We have a relaxed vacation made. The starters buffet in the evening was always the same. The served main courses could also to be desired. The female staff during dinner was in any case a five star hotel. The additional costs are very high. There is no shops in the immediate vicinity and no restauans. read more

The hotel was great and had 5 stars. The evening buffet was always the same and the served main courses also nothing special. The female staff during dinner was also in no way 5-stars. At 3 +. Unfortunate also the distance to the place or shopping and restaurants. However the whole complex is really recommendable. read more

Have enjoyed with all senses and we really enjoyed ourselves. We had no reason for complaints, were head to foot pampered by extremely attentive, warm staff. Greek pure hospitality. This hotel is inviting on every corner to stay a while and enjoyment a. The parting fell again very difficult, but the next vacation comes. read more

Wonderful relaxing - for children unsuitable, therefore also very, very few there. Well maintained audience from 30 years old and above. Topbademöglichkeit - service good. Very good food. Staff attentive. Private beach and possibility to go swimming. On foot after Aghios Nikolaios in any case feasible. read more

My girlfriend and I have in this hotel a wonderful week spend. We felt very much at ease in our apartment the ambience, the guest within the complex is offered, is really second to none. You can not at all full look at this variety. The food is plentiful, wether fish or meat or vegetables of all kinds, it is something for every guest for everyone. The location is nat. Also a dream, because it right next to the sea is, as one is on the photo can see. The staff is always friendly and in a good mood and ... turn for a successful stay. Small luxury hotels of the world. This title is well deserved! It is a dreamlike complex, a lot of green, not too extensive and playful. On every corner one discovers a detail. Lovingly maintained garden areas, clean distances and pools. Everywhere is for every guest a spot freely. Even with all the over 100 occupied accommodations the hotel is not crowded. You will find peace, and it is pampered, you will find relaxation and forget the hectic world. The whole hotel is very clean. The complex is lengthways on the bay and has a worldwide proven blue bay. So best ... quality. The hotel is in top condition and was apparently each season new presented. We had the half board. This the words are missing to me! It was a fantastic breakfast and a better dinner. The 5 stars this hotel really deserved it. read more

    Compared to 4 star houses or 5 stars houses also in Germany, here the double room almost in size a junior suite. Furnished with so many details and love. The beds and the decoration was really nice. Really great: toilet and bathroom with a shower separated from each other. Every balcony was to the sea orientated. We had, mini bar, safe and telephone, as well as everywhere free wi-fi! The rooms were always clean! The over both rooms say. We were on our honeymoon first in a double room and already overwhelmed by the size. For the last 3 days it was then one of the most beautiful bungalow suites in the whole complex: double bedroom, large private -pool, finest marble floors, fine wood in the bedroom with four-poster bed, a nespresso coffee machine and fantastic great view! Thanks thanks to the director and the front-office -manager! The two men we enjoyed the made possible! As would be normal the only loud the organizer for one night provided. Here, you so much value on small details and kind things we did not more from being astonished came out are.

    IT was really star -kitchen! In the hotel there was still absolutely sweet greek local at the beach, a snack restaurant with a bar, a fine restaurant in the main building, the half -guest house restaurant and breakfast lodge in the open. The rooms were absolutely hochpoliert, we were allowed to see a view of the kitchen catch. The staff were always tidy, no dirty clothes, everything was immediately cleaned. It was superbly cooked. Especially also very typical of the country. Example: Hummer-cream soup Buffet with many salads, best selected olvien of surrounding farmers, the best cheese and fresh quality. No cheap salatware, but really the best sheets. At the buffet there were for example lamb kokonisto, fish, was offered such as suflaki and many more! Main food: fish with ouzu sauce Dessert: typical greek treats, fruit, mousse and many more! One must have experienced it! The prices were just. Wine from about 20,-/25, -€ for this fine drop really reasonable! There were wines from smaller businesses the really value on sustainable production.

    Friendliness of the staff? - excellent! Here there were 2 quite good employee really crazy cared had. With which we also every day a little chat could. Also the room service or other employee, always a smile if you taken. Friendliness is a characteristic feature. In the hotel mainly English was spoken, which at a high level has taken place. The director has excellent speak German. With him, we have also very well! He was longer time in Germany. There was a laundry service. The cleaning of the rooms was always top notch. No stains more to see, fresh bed ticks. Just great. And the every day! Small delicacy for all: wi-fi for free

    It was very lots of possibilities you could book. Excursions, cars, possibilities to do water sports, from the jet ski, diving, surfing, Banana-boat... Everything for everyone. The pool was lovely. And the beach as described above a dream! The quality of the water was perfect! The sun loungers were also very nice. You could really a whole day at the beach spend.

