At the front desk our questions and requests always friendly and accommodating answered respectively fulfilled. As a welcome in our quiet, clean room with a view of the small beach and the pool, there was a fruit basket and a bottle of sparkling wine for toast! The cleaning ladies were every day without exception, friendly, thorough and to the joy of our children had every day the kuscheltiere different, ornately draped. It only remains for me to say: it's not everything sterile, stylish and perfect at this small, informal hotel but it is important to us to feel at home. Just vacation with friends. And we again had! Even if our experiences to the hair raufen were, I am trying my evaluation just and fair to make.
From the following reasons is for us this hotel the pure disaster been. We had view of the sea and were the pool look. The complaint was not understood or fixed. The travel guide gave us at least proof, so that the money back from the travel agent can claim.
The safe had a technical problem and was useless for us. At the worst was, that we do not into the room came, as the door not more to open went. ... The caretaker understood neither our language or English.
The front desk looked the problem as not so tragic on. You consoled us on the next day. We ended up with targeted violence the door itself must open up, as we apart from that neither money nor a car keys would have had. Incredible customer service. Greetings at this point to the boss!
The room was okay, but the bathroom was stuffy and the fan was broken. A madman noise in the premises on the 1 floor sleep was day night not to think. The Italian restaurant on the corner was very loud and until late in the night.
The food was simple only bad. Tinned vegetables and Fertignachspeisen have not convinced us. The salad was OK and enjoyable.
In short. Disaster on whole line!

A very nice, due to the size almost family-run hotel, located between Cala Millor and Cala Bona. It consists of 3 neighboring buildings and a main building. Approximately in the middle is the pool area, the dining room, as well as the spa area are in the basement. Everything makes a clean, nice impression. Yes, it was everything really great. Our suite with a view of the sea was great, clean and spacious, there was nothing to complain about.
We had booked half board, the breakfast complimented fully our expectations, during dinner we would have us more variety and greater ... choice, is however a matter of opinion. In any case it was tasty and plentiful. The wonderful and really great was, that we the whole time over always our table had, a annoying search forth so. rollstuhlfreundliches hotel ( only approximately 78 rooms in 4 buildings) directly on the promenade from Cala Bona, pleasant warm and informal atmosphere, staff spoke very good German and English.
We had the hotel because of the lifters by the pool ( for wheelchair users) booked and were just passing through from the hotel, the size of the room, the service and the cleanliness.
Lots of guests, with which we spoken have, were already there several times and completely satisfied. Guests too many German. read more

The hotel consists of 3 side building and the main building. We had a suite in the main building ( room 304) for 2 persons with half board booked.
Room amenities: air conditioning safe ( 12,50 Euro / week) big fridge, kettle, lcd tv with 5 German channels. In the spacious bathroom is a hair dryer, as well as a shower and rain shower. Two large closets in the bedroom offer sufficient space several persons.
The complex was very tidy. Especially worth mentioning is the was handicap friendly the hotel. Guests with a wheelchair is not a problem.
The ... rooms are cleaned daily.

Our stay at this hotel after initial problems very nice. Unfortunately we had to 2. day of our stay the room change, because a disabled room assigned and this then new was needed. The hotel is excellent: food very good and varied, room large and clean and a good location between Cala Bona and Cala Millor. The beach directly at the ... hotel only suitable, if you want a pool chair/rents and definitely not into the water I would like. The dream beach of Cala Millor is only 10 minutes away by foot: here you have in the high season however before 11 already be, if one a couch liked to rent, the sand is however also nice enough, a towel to put.
