All in all the service and extremely pleasant ambience much more than made up for it. But you can for the same price in a deluxe room with a view of the sea in the Grand Hotel heiligendamm is, which is a completely different category and worlds from the standard of the adula away. The spa is small but fine and very clean. The service very pleasant and tried and the breakfast really great! If we the other evaluation read, we ask ourselves, whether we in another hotel were. We did los prior to, that the spa reservations did not work. At check in they gave us totally wrong information about ski area and hotel ski bus. For breakfast right at the nebentisch cutlery stocked and loud so that rattled. During dinner sat a family with the deaf grandpa next to us. Even though not all the tables were occupied, was our request not taken into account, should elsewhere sit down. To us the stay was no relaxation, but stress. We left early. And. ... All have to pay, there was no kindness! read more

In the november had my father and i 2 nights in the hotel adula to a special offer. As this time in the mid season was, we had a very lots of restaurants and hotels in the area to. Also the ski slopes had around this time still closed. We have however our bikes forward and the area with the wheel refereed. Here the staff is especially to praise: as a bicycle pump required, us immediately made available (even if an older model \u263a a truly very nice area, however please beware the höhendifferenzen -we have personal experience. With us ... everything worked perfectly. The booked massages (ever 2 piece per day) were already booked, and we could the times still locally transfer, really a excellent service. Also stay, as well as the check out worked perfectly. We only booked with breakfast. The offer the breakfast was very big. (included salmon for example) one evening we had in the restaurant and it was perfect fine, also the service was great. The only thing which me a little disturbed, was the for breakfast (and we took the breakfast between 08:00 and 09:00 a. m. a) was already for lunch and or dinner served, i found this a little annoying, especially, because you never your peace had the breakfast. Apart from that, the hotel is fully recommendable. I will certainly stay again stay in the hotel adula plan. read more

The kitchen is the absolute best!
In any case half board book!
Then we 2 days before arrival a mail with the request, a balcony room to get, and if possible a upgrade to the deluxe room. Both were met!
Free we were in a better room booked, with a view of mountains!
With a balcony!

We had a deluxe room with a balcony booked and were very satisfied so that. The design of the room and in particular the bathroom ( with bathtub) seemed very high quality.
The food was always tiptop and if a once none of the menus fancy a something else offered. Breakfast buffet also very generous, there was simply everything.
The sauna facility I think very atmospheric decorated, the pool very big and the sole whirlpool just great.
If you are looking for a guest card shall (I think, from 3 nights) should this exactly explain leave. The mountain railway tickets ... must already in the hotel be changed and not only at the valley station the train. read more

The friendliness, even warmth of the staff accompanied us in this hotel from morning until late at night and was well worth praising. The hotel deserves this authentic, unobtrusive friendliness of the staff a special award. The food was for us good, however due to the Creativity of the kitchen also a bit of getting used to and is prone to surprises. Especially mention and experiencing is the wellness-and massage area with competent and of course friendly and warm Assisting. The large indoor swimming pool for us was relatively cool and already getting old, made up for it a however ... the outdoor hot tub. We would come back any time gladly to this hotel go. read more
