This hotel is located right at Plaza de Santa Ana. It is therefore a great location to explore Madrid with the Paseo del Prado not far to the east, and Plaza Mayor to the West. The rooms are expectedly small, but are nonetheless quite nice. The hotel's rooftop bar seems to be quite popular, though I found it to be nice for a couple of minutes for its view on to the plaza, but certainly nothing spectacular. There are dozens of Bodegas and Tapas Bars in the surrounding area. Overall a very good base for a Madrid visit! read more

The hotel is very good and centrally located. Many sights are on foot from the hotel to reach. Close to the hotel liked it lots of restaurants, bars, shops, etc., which is perfect.
The hotel and the furnishing are modern, the staff mostly hard, in the solutions but definitely not dedicated.
The loud music in the entrance hall was annoying.
Our room was quiet for inner courtyard location. The furnishing is OK, the lights control unusable. The bathroom is OK and well equipped. The room itself is very, very small.
Breakfast is OK, the Kannenkaffee not enjoyable. On demand there ... was no fresh double Espresso request, with reference to the Kannenkaffee. Would expect more in this respect.
The bars ( roof and ground floor) are stylish and very busy. read more

Very beautiful hotel in excellent location. The most important sights are on foot to reach. Nearby innumerable old are pub, where you get typical Madrid. In the hotel at the bar they are prices high. The breakfast is very a good assortment of food and drinks. There are a variety of juices, scrambled eggs and fried eggs, Bacon, ham, sausage and cheese, fruit and sweet. NESPRESSO coffee you can down or coffee bring to the table. At the front desk we were given a complimentary membership card for the hotel and therefore was the partner the breakfast free of charge. ... (Costs per breakfast at least 25 euros). The room is rather small, but modernly furnished. The extra charge for a room with a view had 50 euros per rooms mind, not worth it, because we do not often in the room is. We have a two day Hop on-hop off tour to 24 euros. Twice a day the detailed route to the Bull Ring. We have seen a Real Madrid match. An experience! read more

The hotel is obviously not long before been completely remodelled. Totally chic and very modern decor. From the cleanliness I must say that this hotel was unsurpassed, while we were there again. We did walk down to the very expensive breakfast at the hotel (approx. 23 ,- Eur per day per person) saved and stayed in one of the surrounding bars for breakfast. The guest structure was very mixed during our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We called in English, but aren't sure if we also with German few knowledges in Spanish. read more
