The long-pending renovation has now completed successfully-and the resort was completely new gloss and design!
There is still from bungalows, to the wonderful, brand new pool group. Furthermore there are some rooms in a back area, not directly at the pool located. As well as the spacious beach bungalows, which in direct meeresfront are.
The new bungalows are very appealing, stylish and modern in a combination of pale wood and white paint furnished-large living room, big double bed, flat screen-tv, mini bar, kettle, closet, couch, glasterrassentüre with possibility the dimming, small terrace with furniture. The bathroom is very tastefully and ... completely redesigned - toilet, washbasin, shower, toiletries, enough light, towels.
The entire area - not too big-looks very quiet with lots of privacy. The garden- and pool area is absolutely perfect job, a now very recommending resort is located on a the best beach sections the chaweng's! read more

As already other have written, if you the front desk looks, you get a fright, but afterwards once you were surprised. Check in went relatively quickly.
The bungalow was new and a decent size, very clean, towels were changed daily,
The bed linen every other day.
And now for breakfast: wasn't the best, but one was full. The usual, an egg station, toast, jams, French toast or Croissant and daily changing Thai food, but were only lukewarm.
The 'breakfast' was a note: cafeteria feeling, the space needed urgently a complete overhaul.
New chairs and new tables.
About the location: not ... exactly central, but it was right by the beautiful beach.
Nevertheless, I recommend baan Talay only limited further, in my opinion, it is reasonable value for money not quite. read more

Very beautiful small bungalow area with renovated rooms and very spacious bathroomvery quiet location but. Nevertheless fußlaufig to shops and bars. Here the beach are very often waves, if the sea a little quiet like it should be in a hotel Northern part of the restaurant as a preferred lying off the hotel very much quiet and therefore for children better is liable. Staff are very friendly, breakfast very delicious, small selection but great quality. read more

We can only very good write over the hotel. The room was every day very clean cleaned, fresh bed sheets, towels, beach towels get. Decorative more like of high quality. Thank you very much for our room maid aan! read more

We enjoyed it very much. Hotel is not the newest but perfectly okay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was absolutely in order. The breakfast was good, wide and changeable buffet. The location was ideal for us, not right in the hustle and bustle of chaweng but not too far away. Large advantage was, that the beach in front of the hotel was not so full as at the other beach sections. The beach chairs were partly in fünfer rows one behind the other. We'll be back for sure! read more

Ideal small, clean hotel for recreation searchers, not so much for partygoer. Very friendly and helpful staff. No sport and leisure facilities in the hotel, but in town reachable well. When fully booked the pool chairs by the pool and beach are a little tight. read more

Baan Talay is located on the best beach section of the chaweng-beaches simply fabulous. fine sandy beach and nice sea with constant beach. There are different types of bungalow-garden view, pool view and the beach front bungalows. Of the beach front bungalows has four units and are really spacious and modernly equipped, large living room with double bed and direct views of the beach, desk, tv, coffee making facilities, minibar etc. The bathroom was as well very attractive and generous with shower and bath, everything in top renovated condition. The garden bungalows are a little bit simple and small, the ... pool bungalows seemed renovated with newer furniture, the bathroom with both types is simple, but clean and above average. read more

Moderate breakfast buffet with daily changing warm dishes. extremely friendly and courteous staff. The beds were changed every day with very clean linens and new towels, beach towels offered to take away. Very nice garden with fish and Fröschchen, on which one could sit evening at the terraces have fun. I had rarely seen such a relaxing vacation! Shopping and entertainment possibilities less than 50m away from the hotel. read more

The hotel consists of many different bungalows which are not only a different location, but have different equipment. We booked the cheapest in the garden area. It was full of ants in our room. The complex is very well maintained and the breakfast is okay, but nothing special. Is really nice, that you can see from the pool to the ocean and a short flight of stairs to the beach is connected. The hotel is right on the beach. As it is located at the end of chaweng, one had to walk a bit to get the full life. About ... ten minutes walk. We find the hotel too expensive for what you get. The pool is quite small and there are only a few beach chairs by the pool. The restaurant is nice with the view directly on the sea. However I would not book this place. read more
