The rooms are big enough. Next to the large double bed was in the room still another couch with a table, on the on the first day a small fresh fruits-unfortunately only on the 1. day, but to order, this would certainly also daily defendendo. We had ' only a room from the front, but on the 3. floor, with a great view on the left of high to Teide and right out partial toward the sea. Admittedly, with an open window a little street noise to be heard, but since it shortly before christmas altogether was quite quiet, we could live with it. The service was everywhere excellent. Also the towel-and return was smooth. Once were in the room the new towels forget, but immediately on request with a sincere apology refilled has been. Very pleasant was the repeated personal request from the manager, the every guest/each few tried in its few other languages like-and that were at least 5-to respond, how the are and, if something is not true. About the location can say, that the hotel in good company with other 4 or 5 star hotel, for example, is the star hotel 'parque santiago' with casino directly opposite directly at the top of the headland. The usual stores such as Gucci, Boss, escada... Or lacoste aren't too far away. There are along the long promenade but also plenty of convenient shops, overpriced supermarkets, cafés and as quite british touch one or another pub. To the beaches in the area it is also only a few meters (150 - a maximum of 500 meters to the large 'calle nordica') along the waterfront. At the hotel there was a small beach area and a sea water pool, the but not really for swimming invited. (we can only the winter rate. Perhaps it is in the summer a great pool ☺. We had a room on the 2. floor to the garden. Outstanding was really the bathroom, large and beautifully tiled. Otherwise the room was also relatively large, but dark. Unfortunately also with connecting door to the adjoining room. The temperature setting of the airconditioning was not possible. The bed was the narrowest and hardest on our entire Tenerife-trip. From us not obvious reasons left the cleaning at 2 of 5 days no greeting in the form of a chocolate on the bed. The tv had according to the list all the usual german channels, unfortunately working thereof almost all not.

Our gastronomieerfahrung limited to the breakfast, the other restaurants we couldn't rate. The breakfast was no 5 star standard, rather 3. the way to the buffet you had to at the occupied tables vorbeikämpfen. It was missing freshly squeezed juices, the choice of fruit, fruits, cheese, sausage was quite unimaginative. The only ray of hope was next to the fresh bread the staff, the fresh eggs prepared; but this was partly due to casual workers represented, which unfortunately were totally overstrained. The breakfast could also outside be enjoyed, there was the annoying habit, that everywhere was smoking.

Nevertheless we by car at 14 o'clock on the driveway parked, there was no one to see, for our luggage care wanted. The check in was a disaster (in particular in comparison to our front desk in the hotel botanico a couple of days before). The receptionist was alone, telephoned constantly, explained to us not the hotel, could no clear information to give to the guest parking, our luggage interested it also not, there was no information to the restaurants, we were apparently only. The towels by the pool you got theoretically only with separate plastic cards. On the day before departure we asked about going, if we were only 13 hours (regular 12 hours) checkout can, however we were unfriendly comforted, that you are not yet know, whether the room is needed. We should morning again ask. On the day of departure at 11 o'clock we could not anymore into the room, our room didn't work more. Only the 3. complaint at the front desk opened a staff our room. The pool could be used. The chairs by the pool stood very close together. Since we the whole area is uncomfortable and narrow there, we went to the nearby located public beach and rented there chairs and an umbrella. The hotel offers a spa for a extra charge of Euro 18 at. The area was however closed, the reason was not revealed. It was on the spa in worst quality, we however after a short inspection as totally inadequate and inappropriate judged. Other activities such as sports, etc. We could not recognize. The business center should have a access have, unfortunately this was not available; we were also told, that we with a short-term repair not likely need. The staff were however very helpful and let us its computer with access for our desired time.

The hotel is located quite central, close to the sea. After the outside it looks rather like a fortress, in the courtyard open but with several buildings, it looks a little was nested. The main hall was very dark. Guests were for our stay felt a third russian and the rest mixed. We had 5 days booked with breakfast included.

