Hotel in the middle of town close to the port. Is probably as far as possible just for one night used (as with us) but there is also very good for a whole vacation usable, -from about 7. floor great view over the city and umlandevt. Harbor depending on which direction the room is. To the beach circa 15 minutes walk. The facade, balconies start to crumble. read more

A great relaxing vacation in a great hotel.
Breakfast: great selection, absolutely sufficient and the dreamlike view over the harbor completes everything!
Room: size is adequate, no save in the room however at the front desk free of charge, mini bar in the price included, the was perfect! The bed linen was even in the 5 days changed several times and daily fresh towels!
Room service: very fast and super
Staff: all very pleasant and accommodating
Free wi-fi in great atmosphere in the lounge, or for 12 Euro on the day in the room!
Only one negative in this great ... hotel: Las Palmas is very loud and due to the construction style of the hotel pulls the noise high, if you have the door open

Bars and shops in every street and alley and at the port.
Wellness is in the spa around the corner possible, no 5-minute walk from the hotel: talassotherapia las canteras, very recommendable and as a hotel guest one gets discount

We loved it and would definitely again go back.
If one something negative to possibly the following (but we didn't really bother us):
- for breakfast there were no variation (not a problem for us, there was plenty to choose from)
- pool not heated quickly jump in and then in the pool move goes at 25 degrees outside temperature and sunshine (well, if you also in december go must) read more

The hotel is very modern furnished and very clean - you feel directly probably!
The breakfast was great and sufficient. The staff are always helpful, without being pushy - a very good mixture.
The hotel is in a perfect location, you can the wonderful town and bathe at the large sandy beach super connect. read more

The name business and conference hotel meets possibly the best. The entire range of guests (tie, family, trunk, airline crew, etc.) To be met. Due to the central location, in the middle of Las Palmas, you had short ways to purchase, harbor and beach. Directly in front of the hotel there is a bus station and taxis were, no matter what time i the hotel entering or leaving have, always there.
My room (1206) double room for single use, was very compact (small) but elegant and contemporary furnishing. Wooden floors, balcony, hair dryer, etc. - no safety deposit box ... and internet only for rich 12€ per day (in the lobby free, unsecured ) the room was clean. The room service itself, i voted for the 4 days not taken into account, so i cannot comment about this.
The hotel has no own garage-for the obvious (80 metres away), however, a zahlungsagreement at the front desk be completed. You got a ticket for the entire life and the payment becomes in the hotel -about 16€ per day.
Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Should be somthing for everyone. The staff seemed sometimes a bit disorganized, not rude however also not very accommodating. Neutral.
For dinner i can't comment, as i never participated in them. Recommend yes, but there are certainly cheaper to same or even better conditions on the ground. read more

Drive to Playa del Ingles 1 hour.

We had this hotel because of its good location nearby of the port with its shopping center Trash, as well as the famous canteras beach for a extended weekend. For Carneval-fans is this hotel in the immediate area the Santa Catalina park is ideal, as there is always all shows and with luck you can then from the balcony see. My request on a room in the higher floors was politely realized. The check in was very friendly and helpful. If you have car travels, is a bonus for a nearby parking garage.
We were a room on the 21. ... Etage assigned with a magnificent wide view amongst others on the port and the beach from Las Palmas. The rooms have a modern design with parquet floors, a small desk, built-in cupboard, air conditioning and plasma -tv however only two German programs. It is unfortunately no safety deposit box available, what I as disadvantage look at. Because of the construction of the hotel walk the bathrooms to one side was narrow too. In the narrowest corner is the toilet - really nothing for large people. There are no amenities, such as lotions or shampoos-so don't forget. But was very enjoyable, that the mini bar could be used for free and also daily refilled. Compliment!
The restaurant is located on the 23. Etage and offers a great view over the city. The breakfast buffet was sufficient stocked with fresh fruit and juices, fresh cold cuts and crunchy bread. On the first day there was a coffee machine for self-service available, on 2. Tag it was again, either broken or because of the new numerously arrived guests. Black tea was not at all to get. Staff seemed a little busy and the cleaning not to. In the evening we wanted something to drink, a drinks menu had only to be searched. 2 of 3 drinks were not available.
On the last floor there is a small gym, as well as on the last floor the pool. Unfortunately are by the pool nothing special many loungers available.
In short: this hotel we could for a short stay definitely recommendable. Tourists have a ideal starting point as much on foot to explore. read more

The hotel is very central. You can both the harbor, the center, as well as the beach in a few minutes to reach on foot. From the balcony one has a very good view of Las Palmas. The breakfast is very attractive. read more

The hotel is very centrally located. It is a short walk to Las Canteras beach, Santa Catalina park, El Muelle shopping center and bus station. The common areas and rooms have modern and fresh design. Our junior suite #2008 was in the 20th floor and had good views to the south. If you want to have Las Canteras views rooms number 1-2 and 12-13 have better beach views but probably only from floor 15 upwards. On the top 25th floor there is a small pool with great 360 degrees views. There is a free minibar in the room. It included ... 11 non-alcoholic drinks and 1 beer.
The breakfast was a small disappointment. For the price 15,75 euros it was quite limited in selection of foods. However the views from the 23rd floor restaurant slightly compensated that. Also we didn't manage to get the door of our other balcony open. They promised to open it but it never happened. Probably the lock was broken. read more

Foreign yuck, inside Hui. A great hotel in the middle of town, direct on port, 5 minutes away from the great beach. In the 25 floor a swimming pool with wide view, in the 24 floor a fitness room and in the 23 floor the breakfast. What more could you want? read more

Very in good taste and luxuriös equipped hotel room. Good central location with lots of bars and restaurants, shops, massive shopping center nearby. In the direct close to a busy street, nevertheless quiet in the hotel room control-door by the balcony. 360 degree view from the pool to the upper floor. Free daily Refill the minibar with water, soft drinks, juices and beer. Cleanliness was very good. As at arrival the balcony door did not close, we have at the front desk complained, the door was very quickly repaired, we had booked without meals.

We only stayed 1 night in this hotel before our cruise. We chose it especially because of the great location right on the harbor.HCLFHLWe had a room on the 20. Floor with a great view of the harbor and 'our' ship.HCLFHLThe rooms are very spacious and clean, the mini bar is free. We would book the hotel again at any time. Before our cruise we had booked this hotel, since it is in immediate vicinity of the port. It was a purely fortuitous occasion, that we booked this hotel. But we didn't regret it and will surely not Gran Canaria book again and again! What to expect in the home, is simply not to describe. Everything very modern and installed in a perfect condition. The rooms are very modern and have a great bathroom. We had a room in the 11. Floor and could therefore right on the harbor. The staff at the front desk are very friendly. Without foreign languages ... but you are not very far. The hotel is around recommendable. read more
