Studios with the usual amenities and good cleanliness. But the refrigerator in room is not suitable for the storage of frozen foods. A coffee machine and cooker with enough pots and pans are available. As well as a hair dryer in the bathroom. At the reception one additional equipment, such as. Toaster, if you need it.

The front desk is friendly and speaks good to perfect German. With the other staff we had no reason to contact. But the rooms were always cleaned well.

The leisure facilities at the hotel are limited. But there is a wireless Internet access. This can't be used in all rooms. On the terrace and in the lobby. Guests receive the password at the front desk. If you spend much time inside the hotel, should be followed by a different area or maybe another destination.

Little house with only 21 studios. The hotel is located in a good condition and did a favorite neat impression. The cleanliness of the area was good, even though the outdoor area here is very small. There wasn't a pool. Noisy ORAL according to the owner are some some repairment works planned.

The hotel is located in the resort of Caniço de baixo and is surrounded by other hotels. The pebble beach is about 10 minutes away. Shopping opportunities are situated limited in town (mini supermarket) and in the nearby places Caniço and Garajau. The walk to Caniço is steep and tedious, but there is a bus which had a bus stop is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. With the rental car will be recommending the MODELO supermarket in Cancela/Garajau. Take exit 15 from the motorway and turn from Caniço, turn right. At the entrance at the left side the supermarket. You have to spend time in the cul-de-sac. Parking at the hotel is in the high season scarce.

The rooms are spacious and functional. The rooms have a kitchen area with refrigerator, sink, and dishes. So you can choose between anytime yourself a bit of their own.

The hotel is very very cozy garden patio. It will also pasta except for the traditional dishes. There is something for everyone. I really liked very much free BBQ area where food always freshly prepared. Very delicious and highly recommended the local Fleischspieß hung up in the seasonal centerpieces.

The house is served from a very very nice couple powered. The boss is Austrian - the chef from Madeira. Both speak perfect English. So so there is in no way communication problems. The staff is always friendly and courteous as described.

The hotel does have no pool. In principle on Madeira one more traveling anyway and explore the beauty of the island. But there are beautiful golf courses with a spectacular view and beautiful location. As is great for walking - for the island. The encircling!

The cozy hotel is really for everyone to recommend. If you are a couple or single your stay bay - it has a good feel. The breakfast is adequate for my taste. You can sit in the breakfast room or in fine weather - which you usually on Madeira has - you can sit outside. The staff is very accommodating and always pleasant.

The hotel is located in a very nice location. The part that the room was with sea view. Each room has either a balcony or terrace. To the airport it was about 15 minutes - also to Funchal. There is a bus stop nearby.

It depends what you would expect. We booked a 3 star hotel! It is very good. Equipped with a kitchenette (plenty of cutlery, pots, knives, cutlery and corkscrew) coffee maker, refrigerator and 2 hotplates. Middle-sized bathroom with bathtub and shower curtain. Generously sized room with built-in wardrobe and a safe. Several seating and television. The bed was ok, normal feather beds. A beautiful large balcony with ocean view, but we often sat in the evening and enjoyed a glass of wine. It was also clean.

The restaurant the Vila Ventura is highly recommended. Delicious food fresh from the wood-burning grill. Especially the black Scabbardfish tasted excellent. Very good value for money. Friendly staff. The bar is ok with the rustic atmosphere. As mentioned before, breakfast buffet as expected, otherwise it would have a "very good".

The staff is very eager to its guests. German was spoken in the hotel. The rooms are cleaned daily. Internet can be used on the Hotelrechner WLAN. We had no complaints and were very pleased.

Quiet, clean, small hotel in a good location. Ideal for energetic holidaymakers, not the luxury hotel. Very welcoming staff. Paula always ready to answer our questions about the life, food, weather on Madeira. As we had read the reviews, we were not disappointed from the booked breakfast buffet. You could also well equipped for self catering. There are 2 hotplates, fridge and coffee machine available.

An ideal location. No matter if you've got a rental car or bus. Canico is within walking distance, there are large stores. The airport wasn't far away: Short transfer and the planes are not to be heard. The capital Funchal is very close. by bus in about 20 minutes. By car, from the highway much faster. Still a very quiet location. We always found a parking lot.

