We have a week long only friendly staff enjoyed. In any case cooperative. The animation is not too loud and too intrusive. The rooms really reasonable. Fridge available and in use. D check in was a impressive competence and friendliness. From the first minute, we have at comfortable, and it remained the whole week so. If you peace want, you can on the roof terrace find. Unfortunately there is above the wonderful, small pool now very cold. We would this hotel book immediately again. Ideal value for money. A lovely vacation. read more

This hotel is absolutely recommendable. To point out are the size of the room and the bath, as well as the very friendly staff, everywhere. The pool was already early in the morning on about 28 degrees, so there was no indoor pool neccessary. We felt very good and would definitely stay book this hotel again. read more

Best hotel in which we ever was. The staff are at friendliness and willingness to help not tzu beat; even in emergencies, which we had, extensive, german speaking help with all necessary measures immediate assistance and comprehensive care. read more

A very good hotel with very friendly staff. Location very centrally located. Entertainment on offer was Very good. The overall experience was impressive. We wüerden this hotel also in future if we Tenerife stay book again. read more

A very clean and beautiful hotel with about 500 rooms. One could reserve with breakfast, half board or all inclusive. There were all age groups and nationalities represented. read more

    The rooms are big enough and every day cleaned. Bathroom with a tub and 2 sinks, toilet with bidet were separated. Every day there was fresh towels. We once even at night time towels. We had a room on the 4. floor with a nice view of the sea and mountains.

    There's a restaurant, where breakfast, and dinner served. Otherwise an à la carte restaurant. There are also several bars. We only booked with breakfast, which was sufficient for us, since we were gladly outside in restaurants eat out. The breakfast was hearty and not only for english thought. If you entered the room one waiter came up and brought us to the table. Really very well trained and friendly staff.

    Big praise to all hotel staff. From the start we felt in good hands. Everybody was friendly and very accommodating. At the front desk there were no problems communicating, since some of the staff speak german. Otherwise you could get by with a bit of english well.

    There is really enough loungers by the pool. No place anytime allowed. It will be enforced. Was very pleasant, because we could also at a later date, always found a beach chair, also in the sun. Also by the pool everything was clean. Small anbnutzungserscheinung you really can ignore that.

    The location is simply great. Not far to the beach, about 10 minutes away shops and restaurants are reachable on foot. To the harbor puerto colon is also not far away, there, there are countless estates, where trips is offered. Otherwise can you in the hotel book excursions.

Very nice, during our travels mostly by english visited, hotel. We were for the first time, to Tenerife, priority for hiking. There are 2 large pools, one of which is heated. We had a spacious room, nicely furnished with a pool- or sideways. Sea view. Great hygiene, only there was a fliegenproblem. Mostly all furniture with very small fly (like fruit flies) covered. Additional blankets and pillows were available. Free wi-fi-access in the room and several pcs in the lobby. We had all-inclusive and had the meals and beverage selection not complain. Usual breakfast hot and cold, something there for ... every taste. Lunch buffet (similar in the evening ) in the dining room and snacks at the polbaar. In the evening the cold-warm very varied buffet, themed evenings for example asian, mexican, etc. Pizza was always there, salads, bread and cheese, antipasti-everything abundant. For the little ones there was an extra children buffet. Also a noodle counter with show cooking, where one its pasta dish itself can. In accordance with the size of the hotel was the spisesaal always very, very, loud and hectic. Animation and evening entertainment available, from us however not used. Staff (except for a few very stressed from spisesaal ) very friendly. From the guests forth, many older couples a few families with children. Location: about 3.-4. number to the sea. Distance down to the promenade & beach (2 small, approximately 200 meters long bays ) around 10 minutes away on foot. The way back with all beach bags partly difficult, always uphill. read more

It began at check in, in the form of a three-hour wait, around the room be able to refer. The waiting period with getränkegutscheinen for the bar can be bridged. We had booked at the tour operator a room with a partial ocean view. In our first holiday (may 2012) we had the same room type with room to the pool side. To the demand, whether we this time a similar room on the pool side could ... get, we got the answer: only with additional payment (200, -€) for the pool side. We took this, reluctantly back. On demand at the front desk at a later time, we were told, which have in the meantime undergone change. Not understandable for us! Regardless, we have altogether in the hotel complex felt comfortable. read more

I fan the only sad, that only 2 pools heated and a children's pool and the other of course with children, correct swim was only with difficulty possible. There are above on the roof so a nice pool, where lots of guests lay, but the water was just too cold. It is also a pity, that on the roof the bar closed and the coffee machine was broken, so that one always completely down had. As consumed you had clearly less. read more

Very nice, recommendable hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent cuisine! That bothered us was the long black hair in the bathroom and to the tiled floor in the room - can only from the maids have been. Furthermore, wi-fi on the whole home available. All in all a lovely hotel with extremely large double rooms and a nice pool area. Because the hotel but very directed towards the english guests is, the food was for our taste was rather below average. The selection was extensive, the quality but was much to be desired. From fertigsäften (with 5 stars one may probably freshly squeezed juices expect) to often poor quality meat. This is not the overall good impression, especially the motivvierte staff made, diminish. read more

Very nice, well-kept complex. Rooms beautifully large. In the restaurant a bit too loud and more light would be nice. All in all to be further recommended. read more

    The rooms were nice and big, beds very good, flatscreen tv with several german programs, air conditioning, and refrigerator available and functional. The bathroom was nice large, toilet and bidet separated by a sliding door extra separated. We had a room with a view on the mountains, and balcony. Which disturb could was nearby was smoking, there was the smoke our balcony.

