This hotel is for vacationers with low standards, that price-performance ratio For 4 weeks holiday is good. The staff are very hard-working, the guests satisfied. There is Lots of regular guests always stay there again. I love it always, again good in royal jinene beach. read more

We really have to the statements on the internet not expecting much, but was positive about rascht have been. From the luggage boy to the chef everything great people their job take them seriously. Since we have grandchildren and schwiegerpapa on the way were we once again positive the respect and understanding in this country is of paramount importance. In the hotel we were partly like royalty treatment. Lots of people should their job so as the staff in the hotel. read more

The hotel is about 150 meters away from the beach. A way leads at the children's playground and beach bar to the beach. The hotel heared with about 100 rooms the smaller hotels. As a result of this you get but also more contact with other guests. The rooms are with kascheln laid out, bathroom and toilet separately. The closets are large enough, also for a longer stay. The all inclusive services are for the paid travel price of very well. The food is okay. You always find something. The wine to eat is good. Otherwise is a bottle of ... wine either too expensive. The types of people were in december mixed. Hotel was to around 30 to 40% fully booked. The sister hotel was closed. read more

    Room was very big, balcony, but the wash itself. Then could you in the room and on the balcony good paths. Could even wet towels and bathing costumes to clean clothes. The cleaning but only 10 minutes taken into account. Toilet was cleaned every day, as well as the room and the bathroom. The tv was already very old. There were only 3 programs, but it wasn't very clear.

    There was a restaurant, a bar in the hotel with separeatem non-smoking area (lobby ) the cleanliness of the hotel and in the hotel bar were ok, not so at the bar in the jinene beach, where evenings the 'so-called entertainment' took place. The beer glasses were collected, not flushed and other guests redisplayed. This had i seen. I went to the basement and asked him to speech.' I should not so anstellen' was the whole reply. The gläserrand was gray and filthy. The response from the whole was, there were dark glasses used. But i have the TUI-travel agency reported, that immediately turn off. But 4 otherwise there is only positive things from my waiting to say. The universe inkluiv -bar by the pool was okay and in the afternoon the pizza also. What however not at all in my opinion is, that the staff lunch at the same time with the guests eats. It is a few times happens, that a woman from the staff the last fish and pizza were taken. This matronne every lunch a complete proviantübernahme made. The plates not enough from, you could have a fence for the plate to give. And the eating habits of this woman ruined every appetite. Staff does not belong in the restaurant, if guests are present. This should the hotel management change as quickly as possible.

    The staff's hospitality was mostly positive. Some went to the laugh rather in the basement. But that exists everywhere on the world. The cleaning of the rooms was thorough. Deutschesprachkenntnisse were even with the cleaning lady available and at the front desk and the waiters anyway. Complaints wurdenumgehend repaired.

    Entertainment was as good as not available during the day. Entertainer employees rather with angwereister friend. Wait 2 entertainers available. The small 'Momo' was very satisfied and very pushy. Some guests had somewhat strong talk to him and he stopped still not. The other was okay.

    The hotel is located in a quiet area. Except some chickens it is quiet. The katzenproblem should more be pursued. Two or 3 cats ok. But not this quantity and guests should not feed. Some cats are very has become aggressive, if you don't got. Sousse and Port el Kantaoui beach chairs about 2 kilometers away each. In the more immediate vicinity there was everything for shopping.

We were for the 2, times in the hotel and it was the exactly great vacation as the last time. We can certainly imagine, that in the summer, in the peak season, everything a bit different looks is, now, the lots of negative reports not confirmed and we had a great vacation, magnificent weather and very positive impressions. Everyone, which denounces, should consider, which we paid and we can the stars not to european standards measure. read more

