- Room
The rooms were furnished with everything one needed: Double beds, clothes closet, sitting area, TV, small refrigerator, shower, toilet, telephone, partly with balcony.
- Gastronomy
At the hotel a restaurant was attached, where breakfast was served.
Lunch and dinner could be eaten there of course. Local dishes and home made meals offered.
- Service
The staff, which usually was only seen at breakfast, was very nice, polite and courteous.
- Sport & Entertainment
Sport, entertainment and free time activities were of course at the beach. The pool was also there, namely the wonderful Baltic Sea :-)
- Hotel
The small hotel with attached restaurant featured 10 rooms, some with balconies. But only a few rooms had a slight view of the harbor.
The rooms and the hotel itself were clean and in well-kept condition.
A delicious breakfast was included in the price.
- Location
The hotel was located directly on the harbor promenade which was in the evenings especially lively. As the rooms were at the rear, one noticed little from the turmoil. The hotel was located directly at the "Alten Strom". In this "Strom " boats were anchored, especially excursion ships, fish cutters and private boats.
As this "Alte Strom" made the center of Warnemuende, it had no lack of course of shopping possibilities and restaurants.
The broad fine sandy beach itself was about 150 meters away, so within easy walking distance.
This first beach access was also free from obstacles!!!
From the hotel to the train station, for all train passengers :-), it was about 12 minutes path (slow pace).
Very important for all car drivers: At the hotel itself there were NO parking places. The nearest and most recommendable car parking lot was about 700 meters away ( parking --> hotel was about 15 minutes walk) price: 3€ per day (paid at hotel)
