We were for the first time in tuscany and a beautiful hotel in green surroundings found. The cleanliness and state of the rooms were ok. Only on the ground floor I would not stay (too noisy, dark). The food was brilliant, the reception -women were very helpful. The speedy waiter-crew was not zubeneiden! But one thing I must the hotel management to put on notice: even if there is a beautiful wedding and good kickback was, one should so what in the season avoid!. Once again the good paying vacation guests not in the small breakfast- abendraum shut. I hope ... the hotel chain will learn from it. Very positive note would be the wonderful clean hotel's own-beach. The prospect of a repeated holiday in this hotel are not bad. Jürgen & Magdalene age 65-73 read more

With the 4-day stay very good staff, accommodating and always friendly. Very nice ambience. Also in the group-travel with 37 persons always quick service at all. Really impressed us, only short Saufenthalt. read more

Gladly again Staff were really friendly. The waiters were a bit stressed out, not the great food worthy. It was on speed set, not on stylish... Food was typical of the country and very good up to one evening. Here was because of a Hochzeitgesellschaft no choice menu offered and also the appetizers selection was poor. The hotel guests the cause from the beautiful dining room has banned in the next room, the way too narrow was. But I shall be separately at the travel agent complain. read more

Beautiful hotel for a beach vacation, because of the nearby the line at the best a room toward the sea. Nice wide and clean sand beach, good beach with the rooms associated and free beach chairs and umbrella. Restaurant with a diverse and very tasty vorspeisebüfett. Choice and quality the offered courses good to very good, dessert's rather could be improved. Beach bar was in september in the evening unfortunately already closed. The staff at reception is multi-lingual and extremely helpful. - since the place San Vincenzo no variation is a forward-looking planning a trip in the surrounding area or ... in the hinterland to arrival. read more

    Too loud, since soundproofing to the neighbor rooms almost not available ( wet room the adjoining rooms was to hear clearly, especially if the neighbors to midnight to shower had. In the higher floors the rooms are better.

The hotel since a few years Italian blu hotels group. It was in my opinion around 35 years and needs in my opinion urgently a modernisation of its installations. Here is the time warp. One was previously with a clean accommodation, good food and the beach good, the guest of today also alternative, for example with worse weather. It is missing for example an indoor wellness area, a heated outdoor swimming pool or beautiful covered lounges. The hotel has ( in the meantime) also in may and October open: I don't know, what you're a week long can do... read more

    The rooms are tidy large and clean. They were in my opinion less than 10 years. We had a stree-facing room / train and would next time the extra charge for 'seaside' ( however there is no sea view) pay.

    We had the half board and were very satisfied. The kitchen cooks tasty very well and also economically efficient. Remained for example on the eve of kalbschnitzel something desired, there was on the next day vitello tonnato. The wine list is good, characterised by tuscany wines. The extra charge compared to the load is about factor 2 ( that means for example le difese shop~ 18 Euro, in the restaurant ~ 36 Euro). There is also a beach bar and a lobby bar.

    Very different, partly good ( for example in the restaurant), partly bad ( for example on the beach). The guest have to great service 'deserve', be it through nice dealing with the staff or tip.

    The pool is 25 meters long. That is class. However it is technologically so outdated, that one for example a swimming cap must be, that leaves individually herausgefischet to be (for lack of modern filter) or that the swim unpleasant waves emergence (for lack of modern Überlaufbecken). Other wellness facilities are missing unfortunately completely.

    2 kilometer outside of San Vincenzo, directly at the beach. In San Vincenzo there are a lot of shops, a little evening entertainment. From border crossing chiasso (ch-I) in good 4 hours reachable. Good starting point for excursions in tuscany.

