The best hotel we have ever seen, 10 points from 10! the managerin and the other personal welcomed us very warm and friendly, we felt so good in that hotel, that we could stay there much longer. the restaurant and spa was well designed with zebra and white furnitures, but very comfortable and warm atmosphere. try the massage in the waterbed with colour, you will be relaxed for sure. the rooms are sunny, very clean and the bed was unforgetable comfortabel, pool and sundeck also sunbeds top! thank you for our vacation at MONDIAL RESORT & SPA read more

Overall successful stay, but at the Not everything was refilled buffet (salmon, cereals), partly indifferent Staff at the Breakfast, coffee and cappuccino first after Call, Clothes at the Breakfast was very high (over the top!); quality hotel's own Restaurant very poor or not relevant poor price performance ratio, Air conditioning in the room did not always work. read more

We stayed for 14 days at the hotel mondial resort & Spa in pietra santa toscana. A nice designer Hotel, in which more value on design was, rather than practical. For example no possibilities to counter in the bathroom, a tiny sink, which hardly enough to brush your teeth. The food was good, mainly for fish lovers. The breakfast buffet was more than enough for Italian standards. Very friendly and attentive staff. But be careful with the bill! It is advisable to check every item. The pool, which was a bit small, we didn't used. I would also like to ... mention, is the very small elevator. The hotel is not accessible for disabled people. With a wheelchair or baby carriages you have difficulties. Despite of the kids Shortcomings, we felt very comfortable in this hotel. read more
