Our diesjähriger holiday on Tenerife was nice, but had one or another bitter taste. Perhaps we had also just too much from a 5-star hotel in Tenerife in comparison to Mallorca expected. For a beach vacation we book basically a 5-star hotel, since we were predominantly in the hotel or at the beach stop. This time only in the hotel, since the sea water was still too cold and the beach this time 15 minutes walk included.
The essential things such as equipment and cleanliness of the room one couldn't find fault, however you have to say, that the hotel ... meanwhile a bit dated is. In principle, this is not bad, but for example broken tiles in the bathroom or old shower curtains
Complete the picture definitely not positive from.
As i on vacation also gladly wellness would have had, i was a bit disappointed, so we the spa unfortunately not use, since during our stay the spa from a construction site was. The gym was adequate, but i would recommend at the beach walk to go or push-ups of the past.
The food in the restaurant was alright, but not good. In general very on the british offerings. If you're already chips for breakfast like, then one is here just perfect. Basically we had the impression, that the staff during the times a little overwhelmed, because sometimes we had to a couple of minutes a free, clean table or were only at the end of our breakfast served, so it had no coffee. What other guests and very varied describe, us one or another once horrified. Theme nights, i believe that by not bad, but the top was the chinese evening. Perhaps our view, a little strange, but, in my Spain holiday i definitely not chinese buffet a la 'all-you-can-eat' have.
Since we didn't booked all inclusive had, we the whole day on the roof terrace anyway, which absolutely was great. This roof terrace has also helped, on the other inconvenience watch, as it very quiet and we could relax. Finally we had a nice vacation, but i would the hotel not book again and the hotel can therefor not recommend. read more

Everything is already once wrote to the hotel, still our current experience of march/april 2013: we were very satisfied with the hotel!. What especially stood out, was the absolute motivation, friendliness, speed and helpfulness of the entire staff. We have very long time no more in such a way experienced. The hotel was pre a couple of years the first house on the block, is however meanwhile the standard other 5 star hotels on the Costa Adeje remodelled. Still recommended. Unfortunately were very many british people present, but not unpleasant noticed. About the food there really nothing to moan about ..., because we place great importance on good food. Cleanliness in the restaurant was great, always it was swept, cleaned and so on. Conclusion we will come again! read more

We have a week long only friendly staff enjoyed. In any case cooperative. The animation is not too loud and too intrusive. The rooms really reasonable. Fridge available and in use. D check in was a impressive competence and friendliness. From the first minute, we have at comfortable, and it remained the whole week so. If you peace want, you can on the roof terrace find. Unfortunately there is above the wonderful, small pool now very cold. We would this hotel book immediately again. Ideal value for money. A lovely vacation. read more

The reviews speak for themselves. I can only agree. The hotel is superb! There's nothing left to be desired. The check-in was perfect. We wanted to but nevertheless a different room, the pool side was. Without any problems our wishes fulfilled. The rooms have a decent size, with a good facilities. The tv had all kinds of channels without any charges.
The rooms are very clean, it is cleaned daily. Bathrobes gave it in the room. Pool towels were available for free (deposit required). Overall the staff was very friendly. The food in the restaurant was delicious and diverse. The ... quality of the dishes perfect! We have english spoken. There were hardly any german guests, i can therefore to the language skills (so german) not say much. With simple english is everywhere good. The guests consisted of very occurring english, french and other europeans. The age of 50 years but this generation knows just what is good ☺. The promenade is in the immediate vicinity. You can take kilometers long walks. The bus connections are excellent. We do not have a rental car needed. Many thanks for the great holidays! We will be back! read more

This hotel is absolutely recommendable. To point out are the size of the room and the bath, as well as the very friendly staff, everywhere. The pool was already early in the morning on about 28 degrees, so there was no indoor pool neccessary. We felt very good and would definitely stay book this hotel again. read more

Very nice, during our travels mostly by english visited, hotel. We were for the first time, to Tenerife, priority for hiking. There are 2 large pools, one of which is heated. We had a spacious room, nicely furnished with a pool- or sideways. Sea view. Great hygiene, only there was a fliegenproblem. Mostly all furniture with very small fly (like fruit flies) covered. Additional blankets and pillows were available. Free wi-fi-access in the room and several pcs in the lobby. We had all-inclusive and had the meals and beverage selection not complain. Usual breakfast hot and cold, something there for ... every taste. Lunch buffet (similar in the evening ) in the dining room and snacks at the polbaar. In the evening the cold-warm very varied buffet, themed evenings for example asian, mexican, etc. Pizza was always there, salads, bread and cheese, antipasti-everything abundant. For the little ones there was an extra children buffet. Also a noodle counter with show cooking, where one its pasta dish itself can. In accordance with the size of the hotel was the spisesaal always very, very, loud and hectic. Animation and evening entertainment available, from us however not used. Staff (except for a few very stressed from spisesaal ) very friendly. From the guests forth, many older couples a few families with children. Location: about 3.-4. number to the sea. Distance down to the promenade & beach (2 small, approximately 200 meters long bays ) around 10 minutes away on foot. The way back with all beach bags partly difficult, always uphill. read more

It began at check in, in the form of a three-hour wait, around the room be able to refer.
The waiting period with getränkegutscheinen for the bar can be bridged.
We had booked at the tour operator a room with a partial ocean view.
In our first holiday (may 2012) we had the same room type with room to the pool side.
To the demand, whether we this time a similar room on the pool side could ... get, we got the answer: only with additional payment (200, -€) for the pool side. We took this, reluctantly back.
On demand at the front desk at a later time, we were told, which have in the meantime undergone change. Not understandable for us!
Regardless, we have altogether in the hotel complex felt comfortable. read more

I fan the only sad, that only 2 pools heated and a children's pool and the other of course with children, correct swim was only with difficulty possible. There are above on the roof so a nice pool, where lots of guests lay, but the water was just too cold. It is also a pity, that on the roof the bar closed and the coffee machine was broken, so that one always completely down had. As consumed you had clearly less. read more

All in all a lovely hotel with extremely large double rooms and a nice pool area.
Because the hotel but very directed towards the english guests is, the food was for our taste was rather below average. The selection was extensive, the quality but was much to be desired. From fertigsäften (with 5 stars one may probably freshly squeezed juices expect) to often poor quality meat.
This is not the overall good impression, especially the motivvierte staff made, diminish. read more

Very nice, recommendable hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent cuisine!
