Beautiful new hotel the Riu chain. Is centred on a large lake. You should also the rooms the lakeside choose, since not only the view great is, but on the other side goes directly highway past which clearly can be heard. Actually everything was okay except the check in, the was a disaster. Although already Germany when TUI booked, it took approximately 30 minutes until I finally the room key got. Once disappeared vouchers and passport in a hinterzimmer, no idea thing as so long has happened, and is announced. The hotel is, there nearby at the capital, also gladly ... for conventions used, what the urlaubscharakter a bit turbid. However in the evening the business people mostly way. On the other lakeside is a disco. Hotel guests the party, put after closing their party like the shore of the lake in front of the hotel fort. great RIUHotel in scenic beautiful location right on the lake and mountains surround. Transfer to the airport about 1 hour.
many leisure facilities (swimming, mountain bike, hiking, tennis, golf). Facilities, par and service was excellent. For Bulgarian proportions expensive for us great price performance ratio. 4.5-5 star more.

Very nice new hotel. upper class standard for Bulgarian standards, especially the food in the hotel, with 15 ,- Euro per person (buffet, without drinks) comparatively expensive. Otherwise, the waiters and other staff of the hotel were mostly very friendly and tried hard. The spa landscape with beautiful pool was really great! read more

In the summer vacation with my family we were in a RIU hotel in Bulgaria. The complex was still relatively new. corresponding it was very neat and had every comfort, you need. The ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly and spoke very good German. The children were heartfelt received and not, as is so often the case, as annoying small Dwarves treated. The rooms were large enough and offered great facilities such as a balcony. The bathroom was luxuriously equipped and offered, as the whole hotel area itself, every comfort, you required. The pool area was dreamlike nice ..., however tempted the beach, the no choice 100 meters distant was, with the blue, crystal clear water and snow-white sand beach more to bathe. The food was a true delight. Every day there was large buffets with various always fresh food. It was always something for everyone. Whether small or large, everyone was full.
in short: super family hotel. Of course not really cheap, but quality has its price. And this price for this hotel in any case justified. read more
