The location of hotel is in the heart of Yasmine Hammemet, beach is accros the road and medina is within walking distance. We had all inclusive and breakfast it was a massive bufet where everyone could find something to their taste. It was hard to say no when you seen all these lovely choices. Service in the restaurant was excellent, very attentive. We had a lovely waiter who was keeping for us our favourite table every day. Our hotel room was big and modern, cleaned every day. The onle issue we had every day we had to ask for more ... towels. They were leaving one and as I was travelling with my friend we wanted to haave at least two in the room read more

    From the moment we stepped in to hotel we felt welcome. Friendly Staff at reception followed by restaurant, bar and entertaiment team. Ramzy thank you for making our evening in the bar special. Everyone were speaking English and many other languages.

    I think there is no words to describe entertaiment. Maybe it wasnt to the highest level however Zizou, Mario and Chris made sure every evening all hotel guests had a good time. They were friendly and happy every day. They talked with every single guest in hotel to make sure they feel special and welcome. Normally I dont take part in competitions and classes but with above team you just say "yes" straight away. I did archery, streching and zumba. Thank you guys.

    Perfect location. As a warning be careful of local people who lie that they know you from hotel and then they drag you to their shop. We expierenced that on the first day and we end up buying something luckly we managed to get good price.

Fantastic room super sea view very spacious with a good size bathroom and walk in shower as a bonus. Reception staff were very helpful in particular Khadija thank you for such a warm welcome and start to our holiday. This was our 4th visit to Tunisia and by far the best hotel we have stayed in. The entertainment in the evening could have been better but during the day the team were excellent not pushy like some we have had to endure. Pool area clean and plenty of sunbeds available.Beach area was OK needs attention not as good as ... the other hotels. Resturant staff were all helpful and friendly. Food was good lot's of variety although normally what was on offer lunchtime was the same for evening meal but still a good range to choose from. The hotel cleaning staff are excellent our room was spotless every day. All staff were happy and cheerful the hotel manager was also approachable and listened to our criticism with regard to the evening entertainment. Overall an enjoyable and relaxing stay at a very nice hotel. read more

Once and never again! Were just happened here in the hotel landed. After a week vacation we ask us what this hotel the 5 star rating. If you the hotel stars could then at best three stars. But more definitely not. read more

The hotel would a large do a favor, if it voluntarily on the 5 star do. In Tunisia there were a few 5 star facilities but that has no 5 star (no matter wether Riu, Iberostar, etc.). The hotel is in the center. To the hotel-own beach must one only over the main street, what not a problem represents. The mediterranean and the beach in this region is very dirty, i would like to the hotel not accuse. Whom someone clean beaches and clear water should he preferred to Egypt or in Karibik flies. The choice about the food ... was large, tasted everything just right. Waiters make a large detour around the hotel guests, except one beckons with the dollar bills. Then but 3 or 4 waiters around a rum. I personally would be happy to give tips but only after the service convinced and not before. The a la carte restaurants are from the hotel large advertised, it was but unfortunately not value to. The are you in the entire city distributed (Iberostar has 5 or 6 hotels in Hammamet) to the other they offer the same food as in the respective main restaurant (only on the plates and not in the warming). Conclusion: for a 4 star hotel reasonable. With 5 stars i am clearly used to better. read more

    Our junior suite was very spacious with a large double bed, sitting area, desk, 1 wardrobes, 2 large mirrors, toilet, mini bar, satellite -tv with German channels, air conditioning, balcony with 2 chairs and table, safe, telephone. Everything very clean. Only problem was, that in the hotel for some time no smaller repairs more carried out were. There were really only details as a slightly damaged curtain and hairdryer in the bathroom was unfortunately a real challenge ( prefer self a at home carry forward). There are two outlets for the floor lamps, the German format and for electrical device from Germany can be used.

    We booked full board and thus the possibility literally around the hour without additional costs to eat and drink. The buffet was rich, always fresh, with many salads and fruit. In addition rich the offer for local lamb and hühnchengerichten, Italian kitchen and a vast buffet of tunisian cakes, pies and other sweets. Around the hour otherwise to: beer, cocktails and always a free bottle of mineral water for the room. Restaurant area always clean and hygienic. The toilets in the restaurant area were to some extent okay.

