Hotel am Kurpark (closed)^{(2.5 stars)}

On eBay I had a package for two persons, three nights with half board 3-a while-menu dinner. There has been talk of 'our lovely restaurant', this was in the next town, about two kilometers away from the hotel. At check-in three bills were spent on the dinner in the restaurant, it was the 'steak house' the speech, but explained in any way the two kilometer away restaurant. I stayed one night with my two children (5 and 8 years) in the hotel. We felt very comfortable there. The owner was very nice and also the children. The room was updated. The bathroom (more like a wet room) was a bit small and probably updating. But all in all we could not complain. read more

The hotel was from us for a weekend getaway the 1 Booked May. It is tucked away on the edge of the bathroom Eilsener Kurparkes. How the hotel got the 2, 5 stars is, is beyond us. The food no choice, mini portions. Except for the hotel guests we have never seen a guest in the restaurant. We have visited the hotel on a travel voucher and had very positive experiences. The staff was very friendly and all in all the price/performance ratio great. The hotel is located directly next to the Spa gardens and is really great. Food was good. Rooms are large and clean. So I know the people the negative verstehe'n. it is not an inexpensive hotel and you can expect for the price not a five star. So the price-performance ratio in any case. We booked the hotel with half board (a 3-course menu). From 18 hours 30 is suppertime. It is a soup as a starter, a dish as main course and dessert. My husband cannot peppers. The hotel is an impertinence of first quality. I had a weekend on eBay, in order to travel with my husband for a weekend. The e-mail communication worked out from the front to the back.
