The room was more than reasonable, quite newly decorated, with a large bathroom with bathtub and toilet, taking off armchair, hair dryer, telephone and so on But with the tv started at German channels to find, I think it is a bit unusual that they all spread over 150 channels are, in between there is always channels other countries such as Russia, France, great britain and so on at first we thought there was only 3 German channels, because when the durchzippen nothing more came, until 95 channel came then times satellite. 1,10 channels later RTL, RTL II and so on That might have really can adjust themselves, is not a technical effort. Well-intentioned 2 stars, the breakfast became from day to day less, on the first day there was roll choice, from the second day only rolls, the orange juice was horrible, only one type of cheese, yoghurt anyway not really very good, the coffee was however good. All in all it was a respectable breakfast where one well sated, the choice was missing simple! To the lunch we skipped it, but you got a snack packed, consisting of a piece fruit, somewhat sweet, bottle of water and 2 rolls. On the request only jam on the rolls to want, because I as a vegetarian no cheese rolls like, I got the receipt from of the kitchen, the bag completely stuck together, the rolls anyway from top from bottom and the rest of also. A cheek is the! Something: on the day of arrival it was from o'clock with the achievements the matter, then you on the day of departure the snack demand, no way but one should for the above written snack 8,50 Euro ( per person ) pay! That was really the last! Coffee and cake: dispute that there were anyway daily, we also hardly used but if you homemade cakes draufschreibt and the cakes still good and you can see the came from a prepackage I think the really outrageous. I think it is right, rather good and well, but then we must also declare. Once there was a biskuitrolle with jams filled, this was the only homemade. Dinner: the start was good, with a Italian buffet, that was really good and rich. This is also the approach from the hotel, there are the two main journey days sunday and thursday. There, there are always a buffet, more than enough so that the kitchen no work and the people over a wide selection it. The quality and quantity took daily from, there are daily salad and soup buffet. The soups are of population to restock always thin become, the salads were already brown and the tomatoes still green, hardly edible, the salad vinaigrette were reasonable. The vegetarian main course was a joke, from the portions, half the fleischgerichtes and tasted often a disaster, wishes to the change you have better than exactly define something decent to get. Käsespätzle vorzusetzen is okay (good these were awful in cheese with something-a saucenverlängerung drowned) but if you are on the menu, that you would not like, and then served gets if you don't again 3 times inquires, then it is really bad. Also the dessert was very monotonous and greasy, the alternative was then always only from ice. Wether the kitchen clean, I cannot guarantee, since my partner it duly on the stomach has, more precise, I do not want to describe. But after we in 3 hotels on this trip, and the problem started, you can really speculate, especially the laziness of the kitchen the cook!

1. cleaning lady for the room: 0 stars, see room 2. Front desk: when we arrived super friendly welcome, after the first complaint they felt just attacked, this can really not be the case, but maximally 2 stars 3. Service: really friendly, always on the ball, attempted always everything quite to make, could take the rest of the hotel a large slice of cut off, 6 stars 4. Kitchen: uncreative, especially with wishes to change, if they had, it was also so abbekommenl, maximum 2 stars 5. average: 2,5 stars, because of the excellent service three stars, Again at this point: thanks to the great restaurant and barservice, without you would be the hotel a full disaster been!

All together is the spa area nicely decorated, but for 200 people way too small. The worst is especially, if you are in the wellness area would like to, you have to either outside along or on direct way through the restaurant, at the buffet past in bathrobe or trunk, that cannot and must not be really like that. When we arrived, we have initially the place looked at, short in front of the hotel there was a small hausdurchgang, I wanted to see, where one dorthinkommt. The way leads directly to the outside area of the hotel, a door is available, but closed it was during our stay not once, especially since the passage between restaurant and outside area is. Now initially is the spa area from a jugendspielraum with Kicker, pool, and so on ( everything for a fee), a fitness room, a saunateil with 3 persons turkish, mini sauna, 3 loungers relaxation area and so on The next problem: towels gives it only in the sauna area, and it is very unpleasant dorthineinzugehen, not only as child, also when adult, because the 50-60 + generation I see better dressed, in particular when grooming, and so on not on the program are! The swimming pool is beautiful designed, neglected and dirty, with the outdoor swimming pool missing a cover for the drain. Inside it is lagunenförmig designed with water fall, sprudle in the basins and whirlpool corner. Indoor and outdoor pool are connected with one another, temperature-technically it is okay. Unfortunately reflected the personalfaulheit here again. The outdoor pool one can cover, despite pouring rain it not and left instead the pool heating fully raising, that the pool was not too cold. The sunbed area is ok, only again way too small for a hotel of this size. And careful: the stairs are extremely smooth, even almost slipped!