We were already 2 years ago in this hotel. The quality adopted unfortunately from, for example with the food. There are also almost only Italians there and hardly any more German. We are still time, although we knew, that the hotel only average, but the beach is just amazing and very close. Since we especially relaxation at the sea were looking for, it was therefore the right decision. But if now not noticeably improvements / Renovations take place, we want not more. read more

In the area of food - except for the bar- the quality opposite earlier neglected. This applies to some extent for the staff. More variety at the buffet would be necessary and a bit more powers with the personnel. Apart from that location of the hotel, park and beach good. That alone will on duration but not enough! read more

Nice, in a pine forest eingenistete manageable complex. The cleanliness goes reasonable, constantly is the caretaker at the machln :-) we have for the children with half board booked, the quality of the dishes was also absolutely ok. Guests were mainly italians (80% ), a few German, swiss and austrians. read more

    We were under family room a little more movement expected but it was also sunday The parents stayed in double bed, the small child in a travel cot the from the hotel made available was, the big child in a pullout bed. Both children slept in an area of merely from a curtain disconnected. Would you without the dwarves travel would have been this space for a table and 2 armchair available, so this furniture pushed in the anyway already tight room. Facilities as usual: climate, tv with however only a German speaking channels, terrace, mini bar ( without kabbereien ), safe, telephone.

    Mornings there was from 7:30 ( with children from 5:30 awake are rather difficult ) breakfast from the buffet, the coffee but thankfully, serves, is so enjoyable:-) what the bread subject: you're as a tyrolean certainly spoiled but there were certainly 4 or 5 kinds of to choose from. Of a such as spreads to z such as citrus fruit everything available. We have lunch 1 time very well in the restaurant on the terrace dining, but for snacks ( panini, fries, ciabatta, toast ) at the pool bar decided-for the sake of the children. Evenings then the surprise: we had to, and not every course of the operater get, but could after appetizer 2 main courses from each 4 offered choose. Dessert could from 3 to be selected. I ernähre me sausage- and meatless and always something tasty found, my friend and for the kids there was a extra card with the usual suspects: sausages, fries, spaghetti bolo, fish fingers... The surprise was however only on the 1st day, the remaining days you had to already for breakfast for a meal to decide. In my opinion nevertheless the lesser evil than this lukewarm stuff that you don't even get bored, but a must get. The prices for food and drinks were odd rather upscale, but it is nothing to forced. Otherwise worth mentioning: you get the blu card to everything until the end of the vacation draufgebucht is. One must therefore not constantly with cash around, I found quite fine.

    The complete staff, with exception of the arrogant head waiter, was exceptionally friendly. With a mixture of German, English and Italian one gets however everything on the row ^^ the rooms are clean, will 1 times a morning cleaned and in the evening are again garbage bin emptied and the towels exchanged. Very fine thing, we had until now in no hotel. Laundry service, doctor, child care is everything available, but we didn't use it. With exception the babydance after the dinner. Complaints were not available, you get what you pay for.

    Tennis courts are available and golfschwünge you could also practice, we did not use it. Animation there was no, we have however also not miss anything. Child club gives it up end of August, we have but also not taken into account. Children's disco is also to 31 August after the dinner. A shop around to buy groceries is located about 500 meters away from the hotel. The access to the internet is only in the lobby possible and costs for 2 hours 3,00 Euro. You could clear the free of charge but the nobody. So why the?! Pools are 2 available, the nichtschwimmerpool was cold, the deeper was a little warmer. Unfortunately a very unloving pool area the nothing bear. No slides, no sprunghocker or boards, no whirlpool-nada. They were clean, both. As well as the caretaker looks the man by the pool the whole day, whether it which sweep could. One gets bath-towels on request changed, these see but also fresh not very presentable. The chairs at the beach and pool are at least not from this rigid hard plastic and at the beach are per room 2 loungers and a umbrella included in the price. At least something :-)

    The hotel lies directly at the sandy beach. The next shop in the food there is about 500 meters away, a few bars and a a tobacconist's, shoes is also on the road. The town itself is a bit further away, 2a 3 kilometer about. Excursions there are in masses: Volterra with a wonderful old town, piombino, a nice town, massa marittima, a also beautiful city but also the Marina and small town center in p. vincenco themselves are worth a visit. Pisa with the famous berüchtigtem tower is already a bit further away but in any case worth it, the tarotgarten in garavicchio also and Siena anyway :-)

