In the room you could get everything! The whole compartment of the hotel the ' night activities' welcome in Moskau... Unfortunately in the mediocre compartment:-( I never had any difficulties with our russian fellow citizens, but what is happening here is unbelievable! The behavior should really be banned! Who here ' vacation' thinks should go elsewhere. The hotel nothing can for their guests, however should european travel agencies this hotel from the catalog walkest! Clean hotel with well-kept grounds, nice pool, a for children, room and bathroom a good size, drinks and food plentiful, in addition, some restaurants, every evening a show in the theatre, we would definitely come again. read more

Nice hotel, good designed room, a delicious cool beer from the mini-bar just after arrival, great beach (even with relaxation zone, where the guests not by traders be disturbed), almost no mosquitoes. The best conditions for a dream vacation. But since you have the bill without the mostly completely unmotivated staff... Service is the absolute weak point in this hotel.     Very good : rooms are attractively furnished, mini bar with various drinks and delicious cool beer is included, as well as the in-room safe. Less good: castles of bathroom/toilet, and balcony were not working or not at all. Not at all good: to two days there was in the bathroom, no warm water.

    Usually i take in 2 weeks universe inclusive vacation about 4 pounds too. This time there were only about 2 kilos... There was always very delicious food. To find, you had to however find and much try, because much convinced not: fish from the grill was unfortunately often barely edible, since oversalted. On fleischgrill left the staff the guests usually very long lines: although the grill easily with about 40 schaschliken could have been documented, were often only about 5-10 barbecue mood, and so the guests very long lines, to bite to come. With lasagna, and chili con carne i would say, this itself better to cook. There was but also very delicious: particularly convincing me fried potatoes, as well as the hähnchenlebern and heart. Highly recommend is the french à-la-carte restaurant. But unfortunately you had to as for the reservation the chicane on the 'customer service' to purchase (see section service). Weak i found in the entire hotel the selection of cocktails, at no bar you got for example a cocktail with coconut-taste. If you drinks like Baileys or sparkling wine got, hanging from the arbitrariness of the staff from. If it is not wanted, was just 'no' said.

    There are pleasant and bona fide employees in this hotel – but these are the service staff unfortunately clearly in the minority. In the buffet were often only half or even not at all tableware assigned, so that one the waiters afterwards had, to cutlery and napkins. Should actually the staff the guests be helpful, but instead you had to food and drinks defend, so that they don't by the waiters before the nose took them were. It was not only so, that a the food was taken away, while the tap drinks picked. Even while i just ate, grabbed a waitress in walking easy in the before me standing, still half full glass of freshly squeezed pineapple juice, it not always gave, and i gladly still finished could have been. The black amselähnlichen birds, the for breakfast approached came, had there more decency-you waited, until the food unattended on the table state, before their claws reinschlugen. The discussion resulted in dispute, and clumsy with payments, i do not benefit from demand could. It was? In the travel catalog, the themed restaurants are inclusive, i voted for the value paid. I dont, as a customer king to be. But as a arbeitsamtbeamten than requestor to be, as a scrounger, the preferential treatment for devious want, that is the prize. I was already in the world in many hotels, but the service here is pretty much the worst, and for a premium hotel absolutely inadequate.     Large pool area pleased me well. The gym i thought it was very good, in particular, here you from the staff left alone, it was for example not because of inappropriate footwear condition. And pleased me better than in some other hotels. The evening shows were ok, partly comparable with those in other all-inclusive hotels, partly also better.

Due to the size mass processing, huge reception area, impersonal, noisy atmosphere, 80% russians, boring constant music sprinkling, beach by reef protected but very much seaweed, lots of small noisy kids, the spa treatments are very overpriced, also the entrance to the water park, entertainment superficially, so no holiday in relaxed atmosphere, the selection of food and the offer was good, to my time a lot of rain and lots of mosquitoes, in the evening coolly, thus also warm things in december appropriate, on the weekends you get added many locals to the hotel, the space is scarce and the ... rummelplatzatmosphäre rising to unbearable, service at the bars totally overburdened defiance of the efforts of the staff read more

I was now to 2001 and 2008 for the 3. time there. I like next to the friendliness the people especially the size of the hotel. A page is rather loud (with animation and pool bar). The other (newer) side is lovely pleasantly with the more beautiful pool and beach. In this hotel are rather less german. But far more south americans, canadians, americans and russians, but it was extremely nice. We had mistaken have fun with Brazil, Chile, Peru, Russia and the Switzerland. A lovely hotel for relaxing, the at the edge of the arena gorda is located. To ... the right one runs to the lots of hotels (much more ' stress ' at the beach). To the left is' only ' the new hard rock hotel. So much pleasant. I will again one day to this hotel travel. Looking forward on it. read more

    The room had however a magnificent view on the wonderful sea, however was the bathroom under all cannon. Here constantly fell water drop from the ceiling. And the different places. They told us, that this condensation water is. Also the mountings fell almost all down. The mattress had never cleaning and smelled of old sweat. Furthermore there was also lots of small roommates in our deluxe room.