Spacious, clean rooms with a balcony and view of the ocean. A small kitchen with hotplates, refrigerator, and sink. The bathroom is small with bathtub.

The restaurant consists of a bar and a partially covered courtyard. It's very comfortable seating. is Surrounded by trees and flowers. We enjoyed the food very much. The staff is very attentive (not to be confused with pushy).

Very friendly staff, especially the two young women at the front desk gave us for their friendly and competent incidence. Through their almost perfect German they gave us good advices. The rooms were cleaned to our full satisfaction. There was no outlet to complaints.

Sports and entertainment not offered. There wasn't a pool.

Conveniently located for Levadawanderungen in the eastern part of Madeira. The basic principles are with minimal effort (bus or taxi) distance. It is a 3 star smaller hotel, a bit older but with charm. The cleanliness was exemplary. We had booked bed and breakfast. This was for us in the scope and Art perfectly adequate. We had the impression that the hotel was especially visited by German-speaking guests.

Conveniently located for Levadawanderungen in the eastern part of Madeira. The basic principles are with minimal effort (bus or taxi) distance. Also the sea from your hotel room. On the horizon are depending on the weather the offshore Desertas islands to see. Larger purchases can in the supermarkets in the center of the village above the hotel be made your condition, which may require at least walk. In the urbanisation Beixto are a few mini markets with eingeschränkterem offer. Excursion possibilities individually or organised by local vendors are possible without any problem.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, decor was already a few years old, but has its own charm. All rooms feature kitchenettes with complete equipment(coffee machine), bathroom, terrace, safe and satellite TV, telephone. Drinks and food could be ordered at the front desk. Partial sea view, depending on the location of the room, we had sea view, great beautiful sunrises.

The in-house restaurant is very good, fish and meat dish so good and cheap, many guests from the neighboring hotels, partly from other places, the restaurant is very popular, the bar nice and done in a rustic, the place for bikers and Co ... The staff was always very nice, fast and not only "cool" to be tipped. We were often eat out and went to the nightcap in our restaurant were so not stupid askance. Rates are good, for example. Steak with side dishes 10-15 Euro, seafood platters for 15 Euro, according to the species, drinks in German. Local dishes paired liquor (Poncha) is something to get used to.

Very accomodating, with problems immediately, the front desk with tips on daily routes and weather information were brough to our room tried bad TV was replaced within hour period, all speak German, all rooms were always clean. Everything worked out great with tip helped with tips somewhat .... Unfortunately it is often otherwise not the case ... :-(

Swim as mentioned only about neighboring hotels possible, partially beach chairs and umbrellas free of charge, partially for low consideration. Internet was available through the front desk, discos in other hotels.

Due to the location, 1 km to the highway, 15 minutes to the airport and quite central on the island ideal for day trips with bike and car island, all within walking distance. There are restaurants, supermarkets and other shops. The beach is about neighboring hotels distance (5 minutes), there were also pool chairs and showers, some free of charge, partially for low consideration.

We were glad to have had good weather, you wouldn't spend too much time in your room. The rooms were basic and you can tell the furniture it's age, the bathroom was in need of refurbishment. The kitchen was not really to use our opnion in, the stove were not hot, the coffee machine was standing there due to lack of cleaning for us not usable. Towels were changed daily or as needed, the bed sheets weren't changed in 2 weeks a view on the mattress it is a good idea not car. Positive was the large balcony with sun lounger, during the time were not cleaned. For someone who wants a basic accomodation no-frills, this hotel is highly recommended. All in all the convenience made a rather dearless paper bag with impression.

We did not have breakfast and we were only in the restaurant as well. The meat cooked on the grill and was delicious, the side dishes were but less attractive.

The front desk staff is very friendly and accomodating.

We stayed at the hotel a studio without catering for 2 weeks.

Canico is within walking distance, there are good shopping opportunities available. The starting point for hikes were easily accessible from there. Parking is like in the others have mentioned, if you came late, you have to walk a bit.