Due to the central location are shopping, restaurants, bars, beach easily reachable on foot. The ports los christinanos and puerto colon are equally far away. Because we a rental car had, we were also otherwise independently, car rental is however only a must, if you something else as las americas to see would like.

Very large double room, with us in Austria almost suite... 2 flat screens, shower, bath tub, toilet, balcony, mini bar, air conditioning, telephone, safe...

Quality of the dishes of the highest standard... Everything delicious typical of the country. And even the small get a extra children's menu. Cleanliness in the entire hotel wonderful...

This hotel is a work of art with much attention to detail. There was a lot of value on children put... They are all very attentive and nice. The willingness to help what you get is incomparable. For cleanliness is very important and it was always wonderful :-) We had the half board and the food was simply top... You took time the food nice to decorate... The eye eats finally with :-) The pool area is beautiful and one tried to make everything perfect... There are many british people and russians between and years hotel guests, but all very refined people are... There is nobody misbehaving.

The location is perfect... It is very centrally. Directly at the beach and the rest is nevertheless didn't bother us. You can shop till you drop, many posh shops simply everything that you need... Great starting point for excursions:-)

We had a junior suite with a balcony and view of the sea. A very nice room with lovingly designed details. Unfortunately were the mattresses way too hard. The metall springs was clearly noticeable-also for the rest of the day. We felt with blankets helped, the we under the sheets.

We only used the breakfast offer. The breakfast is extensive and delicious. A downer was the damaged coffee pots, the us after two-time complaint had been placed out again are. Comment: there are new been ordered, but they are still not as! The cans were on the sink strongly dirty and the metal is chipped.

We had at o'clock want to fresh orangsaft, but the room service was one evening on a longer period simply not reachable. The phone, a emergency number on the telephone in the bathroom was noted, was not reachable! The laundry service worked perfectly. Right on the hotel is a cash-point dispenser. After the pin and the desired monetary value was the operation ' from technical reasons' canceled. Our concern, that may be deducted, but not been paid, we informed the lady at the front desk with. It is not responsible, we would have us turn to the bank. Our request, with the bank on the phone and the case clear up, she came to with the result, we should not worry. It would have definitely no withdrawal given. Unfortunately the amount was debited, but not has been disbursed!

The hotel is nice designed with lots of possibilities to stay a while both in the sun, as well as in the shade. Next to the pool there are the possibility, a sea water pool for swimming use.

A wonderful, in the view again and again new and architecturally interesting finds.

The hotel is in Playa of las americas us thus in the middle of a very touristy environment. The offer is exclusively on tourists. The gastronomy in town offers comparatively poor quality to excessive prices.

wonderful bathroom, huge large balcony with teak couches, dream bed, of high quality furniture, beautiful art, super Duftkonzept from us, there is 5 star

breakfast is top, for every taste perfect restaurant, Tiziano in the evening, beach bar for snack, beach bar for cocktails, Sierena for lunch( our tip), Mexican or brewery also super.

Villa Cortes is from our dream hotel. Why: the attention to detail: wonderful rooms, a fantastic Duftkonzept in entire house, a fantastic sea view, very friendly staff, a few good erzogende children. Our daily routine: 9:00 waking up with fantastic views and absolute peace, 10:00 A. M. breakfast under the banana plant (great cafe, fruit etc.) 11:00 A. M. pool area (from A to Z 5 *), 12:00 A. M. lunch in Sierena (villa Cortes has several restaurants), view of the see, good wine, fresh fish 1:00 P. M. walk right next to the sea 2:00 P. M. beachclub/villa Cortes-relax, chill out, music also a super well-kept beach area, 4:00 P. M. depending on weather -pool, beach club, or tip: a lonely corner under palm trees on 8 square meters Bali beach chairs, from 6:00 P. M. plays a DJ at the beach bar (an absolute 'must'), dinner in Tiziano our 'favorite' but also the Mexicans at villa Cortes very recommendable. On the theme eighth -four stars with live music. What we also liked: the cleanliness, every evening flowers on the rooms, small Highlights such as floating blooms in all forms in the entire hotel. The audience from young to old-International absolutely great. We book for Christmas. T. I.
