Unfortunately i can't recommend this hotel: it is located although it is very central, from the decor was also a good impression and everything in the room, what you need (safe, tv, mini bar). But both room (with 90 cm single bed), as well as bathroom were just so tiny, that you claustrophobia got the room was a small hose, in even the closet purely stuck. In the width he took so good room, in the amount but it was then however not high enough, that one's coat tidy could hang up can. The bathroom was so small, that one ... the bathrooms had to close, if one before the washbasin -open door and waschbeckenbenutzung together did not work. Shelf space as good as not available. The shower was so small in the corner under construction, that you might have almost unbenutzbarkeit can speak.
Furthermore the hotel is probably short just stubby: when i evenings the hotel for dinner left, i asked for a 2. pillows, what was listed. One insured me, that you merely would. When i returned, was nothing of the kind has happened. The explanation the lady from the reception: she was alone and would have the front desk not sure. What einservice!?
This hotel also perhaps better/larger rooms have, but the, which one me for almost 80 Euro per night was, was this price (in the comparison with other business trip-hotels, i know), really not worth it. read more

This hotel for my purposes-late arrival, very early departure-absolutely ideal. A very friendly front desk, easy check-out and a really nice, large and clean room. The station area is not for everyone, however therefor one is in 10 minutes from the reception on the right bahnhofsgleis. I would definitely again stay here. read more

The allocated single room was very small and also the bathroom was tiny. It was a room directly under the roof. It had accordingly the time of year of course an extreme heat to the consequence! However, everything was clean and the breakfast was okay. Very good : free wi-fi! read more

For our city break completely fine the staff were friendly and helpful. The double room was small, but functional. As I with a girlfriend arrived, was our request for a room with 2 single beds
Fulfilled. As well as a second pillows brought immediately.
The breakfast buffet was constantly refilled. The breakfast room was, because in the basement, by parking cars a bit dark.
Work no large luxury expected this hotel is the right place. read more

Very friendly staff a, D, front desk and in the breakfast room.
Breakfast buffet small, but leaves nothing to be desired, also here the service ladies very friendly and accommodating.
Parking in the courtyard costs a night 10€ same goes for the underground car park.
Had a room on the 2nd floor with a view of the courtyard, therefore relatively quiet, with the surrounding houses and courtyards rather slightly run down and messy. There was even chickens in the neighboring building, which have style in the dirt scratch could. -)
To eat is the best in the Osteria on the ... main, there is correct the value for money in any case. read more

The hotel is located in a very central location, close to the main station and is easy to find. The check-in process was not ideal, no information for check-out time. Therefor the nice note, however, that the breakfast at the weekends only eleven euro rather than 14 euros. Rooms are very large and even with sofa and bathtub. Well equipped. View of the inner courtyard of, however, is not the nicest, but very quiet therefor. Breakfast is good, good selection, the dining room is however very, very small. Closing: I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially because of the location ... and beautiful rooms! The price was very cheap! read more

The hotel isn't impressive from the outside. The lift to the parking was defect so we had problems parking in the street. There wasn't even an area to unload the luggage from the car. read more

Owing to various experiences for me was the reservation at a Best Western hotel again and again as a game with a goodies. The BW Plaza in Frankfurt I was positive surprised and very pleased. One must be already very consider next to the good sides to appoint more negative impressions.
The number of small three star hotel is a bit less than ten minutes footpath from the Frankfurt main station. There are the nearest train and underground stops. There is a tram stop about three minutes away from the hotel. To the main it is also about three minutes ... footpath. As the hotel is located in a side street it was very quiet. The composition of the guests was very mixed and pleasant normal tourists from all parts of Europe-business travellers in the suit, assembly workers were in the boilersuit
Some Negative:
Very, very small single room with an even smaller bathroom, but adequate and very clean
-Not in all areas suitable for the disabled
-Small bar area at the front desk, really only for a coffee or a beer in between before going to sleep

-Central location and yet very quiet
-Small and in all areas were very clean Hotel
Very friendly and always courteous staff in all areas
-Good room amenities also with closed closet and safe, as well as the usual facilities in the meantime, minibar, telephone and tv
-Free Wi-Fi in all areas, including the rooms
Breakfast: for a small three star hotel excellent good.
-For reasons of space very tight assorted buffet, but very large selection
-Fast and friendly service
Multiple sorts of rolls and bread, about 8-10 types of sausage, 3-5 sorts of cheese, 1-2 sorts of smoked fish (salmon/steelhead), large antipasti selection, fresh fruit and vegetables (tomatoes, cucumber, peppers), muesli, honey, jams, good tea selection, three sorts of juice (fresh squeezed, but not daily), scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, crusty roasted ham, yogurt

I had originally booked a comfort room, but that was in the smoking floor, I was not tolerated. The complaint was handled correctly and later the new room was okay.
The room under the roof with the lift not reachable and a little on the small side. Nice, varied breakfast in a small breakfast room. read more
