Very nice, cozy hotel with a great breakfast and a nice bar and coffee garden. Hotel lies just 50 metres from the beach. Good parking, nice small freshly renovated sauna. Recommendable. read more

The friendliness of the staff in the hotel was simply great, from the first minute, we have at comfortable. The room was good equipped, the bathroom with shower could be a bit bigger.
The breakfast was sufficient and varied, there was also the service very nice and friendly.
At the wednesday evening played Gustav at its hammond organ in the bar 'Alexander from humbold', if the everyone, must decide everyone for itself, the service was in any case very friendly. The hotel we would book immediately again. read more

The new year's eve package we liked. The hotel is in good condition, the staff friendly, the breakfast good, the new year's eve buffet was excellent. The musical entertainment in the evening was not not our taste, but thanks to our friends, we had a lovely evening. The free entry the thalasso centre we use the weather to the turn of the year with great pleasure. Sauna was just the right thing. Two small downer there are:
1. a hair dryer in the room would be nice.
2. the service in the bar was very different. The 1st night we ... waited 30 minutes for our drinks. The other two days our requests promptly fulfilled. read more

A really nice hotel in the second row in Cuxhaven-Duhnen.
I had ( as a smoker) a balcony room. Generally are probably all rooms non-smoking -room...
Facilities the room is good, the breakfast delicious and the staff friendly and know what they are doing. read more

The hotel 'TERN' is in our experience very recommendable. It is a Hotel Garni with very small menu in the hotel bar. Breakfast is but very extensive and offers everything, which one wishes itself. The from us booked comfort room had a very nice size and was equipped with everything, ( safe, seating area, mini bar, etc.). The bathroom had also a reasonable size. The staff are very friendly and helpful. With other words: everything was good.
Perhaps a small point of criticism: no Wi-Fi in the room \u2639
And still one: the parking space is although large but ... very inconvenient parking spaces for a little larger cars. read more

We were a week beginning September in this hotel. The first impression, the kindness and a tour with the receptionist who us the hotel and the room show (never experienced it like that before) and even more a couple of nice days it.
With the time positive first impression however to. The breakfast was like already before us everyday the same. And the rooms were made very carelessly. The cover only on the bed put (not smooth painted). In our shoes in the room only around vacuumed. And the bathroom only partially cleaned (on the 2. day accidentally incurred stain ... on the spiegellampe until the departure not away). The shower Mat whereas was every day despite hanging up to the heating changed.
Should be emphasized however the friendliness the breakfast personnel, and the efforts of the receptionist (on arrival only narrow parking gotcha, to larger hard and other guests asked decent parking). read more

We had a double room with South-facing balcony booked. Unfortunately we could just a inner courtyard look. This was completely obstructed by large covered tents (dining room respectively bar). The breakfast was always the same. Except for the yoghurt. Our room was not well cleaned. Amongst others the vent in the bathroom totally dirty.
Which we very annoying felt, was the musty odor in our room. We stayed over the smokers bar. Everything smelled of smoke. read more

We really enjoyed the stay. During the 80. Birthday, the staff very hard, so that this day very good memories. The breakfast buffet was always refilled quickly. Only we have a bit of the salmon on the buffet missed. We will in any case come again. read more

Nice hotel near the beach of Cuxhaven duhnen. Beautiful big room. We had even view of the sea ( between the other houses). A bit disturbing the vehicular traffic was outside the window.
Breakfast with a large selection and good quality. Beautiful breakfast room, pleasant staff.
By all means recommendable. read more

The hotel is in short perfect. The breakfast is every taste and is more than enough and tasty. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I as a smoker I was the bar was allowed to smoke. In the rooms is non-smoking (a good thing), there was even a smoking room but I only used the breakfast. Who wants to spend their time in an area were there is a little breakfast of stale smoke smell (even I as a smoking did not). The hotel is ideally located in the town. The water (if it exists) ... is only a few meters. read more

The 'Hotel Seschwalbe' in the beautiful district of activity, is a very nice hotel. The staff, was very accommodating, friendly and every guest. From check-in to the room to the breakfast, everything was good. In the afternoon coffee and cakes. In the bar in the evening there was also delicious food. The concept, as the hotel is, is great. The location of the hotel: a few meters away from the beach, shopping, food and cabaret-bath. read more

Rooms were available, that was what we (couple). Although only a single room but as bed was good. The room size was hardly affected! Price was OK.
Great breakfast buffet.
Coupons for free admission to the Saunalandschft of Ahoy, we call the customer service. Helpful and friendly staff. In spite of the central location-quiet room (single room with balcony!).
We will definitely love to return back to this good. read more

Unfortunately the cleaning of the bathroom is not on the cleanliness. Hair from the previous guest on the floor. Unfortunately the room was directly on the street and even when the window was closed very loud (trucks and vans). read more

Good location, in the middle in duhnen. Just a few strides to the beach and the promenade.
Selection of restaurants and other dining businesses is excellent.

The hotel is a sudden inke construction use consisting of old and new. The guests were mostly 65 years and older, mostly regular customers. This was the first time we stayed at the hotel and were not enough attention is paid. Only the regular greeted by the Director. We had a room on the south side with a very small dark bathroom, which was in need of renovation with a loud schnarrenden deduction. The parking lot is not paved, when the wind blew the cars were covered with sand. The breakfast was average, the coffee was too thin. The tea ... is served hot water with a tea bags. With the departure we were treated at the reception rather unfriendly and not so, how guests actually adopted. read more

We booked this hotel for a business stay. The room faced the street, the busy was so that you could find any quiet. Outside your room was the neon sign of the hotels, during the whole night lit up. The mattresses were hard as a board. We slept so did not. The average age of the guests was 60 years and older, one was in a clinic. The breakfast buffet was ok. We would agree that offer for a 3 star hotel was above average. Coffee was too thin. If you're looking for peace and quiet wasn't right here. read more
