We are now a week from our vacation and may already again the luggages pack. We liked it even this time again very much. You see, that in and around the hotel a lot has been improved. The new general manager makes everything, the standard to increase. It focuses, that all the guests feel good. Praiseworthy is also the entertainment, despite the cancellations on our part again and again quick small talk came to us, or a bit to learn german. The food in China-restaurant is really very recommendable. Well worth a visit at the aqua park, the very clean ... and tidy is. Here there are things to eat, and the pizza tasted best. The manager there spoke very good german. We will this hotel definitely again visit, but only at the end of the year, since it for us in the summer too warm. At least we had already about 30 degrees in the shade, in the water there were about 24 degrees. We can only confirm, that the beach section is really the most beautiful in Makadi Bay is. read more

The staff is very friendly and by the new management held western europeans a preferred service to offer the for example drinks at the beach retrieve, at the bächbar in glasses and not in plastic cups is being served, lunch the beverages be brought to the table and for breakfast, what is good is, the coffee at the table gebract is.

Our opinion about this hotel is, you very positively surprised than what you read in the reviews have.
For families great. A lot of variation and leisure and entertainment ( Volleyball, Botcha, aqua sport in the sea or in the shade) think times is something there for everyone, Midget Golf (the round 4 Euro per person), table tennis and bike rental etc., (unfortunately for a fee. We were in the main building once billiards (4 Euro half hours and 1 hour 6 Euro) for change is quite sure ☺
Desk, there is a rather large offer. From safari to ... snorkelling or swim with dolphins, quad biking.
We can the megasafari recommend Jeep, quad, buggies (4 seater) and camelritt through the desert. Furthermore you visit a was positive feedback about to watch how they live (not the best since it is artificially for tourists designed) but you can see a lot and a little interesting it is also. In the evening there is dancing and delicious food ☺ cost for this day trip was 50 Euro per person
The day on dvd to give leave for a fee of 19 Euro

The rooms were spacious especially clean. Safe (free) good. Tv is also ( RTL, RTL II and ZDF)
Beach: mostly clean and you need not necessarily shoes as it a sandy beach is ☺ the best of the makadibay 100% for a beach holiday. A small-scale reef there with some fancy fish ☺. Who correctly snorkelling should two hotels further afield there are larger reef which we could see ☺

Even this time again a great vacation. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was ok. Room and bathroom nice large and very clean. The beach is unique, beautiful coral reefs, the sea was nice and warm. So relaxing and enjoying relaxation. Eastern european guests have not bother us at all, but on the contrary, we really met nice people. In the evening you have the possibility to under the open sky to dance, there is also once a week outside pool, which is impressive. As with any hotel of this size and age there are some elements which are due some upgrading, plumbing is a bit tired and bathrooms could do with some sprucing up. However the pluses far outweigh the negatives, staff are the most friendly and amenable I have ever come across and that includes the sellers of spa, boat trips etc. on the beach who were friendly, happy and still interested in you, even if you did not want to buy anything. Special mention must go to the long suffering bar staff, who deal with some very demanding clientele and appreciate ... a please and thankyou by showing outstanding service, special thanks to the lobby bar boys and girl!
Jasmine restaurant is a stroke of genius for the british and western europeans (as long as it does not suffer an invasion!)
I send apologies to the animation team, who were informative hard working and engaging, for not seeing any shows in the week, I thoroughly enjoyed your company, perhaps if I had more notice next time I will be a juror for your "Mr Hotel" competition!

I recomend this hotel for most people with children. But even you don`t have children or family, you`ll get fun a lot! Aqua park has so many different mountains and sliders.Very pleasant atmosphere, nice staff, delicious food and amazing sea...
And also some words about Animation Team...These guys are incredible!!! They have so much energy! Every day was very interesting, games, dances, tonight show, all of this we had a lot! We would see everyone of this team again!

Russian alarm! Staff was very concerned the few german (about 1%). Also the grounds are very well maintained, but the rooms unclean. It is a huge large area and soon will be approximately 600 rooms completed. The food was a catastrophe but as i repeat myself how the other reviewers. The hygiene in the dining hall is badly to be desired. The restaurant jasmin, for the westerners extra short for dinner furnished, was nicely set and stress free to enjoy. Unfortunately the food was not very good, but in comparison to other places a 100% increase. Some of our group ... were from the diarrhea affect, other patients to only at home. Let the stay about this hotel. It is for 5 years firm on the east europeans and only the restkontingente at westerners submitted. As do the travel agencies not fallen with. We were not in the situation of a bad hotel reviews effect and to have us always on the complainers fun. Our motto was always' we make ourselves '. We are now so decived me.
