The food was good, but the end bland. You can forget the activities, but the people were very friendly. The pools were small, but the sea was gorgeous... read more

Just back from Mio Bianco after a one week stay. This hotel is not near completion with lots of building work on going. They do not have any of the facilities they advertise. There is no spa, no gym, no a-la carte,no beach bar, no activites at all. Not enough loungers by the pool, only 6 heated options in the dining room & 3 of them will be chips, rice or pasta-all very oily. For the week we were there it was almost the same thing everyday. If you like meatballs and stew you will be fine. Everyone we ... spoke to was unhappy and had complained. The hotel staff were uninterested & done nothing to try to make up for the general disapppointment the guests had with the place. Don't go here.for at least a year and maybe, hopefully it will be finished and be an ok place to holiday read more

The hotel is still being completed - it is a new boutique style. The hotel has around 100 rooms. The hotel offers all inclusive facility - but there is only one restaurant with very limited choice - mainly turkish food. The hotel is clean. read more

Rooms are nicely decorated but there are still wires hanging from the walls. You need to run the tap in the bathroom sink for 15 mins before the water gets hot in the shower.

  • Gastronomy
    1.0

Very, very limited. Clean dining area but limited space. Plenty of salad and meatballs for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very limited breakfast - milk always warm. No toaster and always have to ask for butter - boiled eggs that are either over/undercooked. No live cooking stations. All food left in silver containers for hours. Bar area OK but all the ice is handled by hands - unhygenic.

  • Service
    1.0

Staff at reception are friendly but speak very limited English. There is no doctor or laundry as mentioned in the brochure. Due to the hotel not being fully opened lots and lots of drilling goes on from 6am and sometimes continues through the night. The reception say they will tell them to stop - but it never happens. Useless at handling complaints waited 2 days to speak to a Manager

  • Sport & Entertainment
    1.0

Swimming pool with limited beds. Although the hotel lists heaps of facilities: Nothing is available. No gym No Spa No Turkish Bath No Nightclub/disco/inside bar No entertainment No Al la Carte restaurant No childs pool Nothing at all for kids/teenagers they will be bored to tears

The hotel is located in Akyalar around 10km to Turgutreis - which is the main resort. Akyalar is a small fishing village which is quaint with good fish restaurants. Although the hotel is opposite the beach - there are only 10 loungers and you have to pass a sewer to get there/ On the beach there is a small shack offering warm water. Distance from Bordrum airport around 1 1/2 hours on very dangerous roads and I mean dangerous - almost at the edge of the mountain.
