Also in the already 2. stay there i not disappointed. For his 4 strrne all true. The room waited even with a freshly renovated bathroom on. Nice front desk as already for the first time. The hotel is located absolutely central, although main streets surrounded it can be wonderful sleeping with under the most important thing for me. Finally, i am each in Luzern for the day to work. Who nevertheless evenings still like it, it is everything in the immediate area even easy to reach on foot. read more

A super -hotel with excellent value for money.
We were already often as a family with 2 small children (9 and 1 year) in Luzern, in hotels from 4 *.
None has us so much, as the monopoly -hotel, where the january 2013 for the first time were.
The location is magnificent, the rooms generous, the food tastes very good and the service leaves nothing to desire - what else could you want?
We would definitely come again. read more

The hotel lies totally central and is very easy to reach, it is by car or train. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and big, as well as the new, modern bathroom. The breakfast buffet was good equipped and the quality of the dishes very good. We have the stay in Luzern enjoyed and in any case with a next visit in Luzern, in the hotel again monopoly again. read more

I was very much in the hotel welcome. Everybody was very helpful and friendly. My room was very big and with a modern bathroom. Everything was very clean and tidy.

The second time I my stay in monopoly very enjoyed. My room was spacious, nice furnished and has a gorgeous views of the lake. Everything was spotlessly clean. Especially pleased the enormous friendliness and zuvorkommenheit the complete staff. I am grateful for that very warm!
The location of the hotel is just great: the center, the KKL and the train station are comfortable easy to reach on foot.
The monopoly is for me first choice, it is central, nice, stylish and impressed with its friendly atmosphere! read more

We were on a symfoniekonzert of lucerne festival in the summer invited. We have the nearest hotel to culture and congress center looked for and also found. The hotel monopoly Luzern is located right next to the kkl and the train station. We are by train to Luzern and thus was this hotel best location to the train station and culture center. read more

A beautiful, old hotel with a good atmosphere, stylish decor and very friendly like helpful staff. The rooms are very spacious, we had furthermore a great lake view over to the center. Train station, boat dock and KKL are a few steps away. Highly recommendable. read more

Without further ado, we have the weekend in Luzern spend. Although we did not booked, we were welcomed in a friendly manner. We have wine wonderful room in the 5th floor with a view of the sea received. The rooms were stylish and very clean designed. The monopoly is really centrally located perfect for a shopping Luzern. I was allowed to experience the junior suite for one night enjoy. It expected a spacious, clean room with a magnificent view of the skyline of Lucerne. Despite traffic near relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast was balanced and tasted the best. Really recommendable! read more

Super location! Directly in the center and only few minutes on foot from the lake, the Kappelbrücke and the KKL. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet was more than enough. The Bath rooms are quiet and spacious, with everything equipped which one needs and expects, I only have one with top view.
Since I in the morning the hotel each early had to leave I got always an extensive lunch box distributed.
The hotel was not just opened so it is only logical that for example carpets certain events wear content that is not however in the slightest, that it is not clean, and one sleeps generally anyway not on the floor, no cleanliness is really reasonable the beds are top, not saggy-no ... bath tubs!

the hotel has a great location, train station is in direct proximity. Also one is fast on foot in the old town or the Kappeler bridge go. A great view is guaranteed and even if you the nightlife to enjoy, everything is in the immediate area. The hotel is in my opinion for children, as well as couples or singles. The staff are very friendly. At the front desk you will warm in front desk taken and the Zimmerserviceangestellten are all very attentive and helpful. It is also with the check out, the front desk and ask for me, and ... I think, you can also very good with criticism bypass. It also has a good Sicherheitsanlage, as make you feel very comfortable, because not welcome guests not in the night to the hotel can. The rooms are beautiful and well maintained, you get something for the money. I would at any time and this hotel to anyone absolutely recommend. I have Christmas and the new year in Lucerne spent and I felt very comfortable in the hotel Monopol. The hotel lies super central location, close to the train station, two minutes walking distance from the mooring, five minutes from the beautiful old town and the bus station in front of the door with very good connections in all directions. I had a room facing the sea with a fantastic view. An escalator which takes you directly from the hotel train station with many shops. Even at Christmas and new year can one to 22 o'clock shopping. The rooms are ... very tastefully equipped with all comfort such as safe, mini bar, sitting area and the bathroom was very clean and everything worked. I am very felt comfortable. From 6.30 o'clock breakfast is served from the buffet which really leaves nothing to be desired, particularly more delicious were the great fresh bread rolls and crunchy great I was also, that ice cubes for those orange juice is. The breakfast room is really large, has a very pleasant atmosphere and it not annoying radio music or as otherwise in many hotels. The staff were all super friendly and helpful and you feel really welcome and as the guest. I can really only recommend this hotel, the service and location are fantastic! read more