We came from highway on villa after igls, the hotel lies at the church, we knew that, however one sees the hotel only if one of the other side comes, everything not a problem, we thought, there was even a free parking on the way there. In the parking to remain, that you can in this hotel completely forgot, a few parking spaces before and behind the house, the degrees are full, so we had to leave for a public parking ( parking card you get from the hotel) guest parking, on foot circa 2 minutes as we are at the front desk said, but you have to the way first and a decent directions there were not! The entrance area as well as the restaurantionbetriebe are nicely decorated, from the restaurant can one directly in the indoor pool look, some seats are really dark. The bar as well as the so-called tagescafé ( coffee and cake in the afternoon) with open fireplace are modern and nicely decorated. We had booked all inclusive, there were also drinks from to o'clock included which one at the bar get as white and red wine, beer, apple juice, lemonade, Cola and so on the was very good, even if we do not greatly took advantage, since we the environment explored and not as 90% of the guests only in the hotel at the bar or about the food were. Guests were mainly from India, germany (many from the east ), Switzerland, and so on represented. The atmosphere was in the hotel, I would almost say primitive. The hotel tolerates the one with bathrobe and naked torso to the buffet is, also for dinner one requires no decent clothes, really terrible, even if I no bourgeois am, but I have a small child decency must learn, and what that is unacceptable! With complaint at the front desk one noticed that the lady just personally felt. Cleanliness leaves something to be desired! No matter where. Yet a cheek: during the full restaurantionsbetriebes knew the caretaker not better as kofferberge of passengers by the restaurant to contribute, instead of just outside long walk, that can't be!

Better it hardly goes, in 5 minutes on the highway, from there in less than half an hour in Schwaz, Innsbruck, swaroski crystal worlds, axamer lizum, kühtai, brenner, and so on The hotel itself lies in the middle in the village, below the patscherkofel, park and convention center.

The design of the room consists of old furniture in appropriate condition. The mini bar was totally icy.

For breakfast see above description. The dinner with choice of the menus was more than fine. Although the portions for a man partly somewhat larger,.

As I have already mentioned. The staff at the hotel is continuous very friendly, accommodating, a great team. The room was always really clean.

Guides hikes daily from the tourist info, is however allen guests from all hotels of the town available. Verbose to the pool-sauna area above. ,

Overall the hotel is ok, however for alone travellers respectively couple or children only very conditionally suitably, as it through the lots of children both in the restaurant, in particular swimming pool and sauna area very (!) noisy. In particular in the afternoon is the pool feast in kinderhand, loud and sultry tobespiele without consideration for other are announced, parents only very rarely. No chance for adults, times swim a few lenghts - what especially after hiking very pleasant is. Then race children constantly in the sauna area, from there towels to get. This of course fully clothed and enough time for a favorite views of the naked adults. Than out, without the door loud bang. The about every 10 minutes not a soul took care of it, which in the' wellness area' happens. One speaks the children at, you insulted-finally, this license by their parents, because they have just vacation. Apropos sauna area: there are merely 4 loungers available, therefore constantly occupied, there is clearly increased demand. Same goes for the loungers in the small outside area of the swimming pool, there are too few available, of these some durchgerostet. The fitness area is also miserable well maintained, device are permanently damaged and some not to use. To eat I should like to say the following: dinner is ok. Breakfast: always and daily the same simple cold meats and cheese, no variations, hung us soon from the sick, so we in the neighboring spardiscount itself cold cuts bought. At dark respectively,. The grain bread rolls to 'get', was early appear possible, these were empty, were not refilled. The coffee, partly. From the machine, partially precooked in large containers, was equally thin, of coffee was only to anticipate. Altogether the hotel has gotten old, partially beach chairs renovation works broke. Good location nearby to Innsbruck.

The room the we had was spacious, functional and very clean, everything else would be an unnecessary mängelsucherei, that a room abnützungzeichen have is clear and at home so, or turning every year new?

As mentioned above, for the kitchen, the kindness and the nice complete deal to the guests gehörtem the property at least one star more, unfortunately the holanbauteile not show a strong weather on, but if you and that is not for the guest significantly, of all offers, the hotel you can absolutely recommend.

I have to say, we were already in some hotels, the two stars more had, and it was by far not a friendly warmth as in this house. What we noticed, is an English, German, Italian in the house not a problem. The rooms were without disturbing maintained and clean. In the evening we are instead of the early left and have a reisevepflegung instead of the breakfast receive, all are very accommodating and helpful.

We have unfortunately no especially good weather had, my wife is not so for the sport, as it is then forced to Innsbruck and shop. You can in igls and for only practice sport, hiking, but otherwise does not exist much, but Innsbruck and the other sights you had to go with bus or car visit.

The hotel is zimmermäßig a little complicated, however all the rooms are well by lift to reach, you are very clean and functional. We have all inclusive and were with the offer extremely pleased. The guests are mostly from German speaking room been, some asians, italians and the beneluxstaaten were also in the hotel, because of this the majority of the guests in the middle and let's say of mature age group were, it was in the hotel pleasantly quiet, also by the pool it was without much the sound of children shrieking and yelling, everything was as a part of.

The hotel's location is excellent, centrally located in town, just in Innsbruck, or in the hiking areas, the only minor negative the minister, of its bells can hear, the left not only a bim bam los, no a whole glockenorgie as swift. One gets accustomed however.
