The hotel is for a city break good location to the subway and you could reach all destinations in vienna in a short period of time. The fittings are functional and it makes a tidy impression. No criticisms retd. Reception, room or stay. Through the rather bad weather we could the immediate vicinity not explore. The around, so the opposite complex, vic, had the charm of the late 60. years. read more

The hotel kaiserwasser is relatively large, but well arranged. It is rather on business-oriented, is but also very good as a place to stay for a city break. During our stay, there were mostly business travelers from many countries present. Everything is very clean and tidy. read more

    We had a normal room with view to Donau. Very quiet convenient, good nachtvorhänge, ventilation, and the window be opened. Was equipped the room with a couch, double bed, desk, flat screen tv (small), minibar, safe, water heater for the preparation of tea and coffee, dreitüriger closet, bathroom with bathtub. The room was not very big but for our bedürffnisse it was enough.

    The breakfast buffet had a huge choice. Empty plates and bowls never gave it and it was immediately refilled. From different cheeses, meats, vegetables, eggs, egg dishes, sausages, freshly prepared omelets, toast, different bread rolls, cakes, juices and sparkling wine was convenient everything available what your heart desires. And the choice was also around 9:00 a. m. before. Whom the coffee from the pot didn't fit (we were somewhat too thin) was free Cappuccino, melànge and espresso ordering. We once in the hotel to evening ate. The prices à la carte range in the upper part. The food was excellent.

    The whole staff was very friendly, helpful and made a motivated impression. When we once in the front desk were and reported that our tv has rebelled against us, we were hardly in the room back as an employee anklopfte and the problem immediately fixed.

    For us was the location excellent. The Donauinsel directly opposite, u-bahn station within walking distance, short travel time the center, shopping possibilities in the donauzentrum in Kagran. ( two metro stations away)

Very beautiful hotel. The hotel is very beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. There was free coffee and tea in the rooms. What we missed was a wardrobe. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The subway station is directly opposite the hotel, From there you are in for minutes in the city centre And to all the attractions of Wien. Every morning there was for breakfast the very good was a glass sparkling wine. The bar is also very comfortable, also here the staff were very friendly. If you travelers arriving by plane there are From the ... airport a convenient shuttle bus on the doorstep stops. Per person pays you for there and back 13 €. Wien and this hotel is always a worth the trip. We had in very good hands filled, and would If we go back to Wien travel book this hotel. read more

If you don't mind a few stations with the subway to drive, in order to to the center to come, the is in this hotel excellent building. A weekly ticket for the public transportation in the internal area costs 15 Euro plus 4 Euro for the internal area and airport. Walk to the underground station from the hotel about 3 minutes. There is about this hotel nothing to complain about. All expectations were in all areas fulfilled. Only a small slip-up with the room cleaning, but exemplary from the receptionist received. At all the staff is very friendly and helpful. ... Nothing is in this hotel worn or dirty. The day will begin, should the perfect breakfast not to be missed. All in all a very nice stay and can only be recommended. read more

The hotel has a perfect location for a visit to Wien. By bus one drives from the airport up for the hotel. Also the subway-station is next to the hotel. The furnishing of the hotel is nice. Only we found it strange that in the large rooms no wardrobe. The internet was free, but you have to every day a new code to get itself. In the morning you have to only after the front desk before you go into the internet. The breakfast was very good. read more

    The facilities our room on the 5. floor included: a safe, small tv and dvd player, telephone, radio-alarm clock, kettle and tea and instant coffee and a mini bar. Every day a water kaiserwasser brought into the room. The bed was very big and very comfortable. We felt like we were on a water bed. From the small balcony we could on the kaiserwasser lake see. The following small flaws has the room in our opinion: - there is no closet, only hangers, the above the mirror hang. - there were only 4 sockets, of which 3 are occupied and the only free directly behind the front door. - the bathroom has no ventilation and no window, so the air the door and the balcony door must be opened. However, these shortcomings are neglected, if you only a few days in Wien remains, to for instance to see the town.

    In the spa area there is a steam bath, a finnish and a herbal sauna. Besides there is still 4 showers and a room with a Nintendo wii console. Also a small gym the hotel offers. Unfortunately the hotel has no pool. The spa area is very well-kept. At the entrance are towels and apples ready.

    The hotel is located directly the metro stop 'kaisermühlen vic'. Directly behind the hotel is the lake 'kaiserwasser' ; a foothills of the Donau. On foot you are about minutes on Donauturm/danube park. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel we have no restaurants found. On the way to the donauturn we are on a Billa-supermarket, a florist and a bakery passed. However in a few minutes, you are with the subway on Praterstern and at the Stephansplatz.

The room is really top! Looks beautiful, very modern, everything very clean. And the beds are excellent! Very well-kept and above all not clairaudient as in some of the other hotels. Unfortunately we had very much for the parking garage pay, since there apparently no benefit is. 19 Euro just for one night - made us a bit shocked. read more
