The hotel is romantic designed, with one-storey bungalows, with large rooms, shower and terrace. Very clean, friendly staff, partly good english. Stayed there for christmas, hotel has been beautifully decorated for christmas, it was baked and present distributed, really lovely read more

Very nice hotel in a dream location, if you on entertainment in the area can do without. In the space of a few kilometers there is absolutely nothing except wild sinaibergen and unfortunately a lot of trash. The hotel complex was extremely clean. The lots of stairs didn't bother us, the view compensated for it also for 100 steps from the room in the restaurant.
We liked it very much, over christmas the hotel was weak booked, new year's eve to it was full.
The guests mostly came from Russia, about 30% from Germany/Austria. The russian guests all prejudices disconfirmed! ... Nice, pleasant people, mostly with very good english.
The staff were very friendly, spoke hardly german and little english-still everything worked well. The dishes in the restaurant are the massengeschmack adapted; our desire for stronger flavour has been met, that the chef himself with really sharp things, has. read more

I was already the second time in this hotel and would have another time again. My girlfriend loved it. The food is varied and delicious, the regional cuisine adjusted. The rooms leaves nothing to be desired, everything was clean, spacious and very neat. When the backup in the room out flew, came immediately a electrician, after a few minutes was the electricity again and the broken cable repaired. The diving school
Is on the hotel area and very good organized. The diving spots are always different and so organized, that no guest a spot 2 times dived.

Unfortunately actually, for the standard for the hotel wrapped is the food miserable.
We are not really picky, but if there is everyday the same, hardly vegetarian cuisine and whole then also still mostly lukewarm, then you should not 4 star and the flags letter.
The breakfast was boring and the coffee not enjoyable.
Do not the first time in Egypt and I'have more simple hotels booked the a lot more offered.
The whole complex alone is really very nice, and the service overall very good.
Because of the lack of food I would the complex itself not recommend.
Fully ... I can recommend however the blueoceandive diving by niki and Tom on the complex. read more

The hotel is beautiful in the, the six level are stairs and easily accessible ramps connected with one another. The hotel is very well-kept, kaskadenförmige waterfalls and streams are beautifully integrated. The rooms are spacious and for egyptian standards very maintained and with all necessary like safe, fridge and tv etc. Equipped. Daily decent service was given. All together convincing and recommendable.
The restaurant -service could for attention be improved, but even here in the long run no real faults. The dishes correspond egyptian standard. Culinary hochgenüße should however not be expected.
Our choice the half board has however only ... less than expected - families should definitely all inclusive book, since the price of drinks not insignificant to book can.
The hotel is located somewhat away dahab, what annoying. A still intact reef at the beach, so that it was only a (partly guarded) pier in the water can get.
Surf and diving possibilities are directly in the complex by external provider integrated. Since we ourselves outside oriented had, we can the providers in the hotel not judge. read more

Would not half board more book only breakfast. Recommend taxi to dahab for the supper (10 minuten/5 €)
Ideal location for Kiteboarder as its own kite station on the hotel area.
Hotel is very nice, attention to detail missing unfortunately with the staff ( used dishes from the room and is afterwards 3 days in front of the room!) read more

The hotel is in a dream-like location: back the sinai mountains, in front of the gulf of aquaba, no neighboring hotels. Many stages, around to the beach or the restaurant to get to, but for us that was known before.
Room service bad: the flaschenverschluesse and bonbonpapiere the previous guests were still on the table and in the corners, when we arrived. And it remained so, up to our check out two weeks later. Only the dust in the corners was more and more. We arrived at 2:30 o'clock in the hotel at, had booked a triple room, but ... it was only a double bed available. This problem could at night not geklaert are, we were in the next morning put off. It was not really a relaxing first night. Shampoo etc. Is only on request at the front desk refilled. Annoying was also, that the room cards permanently disabled and you then every time to the front desk had, you again. Power in the large entfernungem and the many steps not really pleased.
The food is absolutely no highlight, but you always find something, so none needed to starve. Service at the pool bar is very good, at the beach bar however not. Here there is also only (not cooled ) drinks, often in unclean plastikglaeser are being served. The guest a glass from, then fast with the hand wiped out and the next it got then.
The travel guide ( Phoenix) was competent and ready to help, comes however only on request. We booked an excursion to Petra joined in-very interesting and worth seeing, however we were altogether 21 hours on the way, in order to 3 hours Petra to visit.
Very good diving station, this was the reason for us, to book this hotel.
Kite-and surf is available, however for beginner and not experienced unsuitable, they will then by boat in the nearby lagoon stituents, which however a considerable time expense is.
In the catalog (at least with Phoenix) is wi-fi-availability in the whole complex specified, this is not true; Wi-Fi is only in the lobby/ lobby verguegbar.
In short: at a reasonable price we would because the diving center book there again, since we but the very expensive ' ferientarif ' had, we are altogether disappointed. read more