So it's songs everything but a 5 star hotel. My girlfriend and i were on the whole rather disappointed and can the hotel therefor unfortunately not recommend. Broken balcony door, water rarely in the room and after several real courteous call at the front desk no movement. In the pool is for cleanliness little attention, but more on the use of chemistry! A great hotel, with a Latin-American dominated audience, what very charming was for the eye. Altogether one could say, that apart from now and then Teenagers, the a bit loud at night in the corridor were, because of the disco, you could all together sleep well. Air conditioning it was very good and silent. Absolutely recommendable. read more

For 4 stars all inclusive everything great. Only problem is the flight from Punta Cana back to Germany, as it goes over an additional stop in Santo Domingo, where all the plane to leave and again check through to have been. Airport Santo Domingo is an impertinence, very hot and without air conditioning in the transit area. Waiting time in addition 3 hours that meant that we the flight in Paris Missed, so waiting time. This is a disgrace for all travellers. Both the organizer, as well as the airline company did not mention that there is a additional stopover ... there. See what my lawyer has to say. With the hotel complex nothing to do the is OK. read more

    the rooms are big enough, for me personally not a major player, because you usually spend much time there.     I have no idea, which in the hotel happened, I can but some reasons imagine, as already mentioned in the introduction, but the staff will always be rude and seemed to want to demonstrate proper motivation. at this point, I should like to the few friendly people in the hotel the name: Omar and Anyelo from the bar (lobby) are Marien friendly and relatively quick the service, in addition, Candida and Estela from the bar (lobby 1) Alhambra, Luis from the buffet restaurant and our cleaning lady Maria F. well, it was then unfortunately also fast again.     The distance to the airport is really reasonable, I could not even, how long it takes, because in foreign countries, there is so much to see, that the ERA as the flight passes. the beach directly in front of the nose, hour long Walks by the sea not a problem, unless you were disturbing do at the many other tourists, the beaches the neighboring hotels romp. the next place, bavaro, is approximately 10 minutes on foot from the hotel( with the taxi). We are happy to Moto taxi, but anytime again very adventurous turned out and can be dangerous. ( small tip: Moto taxi drivers take on the table tourist, price negotiate in advance, 200 pesos after bávaro are exaggerated!) the next larger city higuey. It is located approximately 45 minutes on foot. It is also well served by guagua back. Guaguas in Punta Cana are today chic Buses, air-conditioned and safe, the regularly between larger cities commute. Just in front of the hotel on the next bus waiting, securities are helping, price 100 pesos (about 2,50 euros). there were excursions as sand on the sea, the quality is best here at holidaycheck review, if possible.     The beach was a dream, as already before 5 years. Beach chairs are available to about 10:00 A. M. still sufficient, but it was nothing more to get. In the area there is nothing, unless you drive with the taxi out the direction of the city. But since we spent a pure relaxing vacation wanted to do, we were in good hands.

    we had only a standard room, then we got a freshly renovated, however without bathrobes. At first we had two beds, one, but we got an extra blanket, it was. In the second one flat screen TV, but we didn't go to watch TV on vacation, only watched TWTV. safe was free, the mini bar was filled daily filled, eventually we got, what we wanted. In the second room was also a great balcony with beach chairs, however it always smelled like food or smelled of what other. the hotel smelled strongly of bleach used also chlorine!

(in the restaurants it was alright partly the ceiling). The service can be very bad. in the buffet the restaurant there were theme evenings, the same every week, but was not noticeable. the replenishment of drinks was often self-service change of scenery. the quality of the drinks at the beach bar was worse than in the lobby bars.

The general four starsHotel standard is compared to four other Punta Cana hotels I know very well. My so-called De luxe room was not luxurious, but very good. Before allerm no mold, no musty relaxing aromas cloakroom parts in the closet and in drawers. The rooms have been renovated, nothing broken, flat screen television, bathrobes, slippers, plenty of towels and thorough cleaning! No noise from inhabited Neighboring rooms! Beach in front of the hotel is wonderful, swim in the sea, but due to strong waves very strong undercurrents impossible. Sea is occasional seaweeds very clean. The condition of the beach ... chairs at the beach is a disaster. They actually ought to be in the trash. The hotel is very noisy. The construction in the colonial style (main restaurant and two lobby bars) all the sounds extremely halls. In the restaurant and in the entire hotel area were constantly noisy schäppernde dishes-transport car. The beach directly in front of the main building building three until 17:30 o'clock extremely noisy. The announcements are more than annoying and the music usually gray a detention, nerve slaying, aufpeitschend rapartig. The six specialties restaurants quality excellent.