Tunisia trip from 9-9-2012 until 23-9-2012 in hotel royal jinine in sweet On 9-9-2012 at: o'clock we should to Tunisia takeoff, but the flight delayed for 1 hour, so it was only at: o'clock los. A machine is canceled and another machine has already been provided. Arrived in Tunisia we are the buses gone, there delayed the departure to the hotel go back to 1 hour. We had to the tour operator wait, the us only a short information wanted, then it was finally to the hotel. In the hotel arrived we wanted to check in, but one said to ... us they have for us no room and we had to into another hotel go, they said to us we could have a billigreise and that would be sunday So we went over in the other hotel to finally a room to get. We got on the way there nothing more to eat and hardly drinks, it was now already 23:45 am and they told us it would be end and we would on the next day get something. Finally on the room arrived, the room was dirty, in the toilet there was still feces from the previous guest, you could not really wash as from water tap, when opened all over sprayed and the water did not drain. So we are not washed and exhausted to bed. On the next day we wanted finally the booked room have with a view of the sea, but one said to us it would still not free, we got a room in the royal jinine, with view of trash and considerable noise of the builders, the generators were so loud that you did not sleep well and the view of the trash was not the ambience what we had imagined. So we have asked, whether we are finally the booked room could get. You put us go back to a day until we then on the wednesday the 12 September 2012 at: hours a room with sea view received. The food the hotel kitchen was, contrary to the description in the brochure carelessly and monotonous. The menus repeated furthermore in the second week our vacation. Also exclusively-contrary to the brochure description regional dishes. At the bar by the pool ( eating and drinking) you had to from one end to the other end run, furthermore was with the serving drinks only right next to the toilets from a smell of feces came out, so that one hardly drinks holte. The provision of black coffee and tea were unacceptable. Also at the breakfast buffet you had to around each cup of fight, apart from that you got no cafe for breakfast. The selection at the breakfast was very spartan, there was a sort of sausage, a sort of cheese, eggs, two types of wheat bread, toast bread, a little salad, two types of jams, crussons and if you were lucky you got fruit for example pears or melons. In the whole complex to the pool were the loungers partly broken or you could not use at all, furthermore were at least 20 cats and kittens around the pool distributed, for the food by the pool breaching the cats on the table or wanted on the table jump, because they were hungry. The loungers at the sea were also too many defect. On the beach, there was just a small strip approximately 3 meters wide along the hotel to the hotel where you sunbathing could, too many was at the beach shade, because the umbrella tight were set up, you fought if you got a beach chair at any sunbeam. At the beach bar you could water and lemonade from musty containers get, there was at the beach bar neither coffee still tea or alcoholic beverages. The hotel was in the large & all the money in any case value, the value for money was also really reasonable & there was many things to see and do! Everything was fine & there was nothing to fault. read more

Great vacation. Recommendable, if the expectations despite 4 stars not too high be set. Is just Afrika. :-) The animations during the 2 weeks repeated several times. The waiters were very friendly and funny, as well as the entertainers, with which we a lot of fun had. read more

Children's entertainment none. Toys broken, partly dangerous. Food almost every day the same and some not enjoyable. Ketchup, mayonnaise, sauce for pasta and salad there was not. Beach with sandbags and pavingstones kept together. Pool partly dirty and very geruchsintensiv! Were glad after 5 days stay another hotel to have, that we move could! Oh yes. The hotel is really a bit older, but it was for the country clean. The maids tried very the rooms clean close. If you a few Dinar on the bed sets, it is obviously better. The food was in general good. Considering that we literally around the hour food, I think, everyone will be full and also to its costs. The food now within 2 weeks repeated is also normal. At home get it also not without repeating in the period of two weeks something else to cook. If you can kudos-). The all inclusive clusiv bar is open ... from 10:00 until 17:00 open, which also okay is. Because in the bar in the hotel you get from 10:00 until: o'clock his drinks. Sometime have to stop. At the beach bar you only got non alkohliker. Is also okay. Because if definitely beer or similar beverage would like can one also to the all inclusive clusiv do. In short for the money you for this vacation paid, one cannot wonder what do. Everyone come at its expense. read more

    Every day from o'clock there is a entertainment program. The pool is also ok. Of course for so many people too small but nevertheless ok. Sun screens, loungers everything is free of charge available. The beach is although not very big, but they try this clean hold. Broken pool chairs were replaced.

    From the airport to the hotel you drove about three quarters of an hour, as you have the other hotels starts. Shops are on foot about minutes away. Since there was a shopping mall with acceptable prices. Apart from that one drives with the taxi for approximately 4 -5 Dinar after sousse in the medina and as shopping (careful! You have to trade accordingly ;-) ). Excursions are offered in the hotel, where but also hadeln is announced.

For several years now, my wife & I guests in the Hotel Royal Jinene. Hotel is very centrally located. To of the city Sousse and Marina Port el Kantaoui there is in each case 4 kilometer. We are always warmly welcomed. Staff are very nice & attentive. Cleaning the room is always tidy carried out. For small money in the house the clothes washed. We had also now again a great time, & again again at any time here back. read more

Who vacation on the farm loves is in the right place here. One by roosters crowing and goats moaning every morning woke us up, you should not before banging doors or Toilettenspülungsgeräusche from the room over or under you awakened have been.     Opted for all inclusive holiday. Food was OK. Restaurant and entertainment staff were great. Cleaners and reception staff OK. The hotel and its connected sister-hotel has 4 bars. The beach and pool bar staff were great. Unfortunately, all the staff (except one) in the main bars were surly, rude, lazy, constantly demanding money. We felt very uncomfortable asking for a drink and even witnessed one of the barman throw a drink into the face of a customer. We would never return because of this 'minority' of really awful people.
