well, when we first came,we were shocked cause they gave to us awful room with no viewing of the sea.but after we asked on the reception to change they gave us other room that was better then first.we lived near the swimming pool.and we thought that we will hear lot's of noise but no!it wasn't noisy at all! atmosphere in hotel is calm. no one is nervous.u may do what you want. if you are bored you can go play with animators which were working hard hole day long! they always smiled. i've never seen ... so good and sociable animators.they always invite you to play,to entertainAnd you can't say no, cause you really are going to want playing. read more

    well,as i said at first time they wanted to put us in ugly room. but after we asked to change( we did it immediately) they gave us normal one. well there were always hot water and shampoo.there was a hairdryer but we didn't used him.it was frige there, but bad point was that when we went out electricity was turned off(you guess what was going with things that were put in the frige).in other things there are no claims

    food in the hotel was awful! Nothing really good. meal always was salty or too much sweet.but barbeque was great!in the end of the end, we came not just to eat! well,there were no variety of fruits but i liked when they gave a pomegranate.it was really deliciuos .

    cleaning room was daily. and we were giving about one dollar each day for good cleaning. in common, service was so-so. But they were friendly to us.thanks god, we had wi-fi and it was free!service on the beach was good. the man who was giving to us towels ,was funny and never slept on his work. beach was clear and sandy.

    no complaints. guys from animation team worked really hard!every day and night they entertained guests. i don't think that someone from guests did not like those guys!they are really good in their job!and that's truth. they always attract you to play volleyball or waterball and etc.and they did it gently. and the invited you so breathtakingly that you would want to play .at all they were good. every night they meet you in different nice costumes and wish you to have a good supper. they are friendly,nice,cute,conscientious. they danced on the disco so amazing and no one felt worried or nervous while dancing on the disco. The music on the disco was great!thanks dj for that!so,i liked our entertaining programs in the evening that were made by our lovely animators(karim,ahmed and etc.).

    we were living in the desert!nothing around us ,only sand. but, thanks god, plants and flowers around the hotel were really beautiful. and we enjoyed our living in the hotel. more than that, we made lots of good photos on the hotels territory . photographer is real professional.

You the hotel should not really ok. All the negative reviews are true! To two days we have the hotel changed. After a room change we had still no warm water. The front desk had, that it for three days no hot water and nothing said. Staff was partly fresch. After the commission of the hotel with hotel manager and travel agency we have changed. Head completely evil and disappointing-shame about the two lost days. Something to food and cleanliness: the food is really almost always cold. Only which live cooked is warm. The table clothes are dirty, etc. Do ... yourself the hotel not! read more

If the russians did not the peace and quiet bothered us, you on vacation needs, it would have been nicer. Since ieses hotel 99% of russians manned, we will not book there again. read more

Nice position right on the beach with jetty for sunbathing and snorkeling. The quality the activities programme was partly not exhilarating (for example water aerobics). The music at the beach in connection with the entertainment for our taste too loud. The food is not very varied, i missed the typical egyptian sauces and salads. read more

Had a wonderful relaxing short break. The staff included the hotel manager was welcoming, warm and conversation to have. It was totally the aggressive insistence the a traveling alone mrs often is. At the service lacking a bit but they are there to improve. The hotel has only since a few months a new management and it is also criticism welcomes. read more

The hotel is with 150 rooms rather a smaller hotel. The complex is 9-years-old, but older. It's all clean. The complex is not too big however also not so that you around any places argue. The all-inclusive offer is ok. The guests were while we were there about 40% russians, 40% Poland and the rest german. It must be said, the no negative is. Also russians could behave. The estimated occupancy of the hotel was around 50 to 75% over our stay. read more

    We had a family room at villa breakfast. The size is absolutely sufficient for 2 adults and one child. Here it does not lack on cabinets or chest of drawers. Otherwise the room was clean. To the bungalows i can't say. The 50. rooms are a force! As superior suites sold. And the name, they have also deserved.

    There was a main restaurant (breakfast, lunch and dinner) A fish restaurant (only advance ) is however very recommendable! A beach bar (great service, thanks machmoud ) there is a 'late riser breakfast', but what i any rate, is the breakfast in the restaurant. For lunch, you could here very delicious pizzen food (we never an hour wait!) In general the food is delicious ( we are in Afrika!) It could be from warmer but cold is also something else! Varied it is also. We stayed in any hotel where the food to 14 days not repeated! And who european or even expect german cuisine should rather stay at home or fly to malle! Tip helps of course always. Is also no wonder on wages.

    The service is very good. All staffs are very friendly and willing to help. If you stay here with the staff problems, has probably done something wrong! You should a few breaking into english. German is hardly to not at all spoken. The room boys are spotless. With any problems like for instance defective air conditioning etc. Was immediately a 'technician' good, the the problem in a short time solved. You should always courtesy try. The lever is in the wrong place!

    Entertainment was this year good. Not too loud and also not intrusive! The beginning was (except on saturdays) in 10 hours. Offered water gymnastics, beach volleyball, Boccia, dance and so on the usual. In the evening there was entertainment for example in the disco or at the open-air theatre. Here you have to say there were nevertheless laiendarsteller, who actor expects will be disappointed. The salutatory evening in the disco and the mix max show and the comedy show in open-air theater much. Thank you punch, Katrin, shawky and roxana. To the beach: there are enough chairs and umbrellas available. The condition is usable. Could here be improved.

    To remove something i needn't write anymore. Prior should have the Marsa Alam Airport show. Unless you like to sit in the bus. ;-) The on-site shops are ahr and therefore way too expensive! Otherwise it is relatively meager in the desert. We were however also not on a shopping trip!