    There were 2 buffet-style restaurant, which smaller not the whole range of the large had. It wasn't a problem however itself in the main restaurant to serve and the few steps to walk. Furthermore, there was a à la carte restaurant which i however never visited. The quality and selection of the food was good star hotel

Nice, quiet hotel. Big room with a nice bathroom, room cleaning was totally ok, check in was perfect fast and well explained, also for the guests what in german not do without can it has german speaking at the front desk, restaurants etc. Lobby is very nice and very big. The hotel was very busy but it was in the restaurant and also by the pool always a place. The restaurant was wonderful, the food was every day new in benefit, for breakfast there was sparkling wine and all kinds of fruit juices, hot and cold food (plentiful and something ... for everyone) in the evening there was issues (asian, canarian, spanish, international, etc. Kitchen) of cancer on caviar, fresh pasta until potato salad you will find and wife everything. The pools were clean and the weather was perfect. The wifi network is being improved, the guests are mostly german and english-speaking, but also austrians, dutch and spanish. I the hotel can with the staff and the location absolutely recommend and we already look forward to our next vacation in the Costa Adeje Gran Hotel read more

    Midget Golf, squash, Tennis, water aerobics, basketball, soccer, ping pong You will find plenty of things to do. The pools are chlorfeei, what we especially appreciated. There were enough pool chairs.

The hotel is definitely in great shape. The lobby is wonderful. All areas are very clean. The furnishing in the lobby is very tasteful. The einzenlen corners very comfortable. The hotel has very many mirrors, we found really great. The whole hotel area is well maintained. We were the last week in november and had mixed clientele different nationalities and age groups. read more

    The rooms and itself the bathroom are very big and clean. The furnishing tastefully and comfortably. The mirror in the room keep everything very big appear. The balcony was a normal size with two chairs and a table. We had a room on the upper floors with a partial ocean view, view of the ocean. Was very quiet. Besides that everything available as telephone, tv, safe, refrigerator and bathrobes.

    The food was very good, meat, fish and pasta were freshly prepared. There was a wide selection. Is something for everyone here, you can walk out on the food nothing negative to say. There is also an à la carte restaurant, but we didn't use it. For breakfast there were always fresh fried eggs, freshly scrambled eggs, freshly prepared omelets or Also fresh crepes's. at the buffet there was everything which one for breakfast imagine. Also here, again something for everyone. The quality of the meals was good. We had the half board and found the value for money ok.

    The three pools are really great. One of which is heated. We found beautiful also, the we towels got especially the no chairs manned allowed. Therefore we could also in the afternoon still couches. The general condition of the pool area: whether below or above on the roof is super good.

    To the beach you had to a whole piece walk about 15 minutes. The airport is about 20 kilometers away. We took a taxi and were then very quickly in the hotel. There is a very nice shopping center only a couple of minutes on foot. Directly from the lobby out and straight down toward the beach. A car you can right at the hotel or right around the corner rent.

The star hotel gran Costa Adeje we have 4 days booked with breakfast included, to have a beach holiday after our Aida cruise to get. The hotel is huge. Is impressive the entrance area or lobby. It is actually a 'gran' hotel felt. Furthermore there are several shops and a daddelhalle, so a room with electronic toys. The majority of the audience were russians and english. read more

    Our room with a balcony overlooking the central pool was large and had a bath with a bath and one with a sliding door separate toilet with bidet. The furnishing was tired, this can still be done. In addition was in room was a large lcd tv with lots of programs, including german.

Here we were several times. Alone the bar area in the lobby was unfortunately bad. Rarely so a terrible cocktail drank, such as.

    The hotel has multiple pools. One even on the roof. There is also a small nudist area, but not inviting and also no access to the pool had. Unfortunately the water everywhere very cold and invited at the end of november not really for swimming a. Chairs were always available. Disappointing was, that the gym in the evening had been open, so that i didn't use it. The beaches of Playa de las Américas and the Costa Adeje i feel personally as rather bad. There has Gran Canaria more to offer. Also the beach was very rocky and coarse.

    The hotel is located a bit on the edge of the Costa Adeje, this indicated haupttourismusort on Tenerife, Playa de las Américas interconverted skips. Because of the location is it is relatively quiet. Midway to the beach there is a relatively classy shopping center.
