Very friendly and informal atmosphere. Room, bathroom /toilet very spacious, comfortable, very clean and very tastefully equipped. The owners are very friendly and very helpful. The spacious breakfast buffet surpassed all expectations and leaves nothing to the imagination. The dishes, hot and cold beverages are fresh and qualitatively very high-quality. The location is central. One has varied shops. Sporty, cultural and culinary possibilities for recreation are sufficiently available. Restaurants, bars and kellerschänken are within walking distance. You can but also in the house a good selection of excellent house wines.

Very nice, privately run breakfast pension in tramin, directly behind the town hall square. Parking spaces for the car in the courtyard or in 20 meters distance in a garage. Sauna in the garden available, however somewhat small. Breakfast really good and rich. Had a balkonjuniorsuite the garden, in the upper level the bedroom. Possibility to sit somewhat limited, only small table available.
Once per week there is a commission of the vineyard, followed by a tasting of their own wine instead. Very informative and informal. In the summer there is also a barbecue evening takes place. read more

In this fall we have for the 5. time-and god willing, not for the last time - in the ' gartenheim ' in tramin day of vacation spend. The warm admission by family Überbacher and the friendliness the staff promised from the first moment at a pleasant time. Although just a few strides from the central square and the parish away, is the guesthouse (, because in the second row) wonderful quiet and mostly with a view of the behind the house rising vineyards. A special remark deserved the breakfast, the all four star hotel should. ( where do you ... get still homemade feigenmarmelade (!) next to half a dozen other homemade jams. Also the small cut fruit for breakfast muesli is completely freshly prepared, nothing from the can.). Who wants, can the breakfast under common grape vines in the garden area on the house, or in the evening drinks serving leave. During our vacation in gartenheim was a bar-B-queue (against moderate fee) and a tour of one of the hotel's own vineyards with free wine tastings are offered. Yes, it is pleasant in the ' gartenheim '.
( note: the review with 'dining' refers to the breakfast there is also a heated swimming pool and finnish sauna, which we didn't use and therefore evaluate.) read more

In September 2012 we spend a very relaxing weekend in this lovingly run breakfast pension.
The hotel is very central but nevertheless peacefully located on the town hall square in tramin.
From there you can also without a car very Fast on foot everything reach and one or another glass South Tyrolean wine more enjoyable!
Once a week Thursday, a bar-B-queue in the hotel offered.
You should definitely not miss-)
Very good is also, the evenings in the hotel bar even with wine, beer and other drinks supply.
You will also very good with hiking tips and excursions in ... the hotel informed.
You can eat in tramin-as in South Tyrol - very good.
All together a very lovely week in a pleasant atmosphere. read more

Size of the pensions and garden area as described. Size of the rooms different, partly cramped. Air conditioning not at all rooms available. Location is centrally located. Garage is enough by far not for the houses gartenheim and Überbacherhof.
Family-friendly house, means children of 3a 15 years will enjoy in the garden. read more

Very nice breakfast pension in the center of tramin and nevertheless peacefully located ( the church bells you can hear everywhere!) - amazing breakfast buffet and additionally service in the evening in the garden very pleasant and relaxing.

Very uncomplicated/-r booking, prior, check in and check out!
We spent most of the time with a magnificent weather - 30 °C in the shade - at the nearby Kalterersee (5-minute drive) spent. Especially good in memory is the very personable designed wine tasting with the hotel's own vineyard we could have stayed longer. read more

Our double (corner ) room was in a very good, clean state. A fridge, a mini bar would be however desirable. For the car there are in the nearby located Überbacher Hof even a parking space in the underground garage included
The breakfast is very plentiful and leaves nothing to the imagination. Breakfast can be with good weather on the terrace or in the tables under the vines ( very comfortable).
The garden, the terrace after a trip or a mountain tour the rest and a refreshing, cool drinks from the fridges in the breakfast room ( self-service) a.
Great ... was the offered bar-B-queue with all kinds of delicacies.
Especially the very warm Kind the Überbacher family and its employees, in particular the love Daniela and her husband, please.
The Gartenheim is located on the square very central, shops and restaurants you can easily to reach on foot. read more

Everywhere it was always clean.
For breakfast it wasn't missing anything. ( our kids were especially the egg cookers loved it!)

No Billigangehot, but a very nice hotel in a magnificent location. Ideal for family vacation, because you both the pool use, as well as excursions in the area make can. The staff are very friendly, the rooms clean and large, the breakfast buffet rich. We enjoyed both of our children felt really good. read more

We were in the guest house Gartenheim very comfortable. The breakfast was varied and was in well-kept garden taken. The pool outside was clean and visited. The owners were exceptionally friendly and good tips for excursions in the area given. We will the guesthouse in any case in our circle of friends recommend and probably again come back. read more