The staff were brilliant the magetment unfortunately bad problem could only with the tour operator be clarified. Water only at a charge in the room, the hotel description totally off the mark I thought we in the wrong hotel arrived. The buffet very small hardly selection cold tasted however reasonable. A very nice nearby reef and a great beach rooms were okay but did not match the description. Hardly any fruit. Shops very limited 3 small shops the dealers try the fell through the ears to drag. Price as in deutschlandwer is not been versed is lost. A carton of ... cigarettes in the hotel 40 € in the purchase outside 10 €. Our summary this hotel deserves 2 stars were 4 weeks before in a three stars facilities this was so much better. read more

Without expectations and only with the sun and beach in the sense arrived, i got what i wanted. The beach lures already in the morning and one can couches to the sun not more endure can. The entertainment team is very understanding and also gladly times only to entertain. Who does not want the must nothing at all. But many carefully planned activities participate. The food so, only the diversity could be more spacious. The rooms, the cleanliness on the grounds, the staff's hospitality. Deserve in my eyes top marks. I was never boring, no, i had a lot of ... fun and must now a few more friends on my list letter. The absolute plus is close proximity to airport. From which you could get nothing, is however in less than 30 minutes. Thumbs up, i would gladly come again! read more

The location of the hotel is the only thing which you may be as negative as described, there is nothing at all around the hotel except sand and rock. Who however a place for a beautiful relaxing vacation searches, is right at home here. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms are huge, and very clean. The area is very extensive, the rooms are on several small building distributed. The entertainment program is very good and not too obtrusive. Who want their peace and quiet, the gets it also. Also the food left hardly any wishes desired, with ... the side dishes it would also times a bit more variety must, but alltogether it was very good. The guests were to this time mixed, perhaps a little more Russian guests as German, but there was no over the one that needs. All together a very nice and successful holiday and we would come back any time to the best Western solitaire go. You should merely to eighth, a flight to Marsa Alam to get. The transfer time from Hurghada is with over 3 hours already nearly somewhat too much the good. read more

Wonderful for a short break for bath -, snorkel- and tauchfreunde, lovely nearby reef, beautiful jetty over the reef. All employee are friendly and accommodating. The only thing which I could be bothered, my bed without mosquito net, some nighttime makes a mad rush to the small vacuum. The hotel's own diving basis is small but fine. Excursions to dolphins and sharks are possible, caves were explored and quiet dives at the beautiful, colorful reefs were possible. Thanks to Irene and Alberto from Italy, we felt comfortable in your custody. read more

Because the hotel at different times different price adopted, is the review of course, depends on, what I paid and expect. When 1000€ in the week I expect pure luxury, the here not met, with 400€ in the week during the vacation period is about this hotel nothing to complain about. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Our room 412 was large, clean, proximity to the beach and a few steps from the two pool areas away. Contrary to some prior reviews the food was always warm and tasty. Different vegetables, two meat dishes and fish were always offered ..., also daily something from the grill. The pizza at the beach bar is also a varied snack. Sure, the food is not with a five star hotel as the Grand Resort in Hurghada comparable, but we were always full. The guests were too many eastern european, not unpleasant, the clothing of some of women a feast for the eyes for the men. Some italians and only a few German guests were to be found. The beach is beautiful, you can in the front of the water well and also children play. More than 20 meters but you should in order to protect the corals not the only knee-deep water hiking. Possibility to go snorkeling is the footbridge with large platform. Beautiful. I recommend a waterproof camera. The tone has merely the young lady from the diving centre quickly, if their pay offers rejected. It there was free Italian maledictions as an answer. The hotel has our expectations: beautiful reef easily accessible from the pier, where we spent most of our time spent there (about 10beach chairs empty on the platform available) met. Fantastic warm water beginning august (30 c or moreeven close to the reef). One kilometer left and right there were no hotels, so that you along the reef for a long time swim could without a human soul would. This was also due that (apart from the fact that the hotel to about 30% was occupied) we most days even with minimal waves (unfounded) a red flag had. ... Only after sign a confirmation that we were on own danger swimming (really harmless for each of the laps), the 18-year old lifeguard no problems more. read more

    We had a room (circa 25 square meter ) on the first floor with a view of the sea (stegblick ) had that apart from a drawback-no terrace/balcony-for us the location it was perfect.     A large lack is the kitchen but since we had after several vacation trips to Egypt does not have to large expectations. The food (perhaps because of the few guests in the hotel) was optimal for a slim line to keep and the selection accordingly small. Beverages only acceptable was the beer (sweet wines and the rest as in Egypt). In the bar at the beach for lunch you could a pizza order otherwise there is nothing.

    Attractions apart from snorkeling there is little-a beduinzelt with sheesha where there is a a Bauchtanz and disco was organized and a disco at the front desk where after 'all inclusive' end nothing more was the matter. The entertainers were friendly but not too obtrusive. The pools were (also) enormous warm and empty, one with a swimup bar.

    The beach (almost completely empty) we didn't use (at low tide was hardly any water so for children or not swimmers can i do better the hotel Sol y Mar abu dabbab recommend with a sandy long entrance into the sea, where we with the taxi (30$) drove around the turtles and a manatee to see (these had but free on the day ☺.) Near the hotel there were no shopping and entertainment possibilities but that was to be expected in Marsa Alam.

We are now a week ago at the best Western and we love it here very good. The detailed review by Wolfgang January 2012 in the very realistic Picture. It is true, that the communication English Language of the staff easier, but typical communications in fundamental German Language of them will be addressed.
