Beautiful and well-kept complex! Very big over several floors in the mountain built. Lots of people from all over the countries, good contact possibilities. For me and my daughter the vacation was very relaxing and great quality. We were satisfied and definitely again have a vacation. read more

    The entertainers were great, you noticed it makes you enjoy and with whole heart thereby are. 6 pools with filtered sea water outside and a indoor swimming pool in impereal Belvedere. Chairs and sunscreens full. If you wanted to you could also rent them, but cost money.

Although it a large hotel is, one has a good feel good factor there the complex is very big. Guest structure as already in June and August very mixed. The complex is clean, the rooms were also cleaned daily. read more

    Good size, facilities with a balcony, fridge and safe. The safe must be paid, is however also not necessary. I had to pay for 8 stays never met someone, the things from the room stolen are. Tv with some programs, believe ARD, RTL and Eurosport.

    2 restaurants and 4 bars. Very good food, selection as well. To the variety there is still the Italian evening with pizza, noodles and salads and other details, then the greek.     As the peak season past was, one needed no chairs reserve. It was enough perfectly at o'clock after the breakfast at the pool to go. There are 3 pool areas. Above a pool for lovers of peace, in the plane the pool with the entertainment and music, on the lower level the pool for families with smaller children. All 3 level have a pool bar, at the middle there was also to eat, ice, pizza, sandwiches, fries. In case it regent, on the upper level there is a indoor swimming pool.

We were very satisfied, especially at the pools and at the snack-bar we like - beach on Star Beach not so nice, but you have only a piece of to the left run because it will be better, or you can just by car to Malia- a visit to the villages above the hotel in the evening is recommendable- somewhat unfortunate is the regulation of the safety deposit boxes (you pay for it, the key but not at the front desk when you leave, a combination lock would be better) it was nice, that you twice during the stay a ... Greek or Italian food receives. The food the same as in the Hauptrestaurant, but one sits beautifully on a rooftop terrace or by the pool. read more

Hotel, cleanliness were great, we can't complain. Some could the hotel loving will be set, is however a matter of taste. The tables were in the restaurant relatively quickly cleared away and the tablecloth for the next guests changed. Food was good. There were dishes, the again and again and further changing dishes. For every guest was something for everyone. The distance to the beach, was okay - is no long march, for every feasible. read more

Not free we were again in this large, friendly and well maintained complex. One is always ensure the wellbeing of the guests. Besides Wednesday there was daily a very appealing and very entertaining evening agenda from the great team of entertainers. The audience altogether is always international, is however not disturbing because of the Broadness the hotel. read more

We would come back any time in the Royal Belvedere have a vacation. The large, but very well maintained facilities, looks like a small village, in which one immediately at home feel. The food was every evening varied and very delicious. We could never enough received. Was outstanding the entertainment, particularly the evenings submitted shows. Also during the day you could in different activities participate, a but not pushy were. We can only recommend this hotel, because we had nothing to complain about. read more

Cleanliness except for plates, the from time to time easily contaminated in tellerspender were, good. Kitchen style balanced and in our opinion something for everyone. Atmosphere thanks to a oberarroganten restaurant manager rather cold! Except for a prominent kraft in the restaurant rather impersonal/ undercooled staff.

    Absolutely unfriendly staff at front desk! Our impression: if German, then right through. If Russian, then red carpet! German are in our opinion no longer required respectively welcome. This needs more than sufficient the Russian fellow countrymen... German at the front desk apparently only reluctantly spoken - or at the staff suddenly forgotten?!? Three towels for pool have front desk 45 € rental fee cost! Cleaning of the rooms very good! Very friendly cleaning staff!

    Facilities rich. Pools were very clean and varied- even for children varied! Quality of the water perfect. Unfortunately no slides/ diving platforms available. Too few umbrella - and as probably everywhere - handtuchrallye in all early-if you after o'clock comes, has almost lost or is located in blazing sun respectively beside the hifi boxes for animation. Shops and adequate. Children's disco very good. Low-key animation we have found very pleasant.

Location very good, by bus about 15 minutes to the beach from Malia, in circa 15 minutes away by foot after koutouloufari, after chersonissos center around 20 minutes away on foot, location so very good. We were 2 weeks in August in the Royal Belvedere, the hotel seemed to be booked, but the staff were always friendly and accommodating. Of course the dining room is for the number of guests fully, the buffet but it was always freshly refilled. Every day there was something new to try, always freshly prepared vegetables and meat of a very good quality. Of course there was always fries and noodles, already alone because of the kids. We got always quickly a seat. What the beverages regards, we don't go in other countries around us about pseudo -Cola upset! The ... room was big enough and clean. There are several pools, we got also at 9 o'clock free chairs. The hotel is very recommendable for families. read more

We have after complaint a room in bungalow got and the food at royal disaster is, luckily we could food in imperial hotel. Recommendable is Hotel Imperial the sister of royal simple and good vacation we have had! read more

So, I had to really consider, to negative to write. Nevertheless, the cleanliness in the room, well and the cafeteria atmosphere in the dining room couldn't deny. But nevertheless, that the hotel ( therefore, that the use the grounds of the sister hotels possible) on 5 pools also, will in my opinion too few attention. Who likes Custom the complex not to leave. The saltwater pools are large, clean, the Inbiss -respectively snack -offer adequate. All inclusive was OK. Room for normal expectations sufficient, 4 German tv-program ( ARD, ZDF, RTL, Esport ). Although in 2 passages desired, you can ... at any time for dinner appear. There was always rich and refilled always immediately. The entertainment was great, had however a hack, the entertainers were Dutch and consequently, on the audience from Holland, Belgium, but also Russia relax in comfort and style. Nevertheless, my daughter liked it so much, you want to come back next year! read more

On mass getrimtes all inclusive hotel. Hardly any variety for the food and very small quality especially with the meat. Soft drinks tasted very after sugar and are not comparable with products friends Manufacturer. Daily new Badezimmerhandtücher but unclean in the corners. No free pool towels and chair pillows. Tiles by the pool are very slippery. Shuttle bus to the approximately 500 meters linear distance away beach only 4 times a day. Dutch Ballermann with little space for loungers. Nachtwaechter at the ascent to the hotel. Daily entertainment program except Mitwochs. Town center with clubs around 30 minutes away on ... foot. read more

We were with 3 generations Royal Belvedere and it really pleased us. Successful holiday. The food was delicious, the pools great. The entertainment team is really first-class, the demonstrations respectively the evening entertainment we really liked it. Really recommendable! read more
