So lots of negative reviews to bad vacation set we were really nicely surprised! The service was really, even without giving any tip super, with 10 Dinar(5€!) Tip at the bar for my husband a great birthday-of which you can in Germany only dream! The rooms were appropriate, the sanitation in the all in all acceptable, wellness area were reasonable!
The traffic connections with the numerous chattel - buses was with 1 Dinar more than good value for money - even if you a taxi is preferred you not disappointed ( a bit friendliness the drive opposite is course a ... requirement! I am not 'tip'! So in short: definitely again! And large thanks to 'our' taxi driver rashid! read more

The 2 time there and gladly anytime again.
We have been the 2 time 4 weeks in club el kantaoi and we really enjoyed it. The rooms in the main building are very large. The bungalows were between pool and beach and everything is very clean kept. We had all-inclusive the food was very tasty. All negative reviews for this hotel
Are not justified. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Many friendly greetings to mrs. Fat, mr.. Fetah and mrs. Hanna. We are already looking forward to seeing everyone again with all of them. read more

We were in the late season and had no problems, wether at the beach in the restaurant or at the bars.
The staff were always friendly. Our room ( view to the pool 2nd floor) was always super cleaned,
But you should the tub in the bathroom through showers replace!
And if you for the food something to complain about, should remain at home.

We were here for 3 time (February and November). Altogether I can recommend the hotel. Only the cleanliness of the rooms became very poor, as also helps no normal tip or complaint.
Friendly actually are nearly all for room, restaurant, bar, animation etc. In the large restaurant some waiter really lazy napkins and cutlery we had to yourself); after a note to the manager, it was immediately better: other friendly waiter and the tips was we. Last year what the much better. In the pizzeria everything is at its best especially the gala dinner and friendly staff. The food and ... selection in the restaurant is boring but also really great, especially with the changing theme evenings.
The animation is no bangers, but there is always something to do and the is sometimes also great. The pools, beach and entertainment possibilities are good. Huge is the football field, in the often also national teams work out. There are shops nearby respectively in 5 minutes by cab in the beautiful Port el Kantaoui ( a must). And the tunisian minttee you should definitely possibly in Pavillon in front of the hotel enjoy.
With all inclusive one is in the best way supplied with eating and drinking besides in the disco from 23 o'clock. read more

We had a bungalow for 3 people rented. Unfortunately was the swimming area, particularly the bathtub, very strengthens tired and therefore in need of renovation! Here we have a very nice and relaxing family vacation and can only recommend the hotel. In the morning we were mostly at the clean, fine sandy beach and lunch again by the pool. The hotel has approximately 1000 rooms, what in the summer a problem could be, in October but no role played. We had a very friendly staff in the all inclusive restaurant. A small tip then leads to a especially set table. The hotel was international occupied with an estimated 30% German, many british people, russians, arabs and other nations - altogether very pleasant. We had a very good service in the room - a small repair was prompt and we were on a forgotten clothing for the return trip pointed out. Fruit basket and flower arrangements in the room. Front ... desk and service spoke very good German. Except for a very few exceptions are the entrances all wheelchair accessible. The staff are very helpful and attentive with disability. Of course everyone wants tunisians with the tourist shops and forget, that we do not all millionaires are. We were very satisfied despite some freak weather. read more

A huge hotel with the charm of a station concourse, hygiene under all sow. Food was varied, but always cold. Dirty plate, glasses cutlery, linens. We have a week yews wonderful holiday in this hotel spend and are definitely coming also again soon. The hotel is nice and clean. Of course, it is not brand-new, but nevertheless everything is clean - which for us the most important thing. The food was very diverse and there is something for everyone there. The staff in the restaurant was perfect, so fast and always friendly and pleasant. The beach is also super. Staff at the beach bar and at the beach was very attentive and always nice and friendly. The room was always very polite presented and was ... always clean. The entertainment was great. Nice and friendly wu:de you ask for, whether you participate want to or not. And also a no was excellent. On evenings were happy our kids especially. She had a lot of fun with the disco for children and the following program. The bad reviews I can really not understand. I think these are people the everywhere something to complain have. The hotel is completely fine and clean. In the jahregekommene hotel is urgently in need of renovation, are we the rooms recast! At first I was a little skeptical because of some bad reviews in terms of the food and the room etc. But one should always make his own picture. We only had a 'economy' room but we were very satisfied. Really beautiful views and the dessert at the buffet is wonderful! As well as the long sandy beach. It has really geloht, because, although we had planned more often out to go. Party, etc. We much prefer in the hotel complex and at the beach anyway. We have ourselves all around felt at ease! Who your vacation only in the hotel to spend would like is there just perfect for us was the unfortunately no that great.
With the German language with the staff not very far only a few understood and spoke broken German (French and English rather). The kindness and the table in the dining room depend on daily tip from we were lucky and had a very dear and hard-working waiter with 3 Dinar the day was happy and we always a beautiful table had.
The working moral of the cleaners leaves a lot to be desired as helped also no ... tip our floor was in the 10 days even swept once visible dirt on the carpet next to the bed was 10 days ignored. Other guests whereas felt comfortable and were satisfied. Remote control for TV and air conditioning gives it only against deposit of ever 15 Dinar and safe for 20 Dinar deposit + 2 Dinar per day. Our summary 1 time and never again. read more