    The staff are very attentive and unbelievably friendly. The tunisians are general talented in languages and speak fluent french and quite good German and English. The rooms are really clean and the beds with rose petals sprinkles.

    The beach offers loungers and sun screens, the unfortunately its best days already behind itself, the sand is not cleaned daily. The hotel-pool is large, with a shallow area for children plus extra children's pool. There is enough chairs and sun screens ( you must not at: o'clock mornings get up and a chair occupied ), the pool boy brings unasked beach chair cushiohns to the desired beach chair, pool towels receives one against a chip card ( at the front desk against deposit of a deposit from €10, -/ Dinar 20, -valid for the entire vacation).

    The journey with air-conditioned, clean buses takes from the airport about 40 minutes. From the hotel one arrives to the beach no problem with a wonderful, palm tree-lined boulevard, 2-minute walk away. Shops are plentiful and cheap, a joy-branch just round the corner. Entertainment possibilities very varied in the hotel: fantastic entertainment as water aerobics, water aerobics, archery, boccia, water polo, children's pool, a pool bar with good pool music ( limited menu, so that you can your peace has ), evenings entertainment with folklorevorführungen (oriental dance and tunisian band) and finally dance and kabarettvorführungen the entertainers, karaoke evening. Own spa area with a sauna and hammam and first-class massage. For a -minute 2 persons-massage for our daughter and me we paid together E 70, -.

With small child absolutely not recommendable. High chair, after the previous guests not cleaned. Cribs is not only totally dirty, but also totally broken. Mistake are from the staff not seen, friendliness gives it only against bare. Beach is with Baustellenschutt mistake, only superficially cleaned. We were first in the Iberostar Solaria, where we in the 2. tag in the Iberostar Saphir Palace transferred. For us it is not nachvollzeibar, from which reason the sapphire loud' HolidayCheck' opposite the solaria a half star less. Our view is that these two hotels two stars, but for the benefit of the sapphire. In the whole hotel has a very good atmosphere prevailed. The staff were always keen to help uS pleasant vacation possible. The sapphire has a large and clean beach, but we little use, due to high waves, so we were almost only by the pool ... anyway. The pool area is spacious, so that it never had a egpass with the chairs came, no matter what time one came. The lifeguard by the pool was furthermore also very attentive and always make an effort, the everyone its couch with edition had. The pool area and the pool bar were also very tidy. Of the pool you had very short ways wherever you wanted, everything was well laid out. The hotel residents were also very mixed, ( russians, English, french and arabs) but to no disturbances led. One of my predecessors writes, the hotel is only a large box, I can not persistent, since it considerably larger and the sapphire in terms of size good in the middle is. To the cleanliness at the tables you mentioned, it already times a dirty tablecloth by predecessors has been made. If you the staff to address us is immediately by a clean tablecloth had been replaced. The us is already in other five star hotels pssiert and no further issues, since otherwise everything was very good. That is however the only minor negative what we have seen. Praise also the entertainers, the dedication and joke the vacationers from early until late at night conversation. Again a special thanks to the complete staff according to the 'joke' with the solaria a very nice holiday made possible has. We will come definitely again in the sapphire palace. At the end still another remark, we nearly only in five star hotels vacation and stayed in other Iberostar hotels with 5 stars. The saphir is in its own way not less than other, whereas we have family friendliness and child care can't comment on that. read more

As the hotel yet to Sofitel-chain was it was better. We have now been to 5. Times there - this year the food was in the first week rather monotonous, because it almost only chicken in different variations there. Afterwards it was however significantly better and varied. read more

