The first us offered room, just a damp cellar apartment full of mold. The staff were initially not to move, to remedy this situation. Only after massive threat of immediate departure we were a reasonable alternative offered. We must from the more unfriendly staff don't let it them get rid. Apart from this, the whole hotel area in a very neat condition. The direct hotel beach is not really recommendable, but with a small walk to the beach by the marina in Sveti vlas is it a good alternative. The food wasn't so the best, but it was nevertheless always ... something passabeles for offer. The audience was mixed, whereas the Russian-speaking tourist rather in the majority, and a lot Quite loud and annoying were. read more

A beautiful relaxing vacation in a super well-kept, beautifully equipped hotel. Bulgaria is very convenient ( cocktails maximum 4 €) and nice. Unfortunately quite many seaweeds in the sea and chair and an umbrella costs 6 €, but the pools nearby the beach get the loose again out, by bus you come to the surrounding places ( Sunny Beach, weggehparadies about 0.60 Euro/ Nessebar, historic town of 1.10 Euro). Sveti vlas to the center ( port/ city center) you need around 20 minutes away on foot.
Our apartment we would dearest dismantled and taken, the cleaning staff came ... every day and even rinsed off!
Altogether are the rooms in the entire hotel ( restaurant, toilets, swimming pool.) with much attention to detail decorated and has a to relax and soul.
We would have liked to have stayed longer, sveti vlas! read more

A very nice and tidy hotel complex, the food is average ( in the evening). For breakfast is something there for every taste! The child care is rather unimaginative-except for the children's disco. Also the other animation is nothing special attractive.
However the service: there must, but still much done are. Lacked the commitment and the famous smile on the lips of the service personnel! For a hotel complex with 5 stars ( bulg. Stars) is the far from enough. For me is the complete service during of the vacation the note 4!
The beach is full rock and seaweeds. ... You can but nevertheless baden. Not far away there was then better beaches. read more

The hotel consists of a main building and several apartment buildings, the the whole hotel area distribute. The rooms there are in the main building. These are big, nice, and new equipped. In the bathroom there is a large sink, a bathtub with a jacuzzi, and a large shower.
Overall the hotel is very clean.
Wifi is in the reception included. For dinner have to the beverages be paid.
The guests come mainly from the eastern european countries (Russia, Poland). German was only very seldom. read more

We were in the summer 2012 the 2. time in the garden of eden and we were fully satisfied with our vacation. The hotel is in a great condition and in need of any complaint. Food was again top and it was almost the same staff as 2011 there. We can all recommend this hotel, the we with family a quiet and relaxing vacation would like to spend. There is a mini-club for the kids and the entertainment. We will in the summer 2013 again. read more

Beautiful and well maintained, huge area with seven pools directly on the sandy beach. Despite its size the hotel doesn't appear to be as a lead-bunker. The guests were mixed (german, english, russian). A perfect hotel %blank% for couples, as well as for families. We have previously always mixed opinions on Bulgaria and were rather skeptical. But this holiday we loved it so much, that we the hotel book again next year. read more

Super Hotel. Unfortunately the food at the end of our holiday after. Although a few guests in the hotel, one should maintain the quality. In the first days the food was really very good. Great location, nice clean place, the lack of commitment in the restaurant = service desert. Not always to blame, because courtesy costs nothing! We were already 2010 at this hotel. It was so good, that we had booked for 2011. Unfortunately the quality of the hotel within a year in the area of cleanliness in the rooms, toilet facilities in the hotel, as well as in the dining room and beach. We liked the hotel area very much, only the bathroom is for four people but a bit too small, especially at counter space was lacking. The food in the three restaurants was excellent. This is around 1000 people resort in a 'small village' style. This grants you not to have overcrowded place feeling.
This place in not 5 stars place (acc to Bulgarian scale) and I agree this is 4 stars place as per German standard.
Service is the weakest point. delivering batteries for remote controller took them two days and 4 phone calls. Daily room service is theoretical. we experienced this twice every second day plus standard of cleaning is far away to be called perfect.
Service at the restaurant is good and friendly.
A few swimming pools, and elevator to the ... beach are the big advantages as well as many green places- truly garden

The hotel area was very nice, despite the almost 700 apartments, we had no feeling overcrowded. By seven pools it's so well apportioned. Our apartment was beautiful, the bed linen was changed every day, but the bathroom was not cleaned regularly and there is a drain smelled.
All in all it was a very beautiful holiday, we would be most happy to repeat. read more

This hotel is suitable for people, which want to relax during the day.
If you have large evening program would you just take the bus down to the Sunny Beach drive (about 60 cents by bus, ten minutes drive).
The hotel is mainly visited by young families booked. The complex a dream. Nine super nice pools, plus a small private beach (however some seaweeds a short walk away and stones in the water jellyfish).
the complex features three independent restaurants (Italian, fish restaurant and the restaurant of the hotel).
We had booked our room without meals, which we absolutely recommend ... may, because the prices in the restaurants were fully in order, so we varied and ate well ('when we wanted')
All in all, a great place to relax with easy access opportunity to the party mile. read more
