We enjoyed it very much. Yes there were small flaws, but on such things like for instance macken on the table-ware of rain we didn't on. I can the complex people who recommend, the peace and quiet find and just want to only recover. For those who love action and Halli Galli searches is in the wrong place here. The food was magnificent and the beer was cold ☺. We found also good that you the beverages could get your own at the pool bar and in the restaurant. read more

The hotel power always clean impression. To the front desk leads first at the large pool. Here is the large dining room and the stage/bar for the evening entertainment. Next to the large pool (1.5 meters deep) is also a smaller children's swimming pool (0.5 meters deep). We had all inclusive and the beverages during the day you could even from of the pool bar read. There is a gym/sauna/whirlpool/indoor pool/tennis court/ boccabahn and fuerte of course the cats. Daily from spanish 9:00 a. m. (so a little later) is nearby the front desk also a lady ... from a car rental since. read more

We have last week the Hotel Royal suite in Costa Calma visited and are very satisfied %blank%! The room was clean and well-kept, besides the bathroom was relatively large and clean. We had booked all inclusive and we were very happy with it. The food was okay and there was plenty of it (breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner), the drinks were delicious.
The hotel has 2 pools (one of it considered) and a jacuzzi, altogether seemed the complex neat.
The beach is a little further away, we are about 10 minutes walk away, but we completely fine found!
Alltogether it ... was in the hotel very quiet and when we were there, were mostly older guests there. So for people who a relaxing and quiet vacation be perfect!
Recommendable is in Costa Calma the oasis park, where it is a great zoo and besides a pretty botanical garden it is!
Definitely recommendable! read more

The shabby hotel is very clean and the staff very nice, however it is not possible sleep in, if not the staff with loud cleaning van past bollert are other guests the very noisy.
The food is okay unfortunately only warm never hot. You should also the cleanliness the glasses 8...
The shuttle bus service is longer and the way to the beach too long.
With ants in the room is to be expected.
As the in the summer is without airconditioning may i cannot imagine!

The royal suite is very inexpensive book. But you have some drawbacks.

With a/two-story buildings, each of the 'suites' (living room and bedroom, large bathroom), balcony or terrace with a table and 4 chairs. The rooms are properly equipped, the hygiene is rather mediocre. There was a central restaurant, in which all meals to be taken. Offered in buffet form (all-inclusive ), the food is okay, unfortunately it is after some time very monotonous. Absolutely should avoid in the ... all-inclusive contained alcoholic drinks with the exception of beer. The ' spirits' is cheapest product inferior quality, the wine from the tap is absolutely more inedible. All together the vacation was but ok and the hotel worth the price. read more

In january we were for one week in the hotel and super convenient booked all inclusive. The hotel is very nice designed and there are a lot of possibilities to operate for example indoor pool, jacuzzi, darts, Tennis, pool, Boccia and table tennis.
The staff always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately was not wi-fi in the hotel available, that could have been better. The food was very diverse and you could always what delicious find. Also the drinks were of good quality.
Every day comes staff of a car renting company to the hotel where you a rental car can book ..., the lady spoke german.
All together a fantastic vacation. read more

I am already much in the world bad and have experienced. However never in this hotel again! The food was an only 'muck ', monotonous, and always cold. The quality of the dishes was cheapest quality and the selection was very poor. Mostly was the meat and the cheap sausages burned and not enjoyable and i went hungry from the table. There was also the quality of the drinks only cheap and didn't really taste. The rooms were now in the winter cold, there is no heating or air conditioning. There is no wi-fi, what, in an era of smartphones ... nowadays almost everywhere standard is. The rooms were simple furnished, the tv an ancient not functioning ' classic cars -device'. The animations in the hotel you could save-only bad. This hotel heared in my opinion in the 2 star category. It is an isolence and borders of fraud, this hotel as 4-star hotel expel. I have never from a vacation so gladly again gone home. read more

We visited the hotel, as several guests (partly for ten years), already for the 2. time. Compared to the january 2012 has improved a lot. (for example indoor pool). For the price there is on the Canary Islands nothing comparable. The rooms are all with sleep - living room and bathroom.
At the buffet you will always find something edible. The drinks are ok.
People the bad reviews write are probably for the cheap price a 5 star hotel.

In december we have in the room frozen and wi-fi didn't work!
Everything else was good.
Although we had two ceilings in the room but it was too cold. Mornings to shower was very dared, just cold and uncomfortable, since the rooms no heating had. No way tv evening, you could not into the room set, because you very quickly frozen.
Wi-fi is in the hotel description offered, we could also a stick for a fee buy. But worked neither in the room or elsewhere in the resorts. After a few excuses at the front desk we got our money ... back. We asked for the other guests, it was' fraud ', because we would have had when businessmen never this hotel dialed, because we on internet are dependent on.
Would also be evening cushions for the terrace have been appropriate. Other hotels have pillows available, the you on demand can get.
My husband had his 60. birthdays. A shame, that not even a message to congratulate under the door by was shoved. There are other hotels better mood!

The service and the friendliness the staff is simply only miserable. The food was a catastrophe. The drinks were partly not chilled and they smelled very musty when it from the tap came. Complaints are ignored. Although the complex apparently as einbruchshochburg know the cleaning lady after your work simply our door open. It is careless! For has not apologized, but simply replied, that you shall pass on. The entertainment consisted of a very lazy staff. For most of the staff of the hotel was a simple smile a foreign word. Always good and very arrogant. On all questions at ... the front desk you only got the answer, that somewhere is described and you only read need. The tone was very condescending and one felt never as a guest, but as a troublemaker.

Staff is really nice and friendly.
Otherwise a beautiful island lots to see and pleasantly warm.
Around the island to check a rental car is recommendable, and a tip is to ajuy or la pared to go. read more

As there is little to complain. A beautiful and visible facilities, if also somewhat outdated now.
The rooms are equipped with a separate and large living-and sleeping area with a balcony. Unfortunately were the beds very hard and visible quality. The cleaning is five times per week, which is also completely sufficient. Air conditioning or ceiling fans are not available; the surrendered but also from the hotel description in front of the book.
The food was very good. The dishes were freshly prepared. There was a lot of fish and local specialities but also those, the german fare prefer, came ... at their expense. In spite of the relatively few hotel guests could no restrictions on the variety the offered courses to be noticed. Already in the morning, free of charge sparkling wine offered however there was no freshly squeezed juices, but only juices from the automat, but fresh rolls and fresh pastry.
Near of the pool bar, from about 09:00 a. m. until 18:00 o'clock was open, was pure self-service both in the non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. Ice cube were regularly refilled and used glasses washed. Were soft drinks and juices from the automat, as well as coffee from the automat, beer, sparkling wine and various alcoholic beverages (rum, Wodka, Gin, Brandy, aniseed liquor/liqueur, tequila, Martini, ru-honey-liquor, kaffeelikör ) and various siruparten to the mix.
After 18:00 o'clock the bar was in the interior area open.
The animation was available, but reserved, what i did found very pleasant was, so that i do not run the quiet pool (without open bar) to.
The employees were very friendly and hard-working. At the front desk was fluent in speak german, what i on Fuerteventura also already experienced differently.
The hotel was as regards of the guests in the november almost in german hand.
Because of the great price-performance -proportion for me the smaller flaws acceptable. read more
