Very good service, food was great. Rooms okay south standard but clean. Immediately again. Ps talks with the people. Friendliness is everything, as one into the forest calls so echo. Chaya trans etc. With this food and service can't compete. And on the subject of road noise ha ha... Every hotel in hikkaduwa is on the same street. Had a room with straßeneinblick, but at night it is quiet.
The manager for the service speaks good german, and english is yes also no problem. Everything was great. read more

We had to spend in the hotel two nights, because our reserved hotel was overbooked. In the first room offered (2. Floor to foot, as the lift broken was) we are seen as a prison in us, only with the room and view of the sea only profits if you are far enough in scaffolding blocked balcony rejected. The room was unacceptable. It has been shown us a 'better' room. It was one floor higher (64 steps without lift) and had a view of the sea. The rest of the room was like the previous. The balcony door was open ... only with violence, but not more close. (Was fixed the next day) the bed had a width of 160 centimeter (for two people!) and only one bedside table (single room?) the hotel is located directly on the street and the noise was so pervasive, that we had two sleepless nights. Because the majority of the nationalities of the guests to close, it is a child-friendly to local hotel. read more
