weeks in AKTEA beach hotel. The hotel has a good location. Between two very nice and clean beaches. ( Sandy Bay and Nissi Beach) and Sandy Bay some quiet promised. To the city center one runs about 45 minutes there are taxi's and buses. In the area one offers much. There is a water park, aquarium, theme park, different restaurants, bars and discos. The hotel complex was very well-kept and peacefully located. Many families with children.