We have this hotel because of our ways to spend your free time coincidental. With sufficient information prior to of the vacation it came to no mean surprises, we cannot, therefore, the negative reviews some guests not understand. Over stairs to complain, although in the entire hotel area a free shuttle service with the hotel-car offered, we couldn't understand. The food is adequate and quite enjoyable - only the variety here would be to complain about. But you can easily organize and very cheap drive to dahab alone, one of the many pub to visit and very fresh fish dishes ... to try. Also the leisure activities are with the right on the hotel presides diving school, as well as the surf and kite station excellent. For further ways to spend your free time ( for example: quad biking in the desert etc.) you can in dahab right inform we had no problems. The staff are very friendly and hard-working. We believe: as you in the forest in calls, so they resound through back! I hope that' naggers' in their own four walls their peace and quiet. You should perhaps rather stay at home, instead of relying on other countries and mentalities to complain!

The complex is really nice and offers from each room a fantastic view of the sea. One must only fitnessman because there are every day myriads of steps to walk up. The only negative was the music. For the food in the lobby on the terrace everywhere the same instrumentalsong and repead (so over and over again)
As a tip: not in its, jahn or tjaiborg book. No travel guide locally, no board and when the bus for the return journey, one must then call even ask. read more

Generous plant, in a hillside. Depending on location of the rooms are lots of stairs to climb, but as a part of, as lighter access are available. The hotel was to start little busy; perhaps a reason but, that only the main restaurant was open. But also other facilities were partly only minimal occupied. read more

As already often described the hotel is very nice location at the foothills of the sinai rangebaut. The rooms are spread over the large grounds.
You never get the feeling, in a 'motel' with tourism stay. The we found great!
Cleanliness for egyptian conditions okay.
We have once again affirmed, that it unfortunately very often the tourist is, the its dirt everywhere and left (despite for example garbage bin at the beach and so on).
Guest structure well mixed. Some German, austrian, british, isrälische, jordanian and egyptian guests.
All very nice and you can really only with the head shake ..., if you are in reviews read, as peeved some on the arab guests is. \u263a
Before one in Egypt vacation makes, you should maybe culture, country& people and religion are. Then also relatively quickly realized, why the ladies not in a bikini in the pool hop. read more

The hotel is very well-kept, large, clean, quiet, we had all-inclusive, the rooms are nice, the food is wonderful ( but if you like that like at home to eat would like, then one remains better at home, because Schnitzel, schweinshaxn, does not exist, one is in Egypt!). We liked it in any case tasty, we have too much eat, what you on the Waage looks (:
Special plus: the chef is very open and unlocked for tips or suggestions, we asked him therefore not everywhere the cilantro to use, as it is a very intensive spice is. The wish ... was immediately fulfilled.
The staff are a crazy! helpful, candid, very, very nice!
We are definitely coming again. Great to relax and rest!

This was our third stay in Egypt and by far the worst. We only visited 4a 5 star facilities. Travel: 14.-21-08-12. Weather: sunny and every day and 40 degrees. It is architectural a very nice hotel, however with very many faults ( see the following). A Mercure absolutely not worthy, which probably due to the egyptian management is. Furthermore arrived at 18 August very many locals guests to, which is impossible behavior have. A heap totally lush English would be tolerable defendendo.
The all-inclusive offer is a joke. Every day there was only a only half liter bottle of ... water to the room. More bottles only at a charge. In case one more water wanted to drink, you had to the bars visit. There was however only glasses. read more