The hotel is not the description of the catalog! The snack bar 'palmier' was often not open, so that one does not have to pick from to in the afternoon a small snack to. Only the latter 3 days our vacation changed this and then there was at least a little choice at cakes and pizza margherita-sections. -the café/bar-café ( promenad' café) could aren't used, since it was never open! So the brooklyn bar! - snack bar at the beach there was as good as no! There was no snacks. You could merely something to drink, not more. But: no ... coffee or something similar from the machine, because this was very dirty and unhygienic. ( we differed on the bar in the lobby and got us there coffee, Cappuccino, and so on.). The cups were cleaned, by briefly in a pool filled with water dived were (so not hygienically clean!) -the sanitary facilities were disaster! The shower on the beach and the toilet were so very dirty, as if never someone that. So really disgusting and disease gefährdend. The shower on the beach always underwater, so that one is in the old dirty and soiled water had to put. The toilet was dirty, smelled and the toilet-dish was with excrement soiled. -the children's playground is dangerous-> unusable, since risk of injury. read more

    -the room was all together really beautiful. It was large, had a balcony with a view of the sea, a mini bar ( however even from the guest dirty!) , a tv and a safe. However had this room also so its shortcomings: the balkontüre could 2 weeks not worn, the door hinges so rusty were. Also after repeated call (on different days!) at the front desk, this balcony door working to sit it was not repaired. We were every time be comforted, that in shortest time a repair was done. ( however was no repair within the 2 weeks! ) The door lock (electronic card) was broken and had 4 times within the 2 weeks be changed, the not more went. You had to be careful, that the room door lock properly was (so really noisy with force pulled), because we stayed at the second day notice, if you normal closures, it is after gegendrücken back on! The door frame was inside already broken, the wood apart cracked. The balcony furniture belong exchanged, they are very old, rusty and dirty (cushions). The curtain was dirty (rust and blood stains 'disgusting'!). We had many a time rust in the clothes.

    - the food is not diverse, there really was every day the same... Often the food was mushy, the fruit brown and not enjoyable... It was often no salad servers to the removal of the salad from the buffet available, such as yoghurt and quark dishes, so that everything together mixed and very, very unappetizing appeared, you was disgusted itself sometimes really! -the table-ware was dirty... Often still dirty. It was mostly from o'clock early's no müsslischalen and obstsalatschüsseln more! - the dining -service was not always excellent. The tables were not cleared off, one had to thus on the unabgeräumten tables set or the old dishes itself plate, if you wanted. You had to part. In the early up to half an hour for its coffee or hot water wait (to three-time invitation to waiter this also!).     The service in the lobby and in the outdoor area was not always excellent. One sat often 15 to 30 minutes without a waiter therefore hard-working ask, whether one would like to drink something. The handhochheben or a short call was part of the waiters ignored, so remained for one nothing else than even after 15 to 20 minutes somewhat at the bar to get.

    - the beach: the beach makes an unkempt impression ( it is garbage ) at o'clock were the loungers mostly already all reserved. It had also the impression, as if never a the loungers, cushions and the sun screens would take care, because the loungers were in the evening not cleared to conserve, but in any weather left, as well as the cushions. Everything was worn! The loungers were all worn out, so that one without cushions not any more overlay could, without pain to ( loungers belong in my opinion new covered or tightened), they were broken (the rack broken). The cushions not to mention! The cushions were cracked and broken, the foam quoll, the seam of the editions had been broken, in addition was disgusted in this ( luckily there was beach/ pool towels to wear!) - on the penultimate day our vacation a survey of Iberostar instead, we openly and frankly our opinion documented ( however was unfortunately far from enough capacity, so that you didn't see everything write could ( unfortunately!) before the survey, we were however downright a few employees and hassled, a check in the very well (which we however not!) -the evening -entertainment was a big disappointment... There was not enough squares for the guests, so that many are observed had. There was no stage, but a pedestal, which on fourth day of our vacation only then black painted was (at least not the wood to see!). The animation was very one-sided and unprofessional, so not suitable for a five-star hotel, however rather for a 2a three star hotel. Partly a little mediocre ( for example two than baby dressed entertainers, on the pedestal around yelling and 20 minutes only with, la-la-laa-laa-la 'talking and the toys removals and the one, baby' the other at the end the show something to eat in the face elan/pressed.) the entertainment repeated in the 2 week completely again!

