Everyone about this hotel or general about this chain complained here, is simply no idea!
The hotel offers everything, which one for a short break is required-and please those who need in the present time a telephone in the room? And, if you are just in the bathroom to go must, around the trash cans to use, is really no role!
This hotel or all other m1 are undoubtedly great hotels, for small budget and attractive design and atmosphere!

Great hotel for a city trip, where you don't have much time in the room spends. This is a bit small, however everything, that you need. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is also big enough. The fire on tv i found very pleasant to relax. On the other side of the road is the subway (u3, u 6), directly in front of the hotel the airport bus and next to the hotel, there is the train station. So you can at the day of departure comfortable sleep in and then directly at the train to enter (super ... check out until 12 o'clock). The breakfast i found very good for a 2 star hotel. Around €7.50 you get everything your heart desires (eggs, ham, cheese, kanckfrische rolls, delicious croissants and of high quality darbo -marmelade and Nutella, also the coffee is very good). I would book it again and again! read more

This hotel we could for a city break absolutely recommend. It is very modern, clean and the traffic connections through the Westbahnhof directly next to it good. It really pays off the breakfast to book, since the value for money is good. The staff are very friendly and for every question on excursions in Wien open. We are with the citycat riverboat services from the airport in 15 minutes right into town dangers, the coach would 45 minutes need. From the station the citycats one comes with the subway also good to the hotel and can for the return trip ... directly in the morning its suitcase to the citycat riverboat services station in the town and immediately got his air ticket.
On another trip we would definitely again in a motel one go. read more

I was due to a business trip here for two nights.
The hotel is directly next to the Westbahnhof and of Vienna best known shopping street-the hotel are very good. - one is in 3 minutes next to the hotel is also a taxi rank, as well as a bus direct to the airport. The subway-station is also 5 minutes away. The Westbahnhof offers a variety of shops and restaurants.
The hotel is new very new and therefore in good condition. The room and hallways are carpeted, which I personally very pleasant steep. Therefore hears its neighbors never stamp or ... kofferrollen, if you have the floor will be.
The room to the inner courtyard are very quiet, you might as well with open window sleep. In general the rooms are clean and modern but basic. Luxury there are none, no safe, telephone or closet. But free Wi-Fi and open shelves for the clothes.
At the front desk are the employees very friendly. I was even asked which side I my room would like to have. For breakfast you find everything you need.
In short: definitely recommendable for a short break without luxury.

Beautiful city hotel, center close located directly at the Westbahnhof.
Transfer from the airport by bus, S-Bahn or city airport train, depending on your choice 30 to 45 minutes,
With the S-Bahn one is in 12 minutes in the middle of the city at stephen's capacity.
The shopping in the 'Maria help -street' is in 5 minutes on foot to reach.
In the hotel everything is clean. The cleaning of the rooms is perfect. If necessary daily fresh towels.
The rooms are not very large and there is a lack of a closet with a shelf and three hangers will ... be compensated. Nevertheless are the rooms are very clean and modern decor and one has everything which one for a city trip necessarily. A hair dryer and air conditioning are available. Safe is unfortunately none available also not in the luggage storage.
The hotel has room with window to a inner courtyard and right to the street. We had a room on the courtyard and with the window closed no streets or train noise noticed.
The breakfast is for the city stay absolutely sufficient. Different rolls, bread and croissants, two different kinds of cheese, 3 types of sausage. Gherkins, tomatoes, muesli, cereal, fruit salad, yoghurt. Coffee drinks are available at 4 large wmf coffee machines. Here is however the roasting of the coffee beans quite mild set. A city hotel accordingly, many locals and people on business trip on site. And since the breakfast room is not very big can it during rush hour for example 8 or 9 hours already times to lack of space come.
Evenings the hotel offers has its own hotel bar. The prices for the drinks are fair.
The staff at the hotel was always very friendly and helpful. read more

By the location directly on the Westbahnhof the hotel is an ideal starting point to explore Wien. The rooms are rather small and space-saving facilities, for a short stay but perfectly adequate. Also, there is no shortage of cleanliness and friendliness.
However there are two points the overall impression disturb, which I the next time surely again into another viennese hotel will stay. The lounge ( hotel bar) also referenced as breakfast room, and offers far from enough space for all of the guest - thus wait is inevitable. ellbogentechnik basketing! - the other do it.
And also the 2. ... deficit concerns the lounge if you want here evenings still cozy a drink, should it take a lot of time. The 20 minutes waiting time on the first evening we have with a' not a problem' acknowledged-about 20 persons in the lounge. On the 2. evening-about 50 persons in the lounge after a hour a 'guy', the tables the beverages clearing should, still nobody had gotten. This demanded that us directly at the bar, on the we in the meantime, however, already times 20 minutes in vain wait had. So once again to the bar-the guest before me had to pay immediatly -5 minutes waiting time - then the guest was way-again 5 minutes until I attention of a the waiter emotional had. When this then the word, and me a couple of minutes patience asked, it was with this at the end. If the waiters really stress could, it would be still something else, but this is just incompetence. read more