This hotel we can recommend without hesitation. The dinner could earlier start as only at 19:30 o'clock. With the half-board it is very long from breakfast till for dinner and a lunch you saved therefore hardly. We were satisfied with everything. read more

Nice hotel, great beach with reserved beach chairs and nice beach bar, food unfortunately only moderately, rooms functional with safe and all that you need, wireless internet unfortunately only in the lobby and for a fee, too many plastic flowers everywhere, especially old people, we are a little happened as in a nursing home. All in all alright and recommendable. read more

A very beautiful, relaxing vacation in a small, fine, manageable and quiet location in a cozy park. Short walks to the pool, to the beach and restaurant. Beach and pool very well-kept and clean, nice restaurant on the beach with a lovely view of the sea. Food varied, tasty, it is served at the table; starter, dessert buffet form. All the staff went out of their way, are equipped with German number. It is in the whole area very on cleanliness. Our room was small and unfortunately without balconies. read more

The us has fallen quite good, beach, food, etc. what only something unfortunate the is satisfied with all the family rooms, all in the same space means the living area and bedroom sleep is 1 room without a curtain instead of door, worked out well but you had to sneak through the room to go to the toilet to it after the bed to the corner is. What also something unfortunate the is it only to 7:30 p.m. dinner quite late for the little ones. It says room is on the sea side but from the sea you ... understood we had nothing wrong. With the hotel we were very satisfied. The food was excellent! We hateen nothing to complain about The beach is great. Especially for those travelling with small children. Sand is small and... Mild I times. Very nice. Room was very large. Everything was available. We were more than just pleased. read more

Highlight of the hotel is the private beach, with own beach chairs and umbrellas, the are part of the room. Beach towels are free of charge it. Also the bar is very beautiful with a above the beach great view of the sea. The hotel is something outside of the town, walking distance to far something to, a car is helpful, a large car park is available. read more

    We had a room in the second floor with view of the tennis court. The rooms were beautiful, large and modern furnished. Also the bathroom was spacious and clean. We also thought the balcony with awnings, furniture and laundry rack was particularly beautiful.

    In the restaurant there were twice a week a topic evening (Tuscan evening and fish diner), otherwise in the morning selected at breakfast from three alternatives the hors-d'oeuvres and the 1. + 2. main courses for the dinners. In the topic evenings the dinner was very good and there was a large selection. With the menu sequence there was little alternation… here unfortunately every evening fish and veal. In addition the meals were frequently no longer completely so hot, as they should be. We usually ate to get full at the additional and very delicious hors-d'oeuvres and dessert buffet … for this we however had to be on time, since the food, which was particularly popular (tonnato vitello, shrimps, pastry), were not not refilled anymore. The breakfast buffet was good, only the bread selection was rather “small”… Toast or hard mini bread rolls. The drink prices at dinner were appropriate for a 4*-Hotel. At the beach bar however we thought the prices for snacks were somewhat too expensive.

    Altogether the hotel offered good service. The staff was always helpful and attempted to speak in German. Only on our last holiday day, when we wanted to enjoy once again the beach and the sun, the service left to be desired to the extent that for the “use of the beach and the beach chairs” we had to pay the amount of 40, - € per person (!!!).

    The beach as previously mentioned was beautiful and offered powder sugar sand and and glass clear water - really a dream. Beach chairs and umbrellas were inclusive. One found one on the first day and kept it until the end of the holiday… very pleasant, since this replaced the usual “beach chair reservation”. The pool landscape was designed rather poorly and was most of the day in the shade. Tennis and 30 minutes paddleboat per day were inclusive. Also the hotel offered a bike rental. We could recommend it however only with restrictions, since the wheels were so small and the saddle was so hard, that riding for more than a few minutes was not at all possible. Activities or evening events did not take place anymore at our travel time.