    The hotel is not the description of the catalog! The snack bar 'palmier' was often not open, so that one does not have to pick from to in the afternoon a small snack to. Only the latter 3 days our vacation changed this and then there was at least a little choice at cakes and pizza margherita-sections. -the café/bar-café ( promenad' café) could aren't used, since it was never open! So the brooklyn bar! - snack bar at the beach there was as good as no! There was no snacks. You could merely something to drink, not more. But: no coffee or something similar from the machine, because this was very dirty and unhygienic. ( we differed on the bar in the lobby and got us there coffee, Cappuccino, and so on.). The cups were cleaned, by briefly in a pool filled with water dived were (so not hygienically clean!) -the sanitary facilities were disaster! The shower on the beach and the toilet were so very dirty, as if never someone that... So really disgusting and disease gefährdend. The shower on the beach always underwater, so that one is in the old dirty and soiled water had to put. The toilet was dirty, smelled and the toilet-dish was with excrement soiled. -the children's playground is dangerous-> unusable, since risk of injury.

    This was pretty much the only good thing in our vacation, as you are in 30 minutes at the airport. One had also possibilities cheap with the taxi or small railroad to Hammamet to drive. The beach was directly in front of the, door ', you had to only cross the street.

Had already the detailed form an hour completed, but for the ship suddenly everything was gone, i'll now only times the short! ;-( Tips: A hair dryer with, the in the hotel nothing can! Luggage carriers at the airport were quick and helpful however gladly times 5 e for 20 seconds wheeling cases for bus pass ☺ Supermarket around the corner good and cheap. Hippies pushy, the best couple Dinar give, then you are lucky and you have your peace! Harbor in the evening highly recommended! 5 minutes' walk away! Medina great, but seller very pushy! read more

Very nice beach holiday, nevertheless the beach is rather dingy. For a five-star hotel actually sad. However this guarded, so that one of the vendors not harassed. From the hotel offered excursions I would refrain ( massive DISAPPOINTMENT ), not only with us. Rather of organizers, it costs a bit more but worth it. read more

The hotel deserves three stars. The staff strives, is however also indifferent when it comes to speed and complaints are. The entertainment is very unilaterally, almost always the same evening entertainment. The food is neither varied still good quality. The sanitary facilities are a disaster, most room showers clogged, the shower on the beach always underwater, beach- toilet absolutely unacceptable. Of 6 lobby- toilets has only one functioned and was dirty. People with a little claim should another hotel select. read more

The hotel didn't deserve 5 stars, at best 3. drinks there was some not at all( beach bar) or if they were in plastic Partybechern served. The food was very, very good. The rooms were Dirty (in 2 weeks not cleaned, only swept ). The waiters at the bars and in the restaurant were very rude, exception at the pool bar. The Lifeguard are very friendly, especially Sofjen at the beach. All loungers are broken at pool and at the beach. The animation is the last. Safe and television functioned not at all. So an upcountry vacation we have nowhere ... Spent, Iberostar should be ashamed of their guests something to. This hotel you can really not recommend. read more

Whoever 5 * expected is here definitely wrong. The hotel itself is OK, for spoiled or demanding guests I guess however farther umzugucken and possibly to pay more. Tunisia didn't have the five stars standard for example the Turkey offers. The food is very one-sided and not fresh. The animation team consists of three persons the 2 times per day and peck to archery Boulé or water polo urging evenings one hour hard-working but nevertheless bad animation offer (on a 2 times 3 meters large 'stage' middle on the terrace). From 23 o'clock the light was turned off and the ... evening is in the hotel finished ( until 24 o'clock there are however inside drinks). The staff seemed at the bars annoyed and there are clear the difference between the people of the waiters money and the normal order. Audience is 40% German 40% Russians. Catastrophic it is at the beach and pool if you loungers want. Without money from 07:00 A. M. morning nothing more. Therefore, you should either Early riser or, depending on the length of the stay X x 5 €plan. The rooms are nice but the staff it has not quite the cleanliness. We had the first day until the end Toothpaste leftovers on the washbasin and the floor was not 1 once mopped. On mirror stuck by me killed mosquito until the end as deterrent for other. If the air conditioning 24 hours is it' pleasant' 24 °C in the area, more respectively less is with this complex not possible.