    The location is very quiet and pleasant. There are a just 3.5 kilometers on foot at the street at the harbor/ waterfront into town. With the taxi for about 6, -€ just 2 to 4 minutes. These are from the concierge and are within 5 minutes. A supermarket for beverages and couple details is only a short distance away. Also if you outside eat out I would like... Not a problem until the whole taverns, cafes and shops so-called ' st. Tropez Kreta' away, takes you to numerous small greek pub past. Here it tasted definitely also good. By the excellent food in the hotel we are not come to it in 9 days uS to overcome one of the food to. :-) one sun, we have but because of the way it was flushed. But who it centrally located would like, should but please in the middle of town quarter.

In this hotel you can quiet holidays spend. The from us inhabited room had balcony and a roof terrace with sun beds and sun screen. What somewhat too briefly are shelf space for shirt's and laundry. - the problem, that loungers and then long time or not at all be used, is also here. The half board-food, especially the wine main course, is not so great. - you can relax at the salad buffet and at the starters buffet reasonably good use, as well as the dessert area not bad. The same applies to the breakfast buffet. The à la ... carte restaurant we didn't try it as we saw, that the kitchen, the for the food for the main restaurant is responsible, also for this restaurant to the extra charge cooks. The service seems to sometimes a bit confused. Perhaps it was because of the fact, that the season nearly to end was, the staff tired. - the hotel guests international mixed. - read more

For me, agios Nicolas the most beautiful place on Kreta, also, because grown, and the St.Nicolas Bay certainly one of the most beautiful and best hotels on the island. We had a beautiful junior suite with terrace balcony, very comfortable. The area is wonderful integrated into the landscape. The food was good and very varied. Should be emphasized then the very friendly staff, always ready, wishes to fulfill. read more

We had a little concern, because of some bad reviews. We then however the hotel very positive experience. The location is just amazing, the room was spacious and well equipped, breakfast and dinner rich and diverse. As especially friendly and accommodating uS the staff noticed. Kleinigekeiten, the you can complain about, we have in all other five star hotel found. Here affected the overall impression. read more

The hotel is perfect for a vacation for relaxing. You feel comfortable all round and the service is second to none. I would definitely recommendable half board to book, since the food really very good and not very far from a à la carte restaurant deviates. The complex is very tidy and peaceful. In the town are approximately 20 minutes away on foot or you can also take a cab at 6 Euro. There there are some restaurants, Souvenir shops and bars. read more

We were with this hotel very satisfied. At the start we found our bathroom too small, and therefore complained. The very friendly manager we were then upgraded to a junior suite. This is what I call service! read more

The hotel is very suitable for people seeking quiet couples. The most beautiful places are very individually designed and shop, the great view of the sea. The buffet should offer a little more Greek food. The Spa area was very welcoming. read more

Very nice resort with its own mini beach-very nice room, beautiful view, first floor and not visible from the outside. But: water damage on ceiling/wall after the motion is stronger rain-varied and delicious appetizers buffet. But: boring-friendly service-bosses main courses. But: basic service-staff seemed partly unfriendly/inattentive or. Poorly trained-good water sports offer. But: expensive. And: 'house reef' dirty and almost no maritime life-City (Agios Nikolaos) kilometer away two. But: Taxi only six euros one-way conclusion: 80/20. read more

Great Hotel, unfortunately in the evening no entertainment, except for a pianist in the bar so loud that you couldn't hear yourself think, understands. The Spa area was small and the treatments expensive. Prices for drinks were much too high, a Greek beer for five, 60 euro, a glass of Greek wine 0.15 liter for six, 50. The staff was very friendly, the beach and the water was super (blue flag). The walk to town takes about 30 minutes the, taxis drive for five €. The crisis in Greece, in Crete nothing to feel. read more

Price/performance ratio is not right, extra charge for the sauna and indoor pool. Sauna is only with a deadline, size and standard (sauna) a three star hotels. No signage in the whole area of the hotel! read more

I am very impressed with this hotel since the complex is very nice. I booked a double room for single use, to my surprise I received a suite. The rooms are big and nice former. The furniture was not from last year, you can see that there is small flaws Bws former: the table and no waggled Kuli was there and in the bathroom tile was easily. In this hotel everything in the Schaten was the staff, all the same whether at the front desk or in the breakfast room, at the bar, the Manereg or the cleaning staff. everyone ... was very friendly and courteous former. I would be welcomed with Laechen every day and after my opinion and what I have experienced. I felt very welcome and very pampered. I can only recommend this hotel. I booked half board, for the traveller who do the same I can only recommend it, that at the dinner either at the beginning or at the end as in between everything took a little bit longer. read more
